Spotify
Spotify button disappears when any alert comes up to the top screen. In many times, we cannot access the Spotify button, cause there are lots os sequential alerts that do not allow the button to be showed.
In my work-home-work route, there are speed sensors each 400-500m and one alert appears over the last one.

Always choose WME items over Google Map items
A place (area or point or residential) or House number entered into Waze Map Editor should ALWYS be chosen over a Google Maps import in Waze’s Search.
This is very frustrating to users since they are often routed to the wrong location. It is also very frustrating to editors since their work to update the map is ignored.

Adding pass Jawaz for Morocco and alert users
Here in morocco we use pass “Jawaz” to pay high way, a pass must have credit on
A suggestion is :
-adding pass Jawaz
- notify people with account that have pass “Jawaz” when they plan trajectory using high way to verify first if they have credit on their pass

Radar traps alerts
Until now Waze would alert for all fixed radar traps regardeless of being used online or offline and regardless of our speed. Now that has changed and doesn't happe anymore, the alerts are only audible while online. This is a pityfull change in the aap and should be corrected asap, for this is one of Waze's most usesfull features considering the huge number of radar traps present in European cities.

Waze to take electric car battery status into account
I love using Waze, but ever since I have an electric car I need to switch to the car's own navigation system (which is not so good and efficient as Waze). Reason for doing is the fact that the car navigation takes the car battery status into account and calculates a stop-point to recharge the battery. Waze doesn't do this. Meaning, when I would use Waze I would need to use a second app or platform to check where probably I can or need to re-charge the battery. This is not so convenient. Alerts
I think the alerts of radar ahead or law enforcement ahead (no sure of the actual terminology) should be deleted. With so many law enforcement shootings this lets those wanting to do harm to them know exactly where they are.

Il faudrait dans les réglages une option que l'on peu choisir pendant 3ans ou moins que l'on vient d'avoir notre permis, que nous sommes jeunes conducteurs. Ce qui nous permettrait d'avoir nos limitation de vitesse instaurer, nous informer de garder nos distance si on est trop près, et surtout nous sentir plus en sécurité avec Waze...

Police avoidance
Like when a jam ahead is getting worse, Waze should tell you “police reported ahead. Do you want to divert? (2 more minutes)”. This should be toggleable in the settings just like speed alert is

Average Speed Cameras - NZ
New Zealand NZTA is introducing Average Speed Cameras which will detect your average speed over a long distance.
Can we implement a feature that will not only show you the start and finish point of the speed trap, but also your average speed whilst you’re within it to ensure you aren’t fined.

Reduced Speed Limit to make a noise. Only shows on display at the moment, should make a noise to draw attention to it (like a level crossing alert does)

Different preferences while navigating
There are several settings that I want to change according to whether or not I am navigating to a destination. Please give up options like "on when navigating, off when not navigating" in addition to the existing "on"/"off" options.
For example, I should be able to make the following settings:
North Up when not navigating; actual or desired travel direction up when
navigating;2D view when not navigating; 3D view when navigating;
Auto zoom off when not navigation; Auto zoom by distance when navigating.

Potholes are problems on the roads. But long stretches of pothole-ridden sections are also an issue.
Potholes are problems on the roads. But there is something even more annoying, which is larger sections of the road that are completely holed or damaged. The suggestion is to create a new type of alert that is more lasting. Something saying "Damaged section ahead." Perhaps many countries do not suffer from this, but here in Brazil, whether in small towns or capitals, this is extremely common.

A more differentiated reporting
Using Waze is a great thing. However, sometimes you would like to alert fellow Wazers but you can't find the right report.
Thus, we would need i.e. an automatic differentiation of alert types depending if your are driving through the city or on a highway. Should be easily doable due to GPS information. Furthermore, a wider differentiation is especially true b/c some of the reports just don't fit to the situation.

INSERT VARIOUS INTENDED TRAVELS in a TRAVEL FILE
While I am at home,
I would like to have a file called TRAVELS
In which I could insert a given travel
Exemple Départure LONDON
Arrival OXFORD
And I obtain TIME and DISTANCE.
I WANTR TO REGISTER this travel ain, the file TRAVELS and name it.
Obviously All travels registered appear in alphabetical order...

If going from/to work/home on preferred route, set audio to "alerts only".
We all go from work/home several times a week, usually by a preferred route, unless there's some traffic jam. I would like that the default audio setting is "alerts only" if I'm driving the route I know REALLY well. If it's rerouting me from my preferred route due to some event, then use whatever method is set for the client.

Lock the route
Once WAZE sets the initial route, let me press a button to lock the directions so they don't change while I'm en route. Often if I'm driving on a freeway (in LA) I will get random instructions to "make a U-turn (on the 405?)" or to turn on some surface street. I assume its because the app is re-calculating as I go or doesn't recognize that I did take the correct off-ramp, but these unnecessary commands are distracting and its hard to tell which are valid and which are not. Control Zone Notification
- Be abble to set up the sounds to warn of a control zone.
- Be abble to set up if you want to be notified of the input and / or output.(personally I completely do not care to be informed of the release of a control zone, except for the sections radars)
- Be abble to set up the distance before the control zone, to which you want to be warned.

Waze RoadTrip- A New Option for Wazers
You will likely want to hear an idea that will expand your audience and retain your current customer base.
Recently, I embarked on an excursion from Orlando, FL to Charleston, SC. It’s a fairly short road trip, but within those 6 hours, I wondered to myself how great it would be to see more than just the highway in front of me and the trees that lined the road. I quickly grew exhausted from seeing the same paved road, white lines, and billboard signs over and over again.

Pick and choose specific alerts
I'd like to be able to pick and choose alerts. I find that hearing "approaching a railroad crossing" every day on the way to work is just annoying. I'm thinking to myself "no ****, Sherlock". Really, the only thing I'm concerned about is where the smokeys are hiding.

Waze should have Patch Notes for every update. Let Users know what has changed with each new version (dropped support, improved support etc)
Patch Notes, like those implemented in every online game in the past two decades, would drastically reduce User issue-reporting (with the app) due to misunderstanding of which Waze features are supported, which are not, which features have lost support and where etc.
Just every time the User updates the app, upon next sign-in, just flash a dialogue box with the latest patch notes (perhaps a link).
As an aside: the Help Center could be more clear and specific about how certain features (e.g., speed camera alerts) work. The exact parameters for getting audible speed camera alerts are not…
