  1. Cymraeg voices and diversity.

    To accompany the wonderful Cymraeg-speaking Gareth on our journeys, would you please include a Cymraeg female voice? I could make some suggestions for voice actors if you were to take this further. Diolch!

  3. Speed Limit Change Alert

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add a voice alert of speed limit changes. I am on the highway all the time and the speed limit constantly changes. It would be helpful if the voice would say “Speed limit has increased” or “Speed limit has decreased”. I got a ticket because I thought I was still in a 75mph speed zone and I didn’t realize it changed to 55mph. Yes the image of speed limit changes accordingly but a nice voice alert would be extremely BENEFICIAL!! Thank you!!!

  5. PLEASE restore the woman's (Jane?) voice on the app. The latest update removed her voice. Now all the voices sound like commercials

  6. Add reporting by voice , and place speed in smaller box middle of screen, make top navigation arrows box smaller

  8. FNAF Security Breach Sun and Moon voices by Kellen Goff

    I would love to have the enthusiastic voice of Sun and the mellower croon of Moon to guide me as I travel! Sun's excitement to get you where you need to go on your way to a party or some other event would be so fun and Moon's calmer in control voice and charming laugh would be lovely when you're not feeling high energy.

  10. Recommend a voice option with just 1 hazard button. Hit 1 button, WAZE asks what the hazard is, you say “pothole” etc

    Have the option in settings to do voice notifications. Then there will be just one button to hit on the screen. Waze asks what the hazard is and we say, “pothole”, “object on road”, ‘Police” etc. This will make for a much safer journey.

    Allow Wazers to suggest or change the voice pronunciation of street names. Listening to a pronunciation of a street that is way off is rritating. Locals are going to know the correct pronunciation. I cringe every time I hear what I presume to be AI, butcher a street name.

  15. Try out different voices

    It would be awesome, if you could listen to the different voices before choosing one. I can only listen to the voice I chose when I am driving and that’s just not practical I think.

  17. Put back voice notification of alerts/reports instead of "ding then read"

    Put Back the Voice Notification to issues/reports/etc While Driving. The current "loud ding and then read the screen" is a safety hazard. It requires the driver to take vision away from the road and read their phone. This also conflicts with state laws that prohibit use of devices that distract driver attention away from the road. WAZE was wonderful with voice notification/explanation. Our safety needs you to put back this function. Frankly, I can't use Waze until it is back.

  18. Have voice speak "Heavy" or "Moderate" or "Standstill" traffic ahead.

    Hey,   

    Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Not right now, since we finalized our plans for 2023 and this idea won't be implemented this year. We hope to have it included in our plans for later years and will keep you posted. Thanks!
