Driving lane information
It would be great if a user that put notification about stopped vehicle, could also mark on which lane the event happened or is present, for example: stopped on the side, on the first lane, on the second lane or third lane

Add authorized Vehicles only entrances on highways to map
When driving on a highway where the two directions have land in between them and often there are many trees in that area, it would be good Sea on the map where the entrances are for authorized Vehicles only that go from one side of the highway to the other side of the highway. This is often where maintenance Vehicles Park and also law enforcement vehicles. It is often hard to see if there are any vehicles parked there until you actually pass the area especially if there are a lot of trees there.

Alert for fixed parking enforcement cameras when stopping
Please add an alert when a vehicle slows down and stops within a defined enforcement zone monitored by fixed parking cameras.
This would help drivers avoid unintentional parking violations, especially in areas with unclear signage or new residents/visitors.
Suggested options:
• Toggle on/off in alerts settings
• Alert only below X km/h and when vehicle remains stationary for Y seconds
• Show a “parking enforcement camera zone” banner3 votes -
switch car types in iOS
Hi, I’m using Waze both with my private car and with my motorcycle.
In Israel, the vehicle type actually affects the routing itself (motorcycles can legally use different lanes and routes), so switching quickly is very important.
Right now, every time I want to switch the vehicle type, I need to go deep into the Settings → Navigation menu, and it takes multiple taps.Is it possible to add a faster way to switch vehicle type?
For example:
• a quick toggle button on the main screen
• a Siri Shortcut / Shortcuts action
• or a URL scheme parameter…2 votes -
Add arrive button
Sometimes when arriving at very large places, Waze thinks that you arrive only when you are in the front door of the place. Think for example in a mall, the parking lot will be huge, but Waze already traced the route until the front door.
An "arrive" button will help Waze to understand that you are already at your destination and there is no need to recalculate the route while you are looking for a parking spot10 votes -
I drive an old car that can't exceed 110km/h
I drive an old car that can't exceed 110km/h, since the ETA is necessarily calculated with speed max of each roads, with my car on a highway (130km/h) the ETA is wrong, would it be possible to set a maximum speed for my vehicle ?

Fewer taps to make a report
When using CarPlay (or even my phone when I'm the right-side passenger), to report a vehicle stopped on the side of the road I must tap the orange "Report" circle, choose "Hazard," "Shoulder," "Vehicle Stopped." In CarPlay, when driving that takes my eyes from the road at least four times to identify/locate/push the appropriate button to make the report. Rather than spelling out the words for each part of the notice - perhaps readily identifiable icons could be "stacked" under the headings. As with "QWERTY," there are gestures/reports most often used that could be located in priority locations on…

Option to Disable Auto-Rerouting After Route Is Set
Hello,
I’d like to suggest a feature that allows users to disable automatic rerouting after setting a route.
As a driver, it’s not always possible (or safe) to constantly check the device to notice when Waze changes the route and tap “No thanks” in time to stay on the original path. There are countries where you must follow a specific route due to legal or financial reasons — for example, vignette zones, road restrictions, or toll obligations. When Waze changes the route automatically, it can cause problems such as fines, invalid route logs, or entering roads not suitable for the …

Editors should be able to see the URs in the app while driving.
Editors have to manage a large number URs that don't provide much information. The vast majority lack comments from the reporting user, and sometimes these comments don't help in understanding the problem.
Since many editors drive, it would be helpful if high-level editors (level 4 or higher) could see URs in the app while driving (similar to alerts). This would allow them to go to the exact location (if they have time to do that), observe the problem, leave a comment, and then calmly make the necessary changes to the WME.

Identify Tope’s / speedbumps in Mexico
Just like potholes might be a good idea- in Mexico there are 1000’s of speedbumps that in Spanish are called Topes. It would be a great value add to add an alert for upcoming speed bumps as non-local drivers are at risk of hitting speed bumps at full road speed which is dangerous for the driver and vehicle. This feature would be greatly valued for drivers in any country that uses speed bumps to control vehicle velocity

WaterWaze - River Safety
I am a kayaker and I know I see a LOT of folks on Facebook trying to figure out where items of importance/danger are on their paths - sweepers (trees that have fallen over the water but not gone under), strainers (trees that have fallen into the water, and other debris, as well as places that are good to put-in and take out, or such places that might not be accessible anymore. Water levels/gauges, dams, bridges, shallow spots, dangerous spots... the ability for someone on the water to note any of these things and have it available (especially if there's…

Outdated Waze map design -> Chances for a redesign?
The Waze map design is now quite outdated and seems very retro, out of date. There are no 3D buildings, poor resolution on large car screens, etc.
Will there ever be a redesign of the Waze map, see e.g. Google Maps 3D buildings in navigation.

Lane-specific pothole alerts (show which lane the pothole is in)
A feature that allows users to report what lane a pothole (or other hazard) is in so that drivers can avoid hazards, vehicle damage, or bottlenecks in traffic that can happen as new vehicles approach the hazard and attempt to minimize impact.

Function maximal speed of the road
Good day, dear waze company. I use three types of vehicles and it needs three different routes to one destination. The first vehicle is a Subaru. Waze is fine. The second is electric ionic. Here, I would like to use shorter routes without hills, and the third vehicle is a Fiat Ducato 1991 caravan. Here, I would need to enter my maximum speed into the application, for example 90 km/h, and choose a suitable route based on it. I would also appreciate this function in an electric car. Here I would choose, for example, 110 km/h and the route…

Update "auto focus" on notifications
I use Waze on my Android linked with Android Auto in my Mazda CX5. It has a display, but not a touch screen. When it comes up with a notification like "vehicle on shoulder" I can never get the focus to stay on "Not There" or "Still There" because every time the mileage updates, the focus jumps to the "Search" icon. Do not change FOCUS when mileage updates.

Request Waze make a slight programing change to the on-screen alert display.
Put the "Still There" above the warning message with the "Not There" below it. I sometimes try to touch the correct response and my vehicle moves just a little and I end up touching the wrong response.
