Map view for stops in carplay
When adding a stop to a current drive in Apple Car Play, it’s only possible to see a list of possible stops before picking one. Please enable map view, it’s so much easier

Multiple selections on prefered fuel/gas/petrol stations
It is now possible to select all or just one as preferred fuel/gas/petrol station.

Traffic stops.
Would be nice if the police report had the option of reporting just a traffic stop. Lots of users report when a vehicle is being pulled over

Option to show gas stations/restaurants/highway stops on the route (also from Android Auto)
On Android Auto it would be so nice to have a feature to search for the
nearest fuel stations/restaurants/highway stops around the route.

Add automatically scheduled stops to route that survives rerouting
I would like to navigate somewhere and tell Waze to plan rest stops periodically (1 hour, 90 minutes, whatever), and for waze to figure out where to stop.
If Waze reroutes because of traffic conditions it should figure out the new stops.

Two-way stops are very dangerous
I hate two-way stops -- they're dangerous in both directions!
1. I'd like to route to avoid two-way stops (where reasonable ... no zigzagging, but choosing a more circuitous route should be an option to improve safety)
2. I'd like to avoid arriving at the "stop" direction of a two-way stop in almost all cases
3. this is like the infamous ("unsafe left") and I'd like to have a "right turn only" mode where arriving at a two-way against the stop to turn right is okay, but to go straight or turn left is a no-no.

Screen dimming or even shutdown when the vehicle stops
Wase. Please create a screen dimming (or even shutdown) when the vehicle stops and automatically reactivate when moving again. This would be very good for nature (energy saving) and for increasing privacy and security inside the vehicle.

Add Estimated Rest Stops
Allow Waze to look at my previous drives and understand that normally in a 4 hour drive I take one rest stop for approximately 20 minutes. That 20 minutes should be accounted in my ETA I personally think.

Waze needs to remember start/destination. When I flag an issue, I can't recall because I route 30 stops a day
Have Waze keep in short-term memory or allow your volunteer troubleshooters to look at a full route when addressing a mapping issue brought to Waze attention by the driver/app user. I make 20-30 stops a day, and when I later get around to making a complaint, I cannot remember the exact order I made the stops to give your troubleshooters the original / destination. I've stopped pointing out mapping issues and driving direction problems because it is a waste of my time.

Multiple vehicles
A quick way to toggle settings between two or more vehicles. When I drive my truck I use the expressways, I use alerts only, and diesel is preferred. When I ride my motorcycle I don't use expressways, I turn on navigation since my phone stays in my pocket, and premium gas is preferred. A way to save particular settings when toggling between private and motorcycle would be appreciated.

Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Not right now, since we finalized our plans for 2023 and this idea won't be implemented this year.

multiple access points
Multiple access points:
Some destinations can be approached from multiple gates. The route and arrival time to those gates may differ significantly, however, the destination is the same.
Please add the possibility (for starters to work destination) to add multiple gates and navigate me to whatever gate would result in the fastest travel.Example: My office complex has large underground garage with 3 gates and I don't care which one will I use the enter. There are lots of one-ways and going from one gate to another can take 5-10 minutes by car.

Add a feature that allows you to post an alert of suspected human trafficking at rest stops and truck stops.

Speed limit multiple beeps for alerts when speed limit is exceeded.
I would love to have multiple beep sound when you exceed the speed limit, different beep options would be nice for user preferences

Finding stops close by enroute to your destination
First, I am a highly experienced WAZE user and customer. I help with road hazards and posting to help other drivers, as much as I can. On a recent trip from New Jersey to Florida, using WAVE constantly, we wanted to find the upcoming Rest Stops or Gas Stations, that were upcoming ahead and "enroute" to our destination. I found it hard to believe that this feature does not exist?! When I was looking for a car wash or gas station, it gave every destination, all over the place in a circumference, behind us, 40 miles away...instead of enroute, 5-10…

Waze audio stops working when I unplug my iPhone
As is obvious from other comments (including my own), Waze doesn't work well with Apple car play. When I am so frustrated with the inefficiency that I give up and unplug my phone so Waze will stop overriding the radio, Waze stops talking to me through the iPhone speakers. None of the settings changes; it just stops talking. So not only does it not work well with my car speakers, it forces me to pick up the phone and look at the screen every time I need to know whether and where to turn. VERY DANGEROUS.

Notify when rest rooms at rest stops are closed
Driving today 2 rest stops had the bathrooms closed for construction. One had a sign on the highway. One did not. If Wazers could share that information, it would save getting off and on the highway.

Multiple road shield support for main segment name.
Other map devices show multiple road shields for users. Unfortunately Waze will only allow one in the main name. It would be useful for roads that have more than one road shield on them to show them all.

Popup messages for multiple road reports
On the way home tonight, Waze alerted me to several road problems ahead (police, stopped vehicles, etc.). The reports were in such close succession (less than a mile apart) that the popup message for the first report was still on screen when the popup message for the second report appeared. Unfortunately, the second popup was on top so I could no longer see any information about the first report. When displaying multiple popup messages simultaneously, Waze should layer them such that the hazard in closest proximity to you is on top, followed by the next closest, and so on. This…

I really enjoy the app and it's really helpful but it would be nice if one could add more than one additional (extra) destination/stop so that one can plan a trip with several destinations/stops. This possibility would be good both in the "plan a ride" and when one enters destinations just before driving.
