reporting vehicles on the side of the road
when reporting a vehicle on the side of the road, if the "vehicle stopped" icon were on the second screen and not buried, would be safer. 5 user inputs vs. a possible 3 - less time looking away from the road and at the map/device

Stop sending users going to a Summer st address to Congress st
Boston, MA.
I regularly use uber or lyft to get to my office at the even side of the 250-300 section Summer st, Boston, MA. For whatever reason, any driver using the waze app tries to drop me off in a back alley on Congress st. This is also true for almost every address in this section of summer street.
The problem is that Summer street is a raised road two stories above the street level of congress street. None of the buildings in this alleyway offer public access to get to Summer st. The only way to get to…

Rank routes by least number of minutes in traffic
For a long drive, calculate "% of time spent in traffic" and "# of minutes spent in traffic" and include that as a criteria.
We just stared at 3 different routes for a 4+ hour drive that had varying lengths and amount of time in stop & go traffic. We would have liked to have selected easily "the one that makes the car move the most and has the least stop & go, so we don't get car sick and our children don't wake up."

Vignette control car warning
In HU mostly on highways there are multiple vignette / tax and customs car, checking traffic and are roadside, but always reported as police which is very misleading. Should be an option for some other type, because most of the police warnings are false alarm.

Needs to show last updated time of reports
The app is great, but it needs some new features, such as showing the time of last updates. Stopped cars or police reports must show the last time update or how long ago they were reported.

Zoom Feature in Android Auto
The Android Auto version should have zoom enabled all the time (like in the native software), and not just when the car is stopped. This will make navigation much easier, esp when transitioning from highway to city or residential streets.

lane assist
I hope Waze can roll out more lane assist features same as Google maps. This still lacking and during usage many lane assist not available at multiple lanes. Also during or about turning into lane the white arrow can blink to notify the driver if possible. Many thanks

Add a route option for least the stress
There’s route options for shortest time or shortest distance. I’d like to see a route option that would be less stressful (I.e it may take longer but you’ll have less traffic, less stoplights, stop signs, etc.)

Spotify Compatibility
When listening to Spotify while navigating using Waze, the audio will stop when Waze detects a hand wave. The audio stops to receive a voice command. Often this hand wave detection is detected by accident. This is not the issue. The issue is that upon canceling or finishing the voice command, Waze restarts audio, but the original source of the audio is ignored, and Waze starts audio from the ITunes Music Library. Construction notification
Construction alerts are far too annoying. This has been mentioned often by users here. The issue is that they are constantly alerting, making it hard to focus on driving when you have to keep clearing them. Often I will get up to 10 alerts for the same construction zone. This is ridiculous and not helpful.
One solution would be to have construction zones auto populate rather than by users. I know this is done with other apps. The state DOT department ms provide regular notifications of construction in their state. These could be uploaded. Alternatively, just allow one notification per…

Safe drive Motivators
Alongside with the pop-up commercials that appear once I stop on traffic light or something, you can occasionally add some "Safe Drive" motivators, like: "Slow down, somebody waits you back home". You know, to make people think for a sec about how they act on the road.

Motorcycle Routes
I ride a motorcycle a make my own routes with MRA (MyRoute.App). I have used REVER, Harley Rider, Kuviger, and other programs to make motorcycle routes. Up load my designed routes to a GARMIN Zumo GPS. It does a pretty good job, but WAZES has some features that a standalone GPS does not offer. I am looking for a good navigation app like WAZE for my phone that I can upload my routes. Then I follow a specific route. Many of these routes are 100+ mile loop with a stop for a meal.

Red light timer
I propose a button that can be toggled to pop up when on surface streets, it is a simple light that you tap once to turn red, and again to turn back to green. The idea is you would press it when you see the light change, which is not necessarily when you stop or go. What this would do is help Waze better understand how long in various traffic scenarios a red light will take to get through. Stop using last direction of travel for assumed start direction of new trip
Waze should not make assumptions like the direction my vehicle is facing for a new trip based on the direction it was facing when the last trip completed. 1) I have a driveway so I rarely park on the street in the direction I was last traveling while guided by Waze. 2) When I am going home I do not have my actual address stored in Waze, rather one 5-6 homes before my address so I continue past the address which Waze thinks is my home destination. 3) Another reason Waze should not assume my direction of last travel is…

Any alternative to Not There?
Any alternative to asking drivers if police is still there or not?
It’s risky:
1. Distraction while driving.
2. Police might detain us using phone while reporting their presence.Similarly, asking if stopped vehicle is there or not. Risky.

Waze is reminds of the most common hazards
Hi everyone! I would like to Waze the most used reports remains "top" for example, I use a lot "car stopped on the low side," although it will Waze detects and leaves in the foreground, to avoid have too many unnecessary to manipulation. (Sorry it's a google traduction, I'm french)

We can report things like crashes or stopped vehicles but we can't reply to the "still there?" prompt. Even having the ability to confirm with voice after we had passed whatever it was would be nice
