Waze suggestion to make it better
Hi, I've been using Waze for a couple of years and I think it's a great app with great features but I'm having trouble with an old issue that needs to be addressed. I live in Romania and here we have a couple of weird intersections with multiple lanes and even overlapping lanes and on my 10" display it's hard to see which one to take to be on your way. Sometimes I need to manually zoom in and then reset to the original position. It would be great if in the near future Waze would do this…

Adding alert for vehicle going below the lowest speed limit
I really appreciate the effort you put in this application. Specially the limit for the route speed in UAE . You perfectly added the high limit for the speed.
My suggestion is to add the lower limit for the route which vehicles can't go below.
It's crucial because the fine for exceeding the speed is the exact same amount for going below the lowest speed.
I myself got fined for this gap on Mohamed bin Rashid street which is not allowed to drive below 120 KM/H . And I came to know after fine of 1200 derhams ( 400×3 ,…2 votes -
Free parking
I'm a volunteer at the smart campus in my university, and we are developing solutions to transport to/from our campus, hopefully making transit better in the surroundings as well. We'd like to feed waze's system with information about the parking lot occupation, to help students and teacher to fill in free parking spaces faster, and avoid lines in public street lanes, directly avoiding traffic jams.

It.s very hard to select the preferred route. The lanes are now in the most difficult corner to be observed, while again is something often to be used/seen. Please revert back everything.

Serious Issues with Waze
You really need to fix the voice in your Waze app. Some of the time it speaks. Most of the time it stays silent. That's no good!
I frequently have to pull over and look at the map.
When it does speak, it always tells me of a turn too late for me to slow down or change lanes without potentially causing an accident.1 vote -
Setting for guidance to bring you to the front of location not across the street.
When the location you are going to is on a road with two or more lanes that go in opposite directions, any you are coming from the side that is across the street from your destination guidance will bring end on the opposite side.
This is very inconvenient if you are doing delivery or dropping off passengers and can also be dangerous if you do not go around.

Alert popup windows disable feature
In android auto the alert popup windows cover vital informations (time to reach destination, lanes to pick on the upcoming crossroad). Recently, the amount of these popup alerts increased so, that they are there almost all the time. There is the option to disable alerts completely, but the alerts are what separates waze from other navigation apps, so not really a good option.
My sugestion is to include the option to disable just the popup windows while leaving the voice notification for the alerts on.

Allow the users to select the navigation way of look
The way the app displays the navigation route is not particularly convenient for me, especially in the part where there is the direction arrowes, which on wide roads shows all the lanes on the monitor which could be cofusing for some people , if the users will have the option to choose which way of the navigation way of look suits them (as you can select the voice in the app), they will make less directional mistakes.

I have a 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia. I use either Waze or Maps every time I drive. For most of my driving, I don't need any nav assist but I want to stay up to date.

Further customizability in route options for drivers (enthusiast drivers)
Not only do, I feel like the special voices should have street names as well, especially in the age of advanced speech to text and artificial intelligence, but I also feel strongly that there should be more customizability for route options as it relates to those who enjoy the art of driving… there are toggles to avoid freeways and avoid unpaved roads, but why not a toggle for someone who enjoys the freeways, but also enjoys a fun route with minimal traffic… Something along the lanes of a “enthusiast toggle” where it shows a dynamic route with fun, challenge,…

More control for emergency workers and traffic management
I'm a press photographer in the Netherlands and I see a lot of incidents for my work. By adding some tools, workers on the road can easily report problems and even instructions. For an example: When an accident happens there is sometimes a lot of debris on the road, even though some lanes are still open it's possible that there is debris on those lanes. Niles Canyon Advisory for Friday Outbound from Fremont
FYI...If your app considers Niles Canyon an alternate route out of Fremont on Friday Afternoons - Fahgedaboudit! the backup starts at 2:30 pm and by 3:30 pm it's a nightmare. I drive through Niles canyon as part of my commute. On Fridays, I've noticed that the backup for cars wanting to turn right from Mission Blvd into the canyon is quite extreme to the point that cars are using 2 lanes to make the right turn in. Motorcycle mode.
As part of the list of requests for "Motorcycle Mode", I'd also like to ask that you add the following feature, something that has literally saved my life. Highlight "Objects on the road" hazards as a high level warning. By that I mean, maybe flash the danger on the UI, and have a different voice over warning. Normally warnings are "Vehicle on side of road". Those aren't a huge hazard, but objects on the road like a blown tire, metal flashing ..etc, are huge dangers for riders.

Improve safety:
Make it easier to report issues on the road so that we don't really have to take our eyes off the road to make the report..
Now if I want to report an object or car, I need to press way too many buttons while driving. It's a huge distraction and we don't need so many details.

I have several ideas
First I have been through 2 permanent speed cameras Waze did not warn me about. Although it might say turn in 300 metres, I have no conception of distance and if a few streets are close I don’t know which one and It needs to tell you to turn here about 2 secs earlier then it does I miss streets and need to be in other lanes to turn esp. in the city where there are lots of one way streets and turn only lanes. I’m on iPhone and I hate that it turns off Siri google DOES…

Electric Vehicle
Hello Devs,
I am currently in Ontario. I own an electric vehicle (with plate something like GVXX 123).
In Ontario, as far as I am aware of, all HOV Lanes are eglible to use the HOV even if there's only the driver on the vehicle. I believe in British Colmbia it's the same.By default, even if I have my vehicle type set as "Electric", Waze still try to navigate me outside HOV/Avoid HOV all together.

Deroute
Hello
Last time when I went abroad, the road closure was not updated on the map. So I had to turn onto a different road than the one in the navigation. The navigation kept trying to return me back to that turn even though there was a roadblock (since I don't know the area I don't think it would be appropriate for me to suggest a roadblock and it's not even safe to do it while driving).

Safety Warning
I’d like to address a serious safety concern regarding Angeles Crest Highway. This road is extremely dangerous due to its sharp turns, narrow lanes, and proximity to sheer mountain edges. Drivers are often faced with oncoming traffic and either the edge of the mountain or the rocky mountainside. It is, without a doubt, the most terrifying road I’ve ever traveled.

I am an avid fan and frequent user of waze. literally anywhere and anytime I am planning a route I use waze, and I always suggest and inform people about its benefits. But Yesterday we had a very bad experience using it.
