why are fix speed limit controls able to be removed with "already gone" button??
Hello Guys, i have a question.
If there are fixxed speed controls on the road, why is it possible to tab on "already gone" ? this doesn't make sense for fix built radar controls. Can we not add the fix radar controls to the map with a proove photo and let them for ever in the Map? i think there are people they just tab on "Already gone" or maybe some police officers on the road which have fun to do this?

Total number of vehicles and mean speed, both in real time, for every street AROUND A USER SELECTED POINT.
I would like to get, for a project, the traffic density in real time of each street or highway. In other words, what I need is to get a number, instead of a color (currently red, green, etc) indicating me the quantity of vehicles in every street, along with the speed of each one. It is, 2 numbers: total number of vehicles and mean speed, both in real time, for every street AROUND A USER SELECTED POINT. The user would be a custom program that would determine in advance, the possible conflict at every selected intersection.

Please reinstate the "Police on Other Side" feature. Reporting speed traps is the most useful reason to report police, and traffic moving in opposite direction will always be better suited to identify and report.

Option to Replace Long Voice Alerts with Short Beep for Speed Traps
When I'm approaching a speed trap, the voice alert is too long and repetitive. It plays over and over without pausing the podcast, so I often miss parts of what I'm listening to and have to rewind.
It would be great to have an option to disable the lengthy "educational" message and keep only a short sound notification, like a simple beep.1 vote -

I think that speed limits should be put on all roads to make the roads even safer. This will prevent accidents.
If we find out the speed for every road and put it on the system, a lot of accidents will be prevented

Section Control
In a lot of European countries you have speed-control via section-control, means:
the avgerage speed is measured of a certain distance by taking picture of car when entering and leaving the measuring section.
Unfortunatly currently you can not warn other users of such controls.
On contrary, such controls are only posted as stationary speed-control when entering, which is very misleading5 votes -
Speed Camera Distance Notification
Using Waze on my iPhone 14 I have noticed that although the position of the camera relative to my car icon is correct & accurate, distance notification pop-up is always about 150-175 yards out. As I pass the camera the countdown continues from 150 yards to zero !!
It's rather annoying that Waze is still showing the distance after I have passed the camera !! The location of the cameras are always correct relative to the arrow representing my car.
Also tried Waze on my car android head unit, and see the same error.

Protest the removal of the police warning feature!
The Sheriff's association is using the tired old excuse that the police warning feature in the Waze app "could be used by terrorists." That is a RIDICULOUS excuse! The truth is that they just don't want us having the ability to warn others about their friggin' speed traps, and they don't want us avoiding tickets! Terrorists my shiny white butt! Good morning, i would like to suggest that perhaps your platform could speak the speed limit as you enter them on UK roads. I wear glasses but do not require them when i drive but find it difficult to see the annotated speed on your map. Of the voice over were to say the speed limit this would be amazing. I drive a tracked vehicle and get in trouble for not adhering to the speed limit. Your help in this matter is very much appreciated and will be groundbreaking

I can see the speed and some more info in the waze full screen, but i often need to see the current time. I have to switch out of waze.
