1. upload your voice audio files instead of recording

   It would be great to upload your audio files instead of recording them with the phone's microphone. This way you could improve the sound and make some effects and then upload your audio so that it can be heard in the best quality.

   I would like to ask for the following feature to be added to make things clearer for UK drivers.

   Add an additional notification icon for use in the UK which will allow us to distinguish between POLICE and POLICE SPEED TRAPS. UK drivers don't seem to understand that the POLICE icon is for POLICE SPEED TRAPS, and not just for whenever they see a POLICE car, and as they panic every time they see a police car they want to tell everyone else about it, and so assume that the POLICE icon should immediately be deployed. This is confusing because it does not indicate the presence of a speed trap. However, in the UK we also occasionally encounter actual police speed traps, or mobile speed detection radar or mobile speed cameras. It would be good if you would add this extra icon for POLICE SPEED TRAP so that we are able to differentiate between the mere presence of POLICE and the particular presence of POLICE SPEED TRAPS.

3. Do I need a map

   Do I need a map

   A lot of my driving I know the route, I travel it every day and for there is no reason to change

   What I need the the speed (Big Display)- speed alerts (When over the limit) - warnings - hazards, police and radar verbally called and heavy/standstill traffic when approaching recorded warnings within the last 30 minutes.

   This would save on the map downloads and for me the use of mobile data, even though I have found this to be very small.

   The maps are good for places I do not know, but for to and from work and avoiding delays, just the minimum is all I need

4. Ficou bom a notificação/lembrete

   Ficou muito bom a notificação/lembrete de ligar os faróis quando iniciamos um percurso.

   Mas seria muito importante que além de notificar e dar um pequeno barulho sonoro, esse lembrete de ligar os faróis fosse "falado", assim como vocês falam avisando que tem radar a frente.

5. Vamos mudar o waze um pouco

   Boa noite..

   To lutando aqui para poder tentar ajudar voces a melhorar mais e mais o waze. Tipo vamos ver se conseguimos colocar as placas de advertencias no novo waze, colocar nome da rua mesmo sem esta em modo de procura (quando a gente coloca endereço para chegar), poder aparecer mais e mais os radares (na lateral da tela piscar o radar ao chegar um determinado valor acima do mencionado), poder ter um botao rapido como adcionar alertas, poder colocar algum pacote no waze de alertas tipo o do iGO Primo quando colocamos (ex Mapa Radar ou do 7ways) algo assim talvez mais aprimorado.
   Desejo muito que o waze contunue crescendo pois precisamos de um programa totalmente funcional.. Agora que a Google ta na frente junto com a waze podemos deixar os mapas mais completos, digo isso pois tem algo no Google que no Waze nao tem ainda mas como os 02 estao juntos poderiam espelhar em um so ne.

7. Hidden/visible police alerts

   People report police that are hiding as "visible" because technically they are visible once you are close enough but really the police are doing radar. Maybe instead of "hidden" or "visible" police it could say lights on or lights off. Also when the alert is spoken it just says "police reported ahead." it would be nice if it distinguished which type so you don't have to click the icon to see because that would be distracted driving and unsafe.

8. ALERTA DE RADARES EM FUNCIONAMENTO NOTURNO. LIGADO-DESLIGADO ALERT OF RADARS IN NIGHT WORKING. ON OFF

   Prezados Especialistas WAZE,

   Venho através desta, levantar uma situação que aflige a todos os motoristras brasileiros e se aplica consequentemente a todos os usuários do nosso tão querido WAZE.

   Acabo de receber uma multa em que meu veiculo foi fotografado após avançar um sinal às 01h59min em rua do Rio de Janeiro.

   Em nota, as autoridades policiais recomendam a prática de avançar o sinal à noite já que o Estado se confessa incapaz de garantir a segurança do cidadão no horário noturno. Por meio disso, acreditava que os fotossensores não multassem por avanço de sinal à noite em determinado horário.

   Assim, faço o seguinte questionamento: Devemos respeitar os sinais de trânsito na noite/madrugada violentas do Rio de Janeiro? Não todos, só alguns? Quais?

   Afirmo pessoalmente que a este horário eu não paro em semáforo nem que o presidente esteja ao meu lado parado! No entanto, o código de trânsito é espresso que a sinalização deve ser seguida.

   Pela nossa constituição, em suas cláusulas pétreas (paste da constituição que nada pode transgredir impune) lhe garante em seu artigo 5 o direito a vida, o que na hora da infração encontrava-se em eminente risco devido ao horário e precedentes de criminalidade impune na cidade;

   Está também inserido no Código Penal a excludente de ilicitude chamada " ESTADO DE NECESSIDADE" perfeitamente cabível aqui no Rio onde a violência ocorre a todo momento.

   Nas vias administrativas, a CTB não acata tal argumento e as companhias de transito costumam ser bastantes intrasigentes, onde o jeito mesmo é partir para o judiciário, sob pena de se juntar 20 pontos na CNH.Não existe sensibilidade política nem administrativa para dispensarem as multas no período noturno; o objetivo é simplesmente arrecadar sem a mínima consideração ao ser humano que já se vê arrochado com a carga tributária maior do mundo.

   Em contrapartida, outro ponto que deve ser levantado é que, existem excessões de horário no CTB quanto a sinalização em pontos estratégicos na cidade do Rio de Janeiro como tambem em todas as cidades brasileiras.

   Então, através deste mesmo ponto, percebo a INCONTESTÁVEL necessidade de auxilio junto ao WAZE para que nós motoristas possamos encontrar um equilibrio comum e obtermos uma ferramenta PODEROSA em favor de acatarmos as legislações de transito sem nos colocarmos em constantes riscos desnecessários.

   SERIA POSSÍVEL PARA O WAZE APLICAR UMA OPÇÃO DE FERRAMENTA DE INFORMAÇÃO DE ALERTA NA ROTA ONDE, O RADAR SEMAFORICO INDICADO NO PERCUSO SE APRESENTE ATIVO OU DESLIGADO MEDIANTE AS INFORMAÇÕES DO CTB?

   ACREDITO QUE UMA OPÇÃO LEMBRETE TÃO EFICIENTE COMO "LIGAR FAROIS" OU TANTOS OUTROS ALERTAS JÁ DISPONÍVEIS PODERIAM RESOLVER O CASO APRESENTADO OU MINIMIZÁ-LO BASTANTE.

   POIS COM ESTE ALERTA PODEREMOS REAVALIAR NOSSO GRAU E CONDIÇÕES DE RISCO JUNTO AO LOCAL E PROSSEGUIR O TRAJETO COM MAIS EFICIENCIA E SEGURANÇA.

   Realmente me sinto desconfortável neste assunto porque procuro me pautar por princípios éticos e também sou crítico do jeitinho brasildeiro concordando na legitimidade do comprimento da Lei, no entanto, uma pessoa que fique numa rua deserta à meia noite ou às 4 da manhã esperando o sinal abrir é também antiético no sentido que coloca em risco desnecessário a vida.

   Em meio de facilitar que estas informações relativas à quais radares e seus respectivos horários constam determinados na CTB do Rio de Janeiro, segue um link com uma lista atualizada dos mesmos para que esta ferramenta de alerta seja o quanto antes disponibilizada, como também me prontifico a ajudar no que for necessário.

   Dear WAZE Experts,

   I come across this, raise a situation that afflicts all Brazilian motorists and applies accordingly to all users of our beloved WAZE.

   I have just received a fine on which my vehicle was photographed after a signal at 1:39 am on the street in Rio de Janeiro.

   In a note, police authorities recommend the practice of advancing the signal at night as the state confesses unable to ensure the safety of the citizen at night time. Accordingly, he believed that the photosensors would not charge by signal advance at night at a certain time.

   So, I ask the following question: Should we respect the traffic signs in the violent night / dawn of Rio de Janeiro? Not all, just a few? Which are?

   On the other hand, another point that must be raised is that there are exceptions of time in the CTB as the signage in strategic points in the city of Rio de Janeiro as in all Brazilian cities.

   Then, through this same point, I perceive the INCONTESTABLE need for assistance with the WAZE so that we drivers can find a common balance and obtain a POWERFUL tool in favor of complying with the traffic laws without putting ourselves in unnecessary constant risks.

   IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE FOR WAZE TO APPLY AN ALERT INFORMATION TOOL OPTION ON THE ROUTE WHERE THE SEMAPHHORIC RADAR INDICATED IN THE PICKUP IS PRESENTED OR DISABLED THROUGH THE CTB INFORMATION?

   I BELIEVE THAT AN OPTION TO REMEMBER AS EFFICIENT AS "CONNECTING LIGHTHOUSES" OR MANY OTHER ALERTS AVAILABLE NOW COULD RESOLVE THE CASE PRESENTED OR MINIMIZE IT ENOUGH.

   FOR THIS ALERT, WE WILL BE ABLE TO RANGE OUR DEGREE AND RISK CONDITIONS NEAR THE LOCAL AND PURSUE THE PATH WITH MORE EFFICIENCY AND SAFETY.

   I really feel uncomfortable in this matter because I try to be guided by ethical principles and I am also critical of the Brazilian way of agreeing on the legitimacy of the length of the Law, however, a person who stays on a deserted street at midnight or at 4 in the morning waiting for the sign to open Is also unethical in the sense that it puts unnecessary risk to life.

   In order to facilitate that this information regarding which radars and their respective schedules are determined in the CTB of Rio de Janeiro, I am enclosing an updated list of them so that this alert tool is available as soon as possible, Help where necessary.

9. allow for users to pin a point for fake police

   In my area there police have been placing unmanned police cars at the side of the road as if using radar. These get marked as police and people really slow down. Which is a good thing, but sometimes people slow down under the speed. Please allow for a way to mark these as police decoys or something.

    Boa tarde... Entao sobre o Waze ele é muito bom, mas como uso bastante o GPS convencional digo iGO Primo Ultimate 2.4 com os mapas Tom Tom e Here , ainda estou me adequando ao waze.

    Acho que deveria colocar tipo voce ta andando na rua X (Av. Tamandare) sem ta iniciado Rota para algum outro lugar Y (outra rua e bairro) poderia tipo aparecer embaixo o nome da rua que o Waze ta rodando - uma opniao. Outra quando vai chegar ao radar seja ele qual for so da o apito e diz que o radar ta proximo, podia dizer a velocidade ou ate mesmo ficar piscando na lateral da tela tipo o desenho do Radar e a velocidade em Azul (se voce passar da velocidade fica vermelho) tipo radar de 30km/h ai voce ta 45km/h por volta de 500mt ai aparece o desenho do radar com a imagem da velociade em vermelho piscando ai quando baixar de 30km/h fica azul.

    Tipo coisas assim para poder ajudar a gente que utiliza o waze para todos o jeitos e formas.

    Tem as placas de advertecias que poderia ter tipo proibido a esquerda, proibido a direita, siga em frente, pare (digo algumas placas informativas igual tem nos mapas Here e Tom Tom).

    Olha podemos melhorar esse waze 1000% se o pessoal ai quiser claro, faço parte de um Forum de GPS e frequento muito e temos muita gente que ta ajudando uns aos outros. Vamos mudar esse conceito do waze agora que ele faz parte do Google tambem. Fica mais facil isso.. Vejo que tem lugares que no Google tem mas no waze nao tem no mapa... E assim vai.

    Peço desculpas por ficar falando as coisas, digo pois estou usando e quero ajudar a melhorar. Quem sabe mais pra frente uma contribuiçao tipo os anti virus (uso o Avast para Android - pago por ano 29,00 - se voce usa muito o aplicativo nao vai custar da essa ajuda ne) uma outra opniao... Ai fica o waze Pro e nao o Free - sendo assim com o Pro voce tem mais recursos

12. Waze bluetooth-Kopplung

    Mich stört an Waze, dass Waze sich im Auto zuerst mit meinem bluetooth Hörgerät verbindet und nicht mit den Auto Lausprechern.
    Um das zu korrigieren muss ich zuerst das winzige bluetooth-Symbol auf dem iPhone treffen, anschließend auf den Knopf Tonausgabe tippen, um dort die Senke auszuwählen. Das ist viel zu umständlich!
    Bitte verbessern!

    I'm dissapointed by Waze that ist couples in my car first with my new hearing aid and not with my cars loudspeakers. Trying to change this, I need to click on a too tiny bluetooth button, then to click on another button for adressing the sound sink selection, then to choose the right sound sink (iPhone, car, hearing aid). Please make this easier by recognizing the car and select car first.

13. Make fully customizable alerts

    You guys should make the alerts customizable. For example, I want to get the app to make a sound when I'm approaching a speed camera or something while above the speed limit. Now, if I set the sound as "Alerts" it only makes a sound when there's a speed bump which is useless because there are 6 street signs before every bump! Make a big list of all possible alerts and allow the user to choose what they want to define as alert deserving stuff

14. How to install waze on my car

    I have a 2013 Astra Opel OPC and I can only use my car sound system for calls and I use a separate plug in my cigarette lighter to listen to my music from my phone through the car sound system. Do I need to update my car sound system for easier use?

15. Uso servicios emergencias

    Buenos días, mi nombre es Javier GR, trabajo en un servicio EMS/SEM con una unidad UVI Móvil. Me gustaría transmitirles una idea para poder avisar a los conductores de que una ambulancia/camión de bomberos se les aproxima. Ésto nos ayudaría a bajar los tiempos de respuesta en una emergencia. Al igual que nos sería de mucha utilidad poder disponer de un mapa en una pantalla de nuestra zona de actuación con las actualizaciones del tráfico. Al igual que saltan las alertas por proximidad de radar, pienso que se podría avisar al usuario cuando registre que tiene la ambulancia cerca para poder cedernos el paso con mayor rapidez. Entiendo que una manera sería disponer de un dispositivo en la ambulancia de camino a los avisos geoposicionándonos en todo momento y mandando alertas por proximidad al resto de usuarios.

    Bonjour , on ne peut plus signaler les RADARS FIXES en FRANCE , pouvez-vous remettre cette fonction dans les signalements au vu du développement des radars. Merci URGENT

18. Organisation des icônes sur l’ecran

    L’icône donnant la vitesse n’est pas fonctionnel dans son positionnement. Il faudrait le positionner ou l’on veut l’idéal étant en haut à droite. Explication : lorsqu’il y a un radar, des bouchons, nous ne voyons plus la vitesse. Il faut donner la possibilité de positionner les icônes dont on a besoin et à l’endroit certain

19. Connecting to CarPlay and using Bluetooth

    When connecting to CarPlay don’t change the sound to be default device CarPlay
    Give the chance to change it and choose the sound to be through Bluetooth.
