Speed Van Report
Hey guys,
I have an issue where a lot of police reports are actually just speed vans. Where possible, could you guys add a separate report for speed vans/cameras?

Overlay mode: button for reports, pop-up notifications enroute.
An overlay mode would be beneficial to drivers, passengers and Waze itself. It'll allow Waze to collect traffic information in the background, allow drivers to leave their phones any where in the car and make reports quickly. Allow passengers to use their phones normally and make reports quickly.
It should be easy to make reports, and should have a translucent pop-up when there are reports/speed cameras/red light cameras enroute.
I know if Waze had this option I'd leave Waze on as a passenger and those times I can't be bother mounting my phone or leave the screen on.

Throughout NYC's 5 boroughs, school zone speed cameras are enforced 24/7. They automatically send you a ticket if you go 11 mph over the speed limit. I usually don't speed, but 36mph in a 25 is very easy to do. It would be EXTREMELY helpful to have a "School Zone" category/alert from Waze.

In Mexico, show the speed limit of the street, ave, blvd you will take.
As there are new speed limits and cameras for fines, it would be helpful to know the speed limit of each street

Notifications should definitely come earlier and more times there is no voice warning, and driving and looking at the app to see the warning
Notifications should definitely come earlier and more times there is no voice warning, and driving and looking at the app to see the warning is very risky. There are positions for cameras that no longer exist, but cannot be deleted in the application. Thanks anyway for the effort and the free app.

Add feature to mark Flock
Get free publicity and raise your stock price ! Post new feature to mark flock cameras and release to press media! When some more Epstein Files are about to get released they might push this to top of the new channel instead of releasing the list to create controversy and distraction and Waze will get so much free publicity and more users will now use Waze. Add an option to change where the alert is displayed on your phone screen (eg. speed cameras) from the bottom or top of your phone screen
Add an option to change where the alert is displayed on your phone screen (eg. speed cameras) from the bottom or top of your phone screen. As i find that for me when the alert is on the bottom i miss it due to the placement of my phone in the phone holder so if it was on the top of the screen that would be much better for me personally so give users the option to change where the alert is displayed on screen.

Problem in landscape mode.
Hi, there is a problem when using map with horizontal. Warning window of speed cameras are to big(high) and it covers a speed view.

Police
Is there anyway you can report police and speed cameras with a lot more notice, from my experience 0.3 miles is no where near long enough to react in most cases!! Could it change to 1.2 miles. This gives us more time to react and plan ahead. Also you could make the report for the police on both sides of the road!!

Is it possible to have school zones on the map display just like what it does with speed cameras for example and not the hazards icon because it’s confusing and that way people know when a school zone is coming up cause I’m right by 2 schools

Weathersfield Township Ohio police Warning
Weathersfield Township in Ohio is standing on overpasses over I80 in Ohio with speed cameras. They then send Safety Violation tickets in the mail. It is illegal for a township to issue tickets on an interstate Ohio. The state is write new law to stop them. WHY IS THE WHOLE SECTION OF ROAD THROUGH THE TOWN NOT HIGHLIGHTED ON THE APP WITH A WARNING. THE APP SAY NOTHING THROUGH THERE. PLEASE FIX AND GIVE A WARNING.

Red Flashing Alerts
Before the new update, the speed cameras, red light cameras and police would always flash red, especially when you are speeding. It doesnt do that anymore in the new update, and its made it difficult to see where the cameras are. I dont like voice alerts and I'd always rely on the red alerts. Please change this.

Change route colour
You recently changed the colour of speed cameras on display from green to blue, and if you use the dark mode, like I have always done, the route colour is also blue, and therefore the speed cameras are barely visible! This is total nonsense! Please allow to change the colour of the speed cameras or the route.

ALPR location database
Would like ability to notate location of stationary and mobile license plate readers deployed on public roads. The same exact way in which red light and speed cameras are notated and reported on.

Add user control stop alerts reductions
The app without warning reduces alerts on usually travelled routes. Even critical warnings about mapped seatbelt and phone cameras stop regardless of the user's alert settings! WAZE - allow the user to actually control the alerts please.

Alerts
Can you change the alerts so that cameras are warned at any speed nit just when at speed limit or above. Many times I've approached under the speed limit, had no audible warning then my speeds increased as I've got closer
