Delete the Stop point and continue navigating to final destination
Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove the intermediate point on the route after adding it.
This feature is very much needed.

Prevent Constant Navigation pop-up while using other CarPlay apps.
I drive a Mazda CX-5 and whilst the car is in motion the CarPlay touchscreen is disabled and I interact with the interface using a wheel and buttons to move the focus and activate controls.
When using Waze to navigate and switching to music or Spotify or another app Waze will pop up notifications for alerts or upcoming navigation events.
When forced to use the wheel to control the interface this pop up is extremely annoying and interferes with controlling the CarPlay interface. It is so intrusive that I will be navigating songs etc and when I click to activate…

Enable audio apps used by public library patrons
Pay-to-play e-audiobook apps like Audible are already available on Waze, but similar apps used by public libraries - specifically Libby and Hoopla - are not. Enabling Libby and Hoopla would be a major benefit for public library users who rely on Waze. Both apps (Libby and Hoopla) are run by top-tier vendors for library e-content lending and are used by libraries throughout the United States as well as in other countries around the world. Your new app is BAD. THE “plan a drive” is buried, there still isn’t an easy way to add a stop. I’ve quit using Waze as my regular map.
Make the app ACCURATE, and easy to use, plan a drive, change starting location, correct lanes to be in.- NO, I can’t “ stay in the HOV lane” , and exit the freeway at the same time!
I can’t be in the leftmost turn lane, and exit right to the freeway!
I’d like it to be easy to use-change start location, add a stop, maybe even help me route a drive- which stop in which order ( start and stop location, with 2-3 stops on the way)1 vote -

Trip details on finish
Waze could show some details when we arrive at our destination or press the Stop button, like:
- Total distance driven
- Time spent
- Maximum speed
- Average speed

Show search results on map
Waze search results are objectively inferior both in app and on android auto/carplay as compared to other popular navigation apps such as gmaps or apple maps.
Both of those apps display search results on a map view, with A, B, C etc pins with a selectable list on the side, and this works in app and on the in car head unit display. Google Maps also has a MUCH cleaner "add a stop" workflow.
This is a critical and basic feature gap that makes competing map applications much easier to use for searching18 votes -
Auto exit sleep mode when connected to CarPlay
When I connect my iPhone to CarPlay, often Waze is unresponsive because it went into sleep mode automatically when I previously disconnected. I have to stop my car, pick-up my phone, launch Waze and disable sleep mode before it starts to work again through CarPlay.
Please can you update Waze to automatically exit sleep mode as soon as the phone is connected to CarPlay?

Waze should stop after disconnecting from car play
Waze starts automatically after connecting to carplay, but doesn’t turn off automatically after disconnecting from carplay. It should turn off automatically based on proximity to destination + carplay disconnect + optional couple minutes delay :) I think this will be a better user experience and will improve battery life of the user. I saw a few threads on reddit about this issue but without a solution.

Add 2 buttons to main screen
Puta separate “Police” and “Traffic on shoulder” buttons on the main screen on the right side. I am sure these are the two most frequently used buttons. Removing the additional steps for these two alerts will make it much easier on drivers AND encourage more participation amount users. My friend uses WAZE, but never alerts the app of police because it takes multiple steps to post alert. It will also provide a more accurate location since those two would need only one touch.

report something when u park. While driving u can't report accidents etc
While driving today I couldn't report a accident. When I finally stop or parked I still can't report it bc I'm not on that road. Make it so I can still report something by touching the spot where the problem was.

Semaphore optimization of speed, driving time and fuel economy.
To drive faster and keep fuel try to know the semaphore timing.
In this case can advise drive slower or faster (if possible) to drive non-stop in the semaphore green corridor, when possible.8 votes -
Add north south west east direction when reporting from iPhone
Add preset when reporting anything to waze via iPhone to show which direction drivers will see the report. Accident. Police etc. This also should show in the text description of the report. Same lane or other can help and this may show on the map. But it's hard to tell exactly what lane it's in. Ie, car stopped on shoulder may look on map like it's northbound lane when it's really south. Add direction of travel preset similar to same lane button.

Select which lane a hazard or stopped vehicle is in on the motorway/freeway
Users should be able to select which lane a hazard or stopped vehicle is in on the motorway/freeway.
When driving on a multi-lane road, there's often reports of a hazard that cannot be seen. It would be more useful for "Which lane is the hazard in?" then select 1/2/3/4/5 so that drivers know specifically if it is likely to affect them.

Stop forcing toll routes
I use waze every day for my daily commute and love almost everything about the app.
That being said, I am frustrated with a recent update in regards to the routing options. I used to be able to select avoid toll roads, and all of the routes provided would be toll free. Now, even if I have avoid toll roads selected, there is still one or more routes showing toll options. I live here, I know where the toll roads are, and if I wanted to spend an extra $100/wk I wouldn't need Waze as those roads always have less…

Make "Police reported ahead" prompts work in background
On my Samsung Galaxy S3 the "police reported ahead" prompts dont work when the app is running in background, however, the "vehicle stopped on shoulder" prompts work just fine. I would like the opposite. Thanks,

Ability to reduce number of times a roundabout warning is given
Can we have a setting in Waze that limits the number of times a traffic warning is issued? (I'm thinking primarily of roundabouts.) It's annoying to get warnings multiple times when approaching a roundabout - one warning would be sufficient.

Be able to find any address as before
Go back to the old navigation where you can put in any address and it would calculate the entire trip. How would you determine what middle stops to use on a route that won't take you out of your way. It worked fine before this update.

Motorcycle-Friendly Long Trip Rest Recommendations
On long trips using motorcycle navigation mode, Waze should recommend rest stops every 1 hour or 120 km (whichever comes first). These stops could include nearby gas stations, rest areas, scenic points, or safe parking spots, helping riders stay alert, hydrated, and safe.
