Exit name size Apple car play
In apple car play if the exit name is too long waze removes the ETA and remaining distance to make room for the exit name. Which is nice but sometime the exit may be 10km away and not having the eta for 10km is not great. Maybe keeping the eta but smaller could be an alternative. Or using a smaller font for the exit name.

Bucharest Oxigen Tax
Hello! Starting with 01.03.2020 in Bucharest comes into force "Oxygen Tax" which prohibits the access of certain cars (depending on the pollution norm) in certain areas of the city. I wanted to know if WAZE will help these drivers in the sense of displaying a bypass route in that area in order not to be fined. Thanks!

Give easy onscreen option to change from motorbike to car and back
It is quite cumbersome to change between the motorbike & car icons. An option to touch and hold the icon and select between 2 that I can preset, would be very helpful. It becomes too much of a hassle to change and then I get less than helpful information. This would be a very useful feature. Thank you.

Waze protect people on road
Hello my idea could safe people's life and make some extra profit for Waze.
Imagine you are cyclist, runner, wolker or group of cyclist with kids or etc.
You open Waze app choose ''protect mode'' option and select who you are. Then everyone who will driving on the same road will have an alert to slow down because you are ahead.I know that almost every new car has safety systems, but no one can see behind the corner.
Waze can sell and provide these live data to other companies like Volvo, Mercedes, Audi, BMW and they can implement them…

Multiple issues/suggestions
- Alerts/new report - If you touch outside button, report gets cancelled/alert is dismissed without feedback. Difficult to touch buttons accurately while driving.
- Be able to customise reporting section.
- Be able to select areas to avoid (for crime risks or road conditions etc).
- Some saved addresses don't show when searched by saved name, or address.
- No in-app suggestion/complaint/report system. And no email responses to issues reported. This suggestion/complaint platform is unnecessarily complicated. Reporting issues, and receiving feedback should be simplified to an in-app section.
- When you report multiple road issues (eg. Potholes) within a short distance, they're not shown separately to…

3 votesThank you for your suggestion! As you may know, Waze already has Motorcycle Mode included in the app. To change your vehicle type, tap Settings > Car Details > Vehicle type.

Reporting Queue
Can you please add reporting queue. When, e.g. I am traveling for 60 km's I get 5 or 6 reports per travel, but I want to simply record the location and use "Later" button to report it later (at destination, or gas station), but when I do this twice or more, the last report overwrites the previous one, so I can't post all problems (constructions, map errors, etc.).
I know, for example when I am reporting car at edge of road, this might be old information, but I want to use this option mainly for constructions, map errors, etc. where…

When "Lock North up" is set in settings, the car is too low on the screen and it's hard to see things when turns take you below the screen
When "Lock North up" is set in settings, the car is too low on the screen and it's hard to see things when turns take you below the screen. So when heading east and a south turn is coming, you can barely see what's next. Would be great to have the car closer to the center of the screen.

Apple car user experience
When you tap buttons to zoom out the map for example you can go back to navigation by tapping Done on the upper right corner but the Stop Button is placed at the same upper right corner (same color) so I frequently end up navigation by hitting Stop accidentally when I just wanted to resume navigation

Desde la nueva actualización de android car. La visualización del mapa Waze es muy mala ya que los avisos (flechas, sugerencias del mapa) tapan casi el 50% del mapa. La visibilidad es mala. Pueden reducir el tamaño de esos cuadros y fuente. Gracias

FM transmetter
Would it be possible to add in any TTS indication a TA/TP code from RDS that would not be eared but would be recognized on a FM transmitter that would allow to automatically switch from the listened FM station to the Waze info and then go back to the FM station.
I don't know how it works with RDS but it would be good to investigate on it That would give another marketing advantage for all the people who use FM transmitters on their cars.

Car Play Addition
Greetings,
I’ve been using the Waze App on my phone for years. I recently started using Waze through Apple Car Play in my new vehicle.
While I’m enjoying it, I am missing one feature that is on my phone app.
That feature is being able to see the “turn by turn” directions.
All I’m able to see on the Car Play version is the next turn.
I’ve become used to being able to look ahead and see where Waze is sending me.
While I can pull out my phone a see the “turn by turn” directions, that defeats the safety…1 vote -
Let me rearrange hazard icons order how I want them.
Let me rearrange hazard icons how I want them. I live in Texas and road kill should be at the top of my hazard list. Make this option for Apple car play also.

Create a bus/school bus icon
I am a bus driver and use Waze not only in my car but on trips to areas that are not always familiar to me for work. A bus is larger than a car but smaller than a truck. Sometimes routes good for car travel aren't quite wide enough for a bus and you could show us that.

Double Screen mode
Waze does not allow double screen mode. It would be very simple and usefull !
Phone screens are getting bigger and you can even have a tablet in your car now. Double screen mode would allow users to use waze while having an eye on another app such as music, car parameters (dashcommand for example) or whatever they want !5 votes -
Update SF Directions ASAP
Please update some of your SF directions ASAP. As a passenger in Lyft or Uber, I can tell you that Polk Street has not been updated with all of the new turning restrictions that were put in over 6 months ago. Also, one of the main thoroughfares, Market Street, will no longer be available to cars as of next Wednesday, 1/29.

Trip actual duration
Show trip actual duration from beginning of current drive, so you have not only a time count down until arrival but also show how long you have been driving (time count up. some cars have such a built-in transit time, but many do not). This is not a summary at the end of the trip but an active on-going timer

Location based and on route reminders
Often when I'm going somewhere I need to remember to take something with me, eg, a hand-me-down for my nephews when I visit my sister. But I always forget! Can Waze allow us to add reminders to specific destinations and remind us to bring the items when we put that destination into Waze.
Even better would be if Waze reminded us to bring all items we can drop off on any route we enter. eg, I'm heading to my sisters so Waze reminds me to bring the hand-me-down as above but the app also reminds me to take the recycling…
