  1. Make Waze available in Assistant Driving Mode

    In Android 12 we no longer can use Android Auto from phone screen. The only option is to use assistant driving mode and Waze currently is not available in this mode.

  2. Please add/return the Separation Line on two-way roads

    It helps wazers to arrive on correct side of road.
    Give the correct route, without need to duplicate roads...

    Other option can be using the NUMBERS (houses) of roads to decide what is the correct way/side should be used...

  4. Allow the use of bluetooth controls while Waze is in the foreground.

    When Waze is running in the foreground, my bluetooth controls don't work. So I have to do a whole bunch of on-screen gymnastics just to skip to the next track in my queue. This is potentially dangerous while driving. I should be able to use the button on my steering wheel. (It works fine when Waze isn't running.)

  6. when reaching my destination WAZE will open my home gate by making a call or open other app (that open the gate)

    when predefining an address ( like home address or work address or other ) we will be able setup an app or a contact that waze will call when we reach the destination,
    this will potentialy operate a smart gate

    Would love to have integration with Overcast and other podcast apps with waze. It’s great to have Spotify but having the same integration with other podcast apps.

    The lesss distracted driving the better :)

  9. Add DUI check point report button

    Add a DUI check point alert, report button that is seperate from police reports. This can be linked with online area reports plus waze drivers can report. But it would help if could say which direction on the street the checkpoint is set up on.

  11. Warn speed camera by voice all the time

    At the moment it only warns by voice if exceeding speed limit and if we are at certain distance from camera. It doesn't warn by voice if we are short distance from camera and exceeding speed limit. It would be much appreciated if there would be an option to turn on warning by voice all the time for speed cameras. Thanks.

  12. Rain or heavy rain weather report?

    Hello waze team!

    It would be great if waze could make a new hazard weather report on "raining" or "heavy rain" on the road. I believe it was sort of missing in hazard>weather report section.

  14. Predictive Routing

    As awesome as Waze is, the fact that it can never remember my route to work is a little annoying. Every week I drive the same route to the office and Waze takes me on a similar route, I think that if you drive the same route enough times to and from the same locations, Waze should recognize that and load the route you always take as the main route.

  15. Stop blocking excessive reporting

    There are a huge number of pot holes in Sydney due to the floods and rainfall. I was reporting each and every one until I got flagged for excessive reporting noting my account would be blocked from reporting. If this is designed to be a community app, remove this feature blocking people so we can save damage to our vehicles and potentially save lives.

  16. Route stops editing

    The existing ability to “add stop” is great but, if this is done in error, there is no way to edit the list of stops or re-arrange the list without cancelling the drive and re-doing it. Which in affect, messes with the drive history which I use to log my business mileage.

    Please add the ability to edit your drive and stops: add a stop, edit a stop, rearrange stops, delete a stop.

  17. You should be able to fully adjust the volume of the voice separately from the volume of music playing.

    Add a volume bar to customize the sound of navigation voice over music. If listening to music at a higher level the voice is overwhelming.

  19. Add a music player which can play local files, such as VLC

    The new music player feature looks nice, but it only seems to support streaming apps, with no apparent way to play media stored locally on the device. VLC is one such media player which supports a wide range of file formats, but there are many others.

    Please support at least one such app for those of us who don't want to use streaming services.

  20. Save location maps by custom folders & sub-folders

    I think I have hit the limit in saving space for Waze location maps. I like to introduce custom folders for saving locations by country > state > district > areas.
