Fastest route regardless of toll fees
Currently Fastest Route takes toll amount and distance into consideration. Many times, better routes with much higher tolls + a longer highway detour is in fact faster.
While there is an option to opt out of tolls, there is no way to have the "Fastest" route regardless.
Fastest should mean really the fastest and not "according to what Waze thinks people might want".

Add 2 buttons to main screen
Puta separate “Police” and “Traffic on shoulder” buttons on the main screen on the right side. I am sure these are the two most frequently used buttons. Removing the additional steps for these two alerts will make it much easier on drivers AND encourage more participation amount users. My friend uses WAZE, but never alerts the app of police because it takes multiple steps to post alert. It will also provide a more accurate location since those two would need only one touch.

Alert pop-up on car screen - add a dismiss
Example: red light camera in x feet
The only options are to say "thanks" or "not there". I just want it to go away so I can see the estimated arrival time. Without this option, there's no way to obtain accurate feedback. I just select one or the other so it goes away without knowing which is accurate.

Please give us the option to turn off the sound when a hazard is acknowledged, I don't need a ding to show me I acknowledged the hazard.
There should be an option to turn on or off the sound acknowledgement when you say a hazard is there or not, forcing the alert sound on for all is ridiculous.

Adding a Stop
Hello. I would like to suggest that Waze add the feature of choosing a stop along a primary destination route with options based on distance and minutes off of the primary route, similar to Google Maps. For example, I want to add a stop at Starbucks on the way to Target, and Waze only gives me the option of distance, not the minutes off it will take me.

Replace unintuitive “not there” button symbol
When people are driving, symbols need to be instantly recognizable. For example, most of the report icons on the initial report display meet that requirement.
But when driving and you come across something like a partner feed alert and the app wants more info, the “not there” icon option is a stylized… purple and red, what?.. gloved?.. thumbs down hand that doesn’t intuitively convey “NO” and does not match the style theme of the other app icons. Bug fix needed
Railroad Crossing alert is not dismissed after railroad is crossed, it remains at the bottom of the screen, occluding ETA, mileage and time remaining, etc., until Waze is killed. New alerts like hazards, police, etc., come and go in the foreground, but the railroad crossing alert is still there after the others are dismissed. Starting a new drive does not make it go away.

Make reporting more succinct and only require 2 clicks
If you’re alone and do not have a passenger it is dangerous to go through so many clicks to report something (hazard, etc). There is enough real estate in the app and especially through CarPlay where you should just need to click the orange report button then the report item itself you need on that next page. This also will make the actual physical location of the report more accurate due to the traveling distance per second lost when clicking through so many pages. For example, when reporting road kill I often have 10+ seconds pass while clicking and scrolling…

Change option speed limit /speed penalty
in europe I travel through many countries. Each country has different speed penalts. it would be good to have a chance change the speed limit to the value of the penalty, for example, if my speed is 150, it's not terribly. but when my speed value is 400 € for a penalty then I better slow down.it is good for Young people . they have no sense and no money. and it's best for safety. at maximum speed an alert is displayed ,,, withdrawal of driving license

alert the destinations energy management system of my ETA
When an office employee clicks "Work" as their destination, Waze should send a message to the building automation system with that workers ID (coded, or their name, or desk number) and the building automation system can calculate the pre-start time needed for the HVAC system to ensure the space is up to temperature when the employee arrives. This will prevent unnecessarily early starts, also will start the system if they come in early, or on an unscheduled day. How can I turn off Hazard alerts?!?!!? These SUCK!!!!!!!
These are annoying and I have to silence Waze even though I do want to hear everything else. There needs to be a way to turn off just Hazard alerts!!

Notify nearby drivers of safety alerts such as headlights
I notice cars driving in the dark with day time running lights on. Their cars don’t automatically turn on their headlights and taillights but do turn on their dash lights. It would be nice to send them an alert and even instructions (especially if they are in a rental) to turn on their lights. It must be scary for them to drive with basic no headlights and it’s scary for me to see people drive without taillights. There can be other safety alerts such as the gas door open/ cap hanging. Me gustaría hacer una sugerencia para la aplicación.Cuando aparece que hay alguna cámara de velocidad o de algún riesgo, me gustaría poder escuchar un beep cada vez más continuo conforme me voy acercando al peligro o cámara reportados, así no tendría que estar distrayendo mi mirada para saber que tan cerca estoy y solo con el audio poder ser alertado de la proximidad y prestar más atención al camino. Imagino que habrá personas que no les guste esta posible opción y habilitar el poder quitarle esta función para quien así lo deseé.

ALERTS - NOTIFICATION ADVANCED BASED ON ACTUAL SPEED, NOT AT FIXED DISTANCES.
Reduce notification distance (based on speed limits, best on current average speed, better on a setting based on current average speed).
It often happens me that on city roads the navigator gives me informations about three crossroads ahead causing confusion.
I hear "traffic light with camera" I expect it to be the very next traffic light, not the the one after that.
Or "railroad crossing ahead" and I turn on a road 100m before the railroad (using waze just for map, not for actual navigation).

Improper hazard alerts for vehicles parked on road shoulders
some roads have shoulders on one or both sides. We know that these areas are not traffic lanes, but are intended for vehicles to stop or park temporarily. However, every day, no matter which route I take, I keep receiving the alert “hazard reported – vehicle stopped.” I can see that people are reporting this incorrectly, since a vehicle stopped on the shoulder is not a hazard. This alert should only appear when a vehicle is stopped on the actual lane, truly obstructing the way. Therefore, I believe this warning should only exist for cars blocking the road, or it…

Feet to Yards please!
Please give us the option to select Yards (or metres) instead of Feet for distances in the UK. We have been brought up on using yards for distances under a mile (but we are able to use metres as they are similar). Feet as a measure is rarely used in the UK now.

Miles with decimals.
Add decimals to all miles, not just 10 or below. I drive for a living and having more precise distance information would be helpful.
