Waze sleeping mode shortcut for ios shortcuts
Could you please add settings in the waze to stop using GPS on the background or ios shortcut for sleeping mode?
I am using apple shortcut to start waze when I connect my phone to the bluetooth headset in my car. I am using navigation everytime I enter my car and looking for any way how to close waze, or stop location services - sleeping mode or any other solution to stop draining my battery. Hebrew keyboard on carplay
On IOS 14 apple enable Hebrew keyboard, please enable that on Hebrew version of waze.
its already working on google maps in carplay.

I would really like to see Waze available in CarPlay Split Screen
Now that this functionality has been made available it would be really good to be able to use Waze in Split Screen so that I can see Music and Waze rather than Music and Apple Maps and therefore have to revert back to Full Screen for Waze.

Waze Login Screen - Missing "AutoFill Passwords" & "Associated Domains" for using password manager.
Apple iOS has two core features when using a Password Manager to login. An app must have the "Autofill Password Entitlement" so the the autofill password feature in iOS appears on the top of the keyboard when on the login page, this allows you to access your password manger; without this you can use a password manager. Search certain area
When trying to find a spot on the map, there should be an option to update the search area. Google let us manually update it, and Apple does it automatically. I don't see why Waze users should not have this essential feature for navigating new places. Thank you

"Still There" should have a "Close Window" option
When the "Still There" window pops up in Apple CarPlay, I frequently click the button just to make the window go away which results in sending the message that the hazard is still there even if it's not. It would be helpful if the default was "Close Window".

CarPlay Desktop Support
CarPlay have a desktop in which the navigation app is shown with also the music app, Apple Maps and Google Maps supports that page, while Waze does not.

Arranging items
Can users reorder the appearance of the items on the "Update the Map" screen? If so I could move "Closure" higher so that I can access it on Apple Car Play

Report blocked lane
Right now on Apple car play when you report a blocked lane. It’s left, right and center. I would always have to carefully read which one I tap while driving.
I think have left, center and right would be easier to tap around

Mach E - battery percentage charge recommendation
I recently purchased a new Ford Mach-E. I’ma little disappointed in the Waze app vs Apple Maps. First let me say I HATE APPLE MAPS. They are not user friendly, doesnt report police, potholes, or anything useful. However with my Mach-E Apple Maps knows the battery percentage on my car and will automatically add a charging stop to my road trip if needed. If Waze does this I cannot figure it out. Android auto - Traffic bar - Traject controle - Traction control on the highway
Hi,
I miss the traction control on the highway, Traject controle in Dutch, before you enter it, it shows it but doesn't show the bar on the left side such as like on the phone.
I miss the left bar where the start is of the traject controle.

Audio apps on carplay
Youtube Music, Spotify, iHeart Radio, etc. have integrations with the waze app to show current track info on waze, I'd like to see that track info displayed on waze when using Apple Carplay.
I'd like to see both navigation and track info showing on the Carplay screen, either through the carplay dashboard screen, or inside the Waze app

Accurate speed
When using Apple Car Play, my speed is continuously 12+mph over what I am actually doing. I can use the app on my phone just fine it’s accurate within + or - 2mph. I am confused as to why my truck displays such a difference. Brand new truck, brand new iPhone. All updates to apps and devices as required.

Hide search bar
I keep seeing this response to multiple users about the search bar that does not go away: “ Thanks for the suggestion. Search bar automatically hides after around 30 seconds driving without navigation”. The bar does NOT go away after 30 seconds. It takes me 20 minutes to drive to work, and it will not go away. CarPlay Audi Q8 etron
Since Audi Q8 MMI update 4430 Apple and Google Maps are integration with directions in the cluster behind the wheel. Waze does not support this. I would love to see it there

Browse Categories
When I used Apple Car Play, I could select catagory and then find nearby gas station, drive thrus, shopping centres etc. With Andriod Auto, I only have the option for nearby gas stations and I can't search for the other nearby categories such as drive thru resteraunt.
