One Lane Bridge Alerts
It would be great to have a warning when approaching a one lane bridge, given that it's an important time to slow down and be prepared to stop. By one lane bridge, I mean a bridge with one lane that is shared be the traffic going in either direction (https://www.nzta.govt.nz/roadcode/general-road-code/road-code/about-driving/giving-way/giving-way-on-one-lane-bridges/).
Generally one direction gets the right of way, so it would also be handy to have that included in the warning.

Navigation PopUp
When navigation sends you on an alternate route than what you are expecting, give some kind of pop up that warns of significant traffic jam. I write this as I have been sitting in traffic for 90 minutes now. When I was navigating along it changed my route but I hadn't noticed it but if it showed me the traffic jam bar associated with the change and sounded a bell or something, I would have certainly taken the alternate route.

I would love to see Waze on the Samsung Gear S3.
As far as I can tell, the Gear S3 can be purchased with a Data plan via AT&T, so theoretically it would be possible to use Waze on a smart watch with both GPS and Data. I would absolutely pay for a smartwatch version of your app, as would many other people! Having my phone out to use Waze when commuting daily is a bit cumbersome, but using it on a smart watch just to keep an eye out for traffic / police would make me use it every time I step foot in my car. Add Buttons
Its difficult to give reports when one is driving at 120 km/hr. Users must be able to add buttons, similar to speed reading on the screen, where once can report by touch of a button. One should also have option to drag and place these buttons anywhere on the screen
I would add following to my screen when driving.
- Report Car on Shoulder
- Report Pothole
- Heavy traffic
- police (visible / Invisible.7 votesLong tap on Report button brings up 3 the most common report types.

Automate road closure Report
It is difficult to report road closures in real time - especially on a freeway - because of the approach speed and unexpected driving adjustment. If Waze inquired why I missed a turn/off-on ramp it would be helpful. This is similar to when Waze asks "you slowed down - are you in traffic?" If Waze notices that I missed a turn/off-on ramp it should ask "you missed a turn- was there a road closure ?" This way I can report later ( give me 60 secs) when safe. Add option to select car pool when navigating
Lets popup "carpool?" button after choosing destination in carpool times. This will help to get corresponding exits and more precise calculations. Sometimes traffic stopped while carpool is open and I dont want to get average estimation and alternative route. Thanks!

Dark Theme on Carplay Issues
There is some issue with map and dark theme on CarPlay after some of last updates, whet even you chose "dark theme always", on CarPlay at day it's light theme and only when auto light turn on head lights? than waze switch map to dark theme.

First responders
As a First Responder there should be a way to for us to update more information on traffic accidents and incidents that would allow us to give first hand accounts to get people to slow down or avoid an area all together. People refuse to slow down when we are working on the side ofthe road.

Left room firefighter and reduce trafic jam
Hello Waze, my name is sam, I'm a French firefighter, my idea came after a car accident. thanks to the users of your application, we know that there is a traffic jam and we know the cause of the traffic jam such as an accident. So why not put an important message to drivers who use Waze telling them to leave room for firefighters. Two advantages of doing this, the first is to save the firefighter time to help the victims of the accident. And the second, allow to release more quickly the road to reduce traffic jams. thank you

Use Simplistic Terms for Directions Where Possible
To make navigation easier, use simplistic terms for navigation. For example, instead of "In 300 feet, turn right", if possible you could say "at the next intersection, turn right" or "at the end of the road, turn right". Other simplistic terms could be "at the next traffic light, turn left".

Add routes that *avoid* red light and speed cameras similar to routes that avoid tolls.
Similar to routes that avoid tolls there should be routes that avoid speed cameras and red light cameras.

Post weather reports
Torrential rain, ice, tornado etc etc would all be useful information for other Wazers, just like Traffic Jams or accidents are. Can we have a quick weather report like moods with a limited validity time please?

way to tell waze I'm in the other parallel road
Sometimes waze tells me to enter the highway when it has heavy traffic and the service road I am is much faster. Then I disobey him, but it thinks I'm in the highway and keeps collection wrong data.
I think we you could have an option that when enabled and waze can't be sure in which of 2 parallel roads I am, I could tell him he got it wrong.
It must be a single touch in the screen to alternate between the roads, because I would be driving when it happens.
This way I would generate better data for…

Adding the option for a visual timer
It would be so helpful to have an integrated visual timer on the map. My child has a disability and visuals are so important to our daily life. I find myself toggling back and forth when using navigation and it can be difficult to manually adjust the time when there’s traffic or other delays. Having an integrated visual timer would be so helpful to families like ours!

Avoid red light cameras
Hi, I would like to suggest that at the section where we choose to avoid unpaved roads, freeways, tols etc, you could include the choice to Avoid Red light Cameras or other permanent road cameras.
