Windows Phone, need lane closure markings for construction, and need offramp closed markings
Windows Phone Waze App: needs the ability to mark lane closures and slowdowns for construction, and needs the ability to mark offramp closures and have Waze not send people to go to that offramp. I lost 10mins on my (50 mins) commute today becuase of road construction on main street Waze sent me down.....I would have done better without using Waze....and I may not....

Please add bus lanes operational hours for London sometimes as anytime or with poor design by local authorities to trap drivers
Dear Sirs,
Please add bus lanes operational hours for London, sometimes they are set as any time or with poor design by local authorities to trap drivers and be served with contravention.No pre-warning, no standard design with decent ergonomically signs to serve the day driving and night driving.Would be a great assistance to get warned before bus lane and flagged all along of the bus lane so drivers can drive adequately or pull out of bus lane if missed to change the lane.

Which lane should follow before getting to the location where Waze tells your next turn
Waze shows the lane that should be used for the next turn, but do not show which lane you should follow at each cross road or traffic light. I was using the Waze in cities abroad or even in my country and as I didn’t know the town was cumbersome to guess which lane should I take at every cross road / traffic light before getting to the actual position where I should take a turn and Waze was telling me which are the coreect lanes. need waze to tell me the turn after next, so I can set lane position properly when making the next turn
Waze will show/tell m the next turn to make, but before I get to it, I need to know what the turn after will be, to insure my lane position is correct for the coming turn.

Allow users to select lanes blocked when reporting an accident
When reporting an accident, allow users to select if the right lane is blocked, left lane is blocked, all lanes are blocked, or if the accident is on the shoulder.

Center median police reporting
Report a police officer in the median of the road rather then reporing in your lane or the oncoming lane.

Temporary HOV/Carpool lanes
If I'm in a 2+ vehicle, it would be nice if a route preferred HOV lanes. In my area, there is a "temporary" HOV lane which has a different direction in morning and evening. (See US-93 between Boston and Braintree MA)
20 votesThank you for your suggestion! As you may know, Waze offers HOV routing for taxis. To change your vehicle type go to Settings > Vehicle type. There are currently no plans to add more HOV options.

add an option for Alternative fuel vehicles to be routed to HOV and HOT lanes since they are exempt
In the state of Georgia Alternative fuel vehicles are permanently exempt from HOV and HOT lane restrictions and as such they are a good option but waze has no way to know we electric folks are using HOV and HOT lane.

Lanes Selection Display
The lane indicator display is a great addition but the colour used to highlight the correct lane isn’t great white against light gray isn’t very eye catching. How about the correct lanes are highlighted in the blue that is used for the main display. This will be more eye catching against the grayed out lanes

Add "No lanes closed" response to "Waze Asks" card for roadworks alerts
A recent unannounced change has added a "What do you see?" card when approaching a roadworks alert. The only response options are to report lane closures or to indicate that the roadworks are no longer there. There is no intuitive option to dismiss the question or respond that construction is still taking place but no lanes are closed.
The majority of roadworks take place without any lane closures, yet the app assumes that closures will occur.
Without an intuitive way to respond differently to a lane closure, many users seem to be selecting one of the closure options to…27 votes -

show blocked lanes
When exiting for example it shows which lane to take. But if there is a blocked lane then it doesnt show it in the lanes. It might help with confusion

When a vehicle is broken down in the middle of the road, we aren't able to report it or say which lane is blocked.
When we come up to a vehicle that is disabled in the middle of a road, we can only report it as being on the shoulder. We need to be able to report it as blocking the road and report which lane is blocked/closed.

Reporting of traffic jams in filter lanes or turning lanes
Hi, many times while driving on the highway I would pass a filter lane or turning lane at a traffic light that is extremely long. I would like to be able to report this so other users who might be coming up to the turning lane would know its present status and can decide if they want to continue there or go to another turn off. Currently, I can only flag whether there is traffic on the "main road" that I am traveling on.

Expand the Construction Warning
Expand the "Construction" tab to include multiple options to accurately warn drivers. For example:
- Flag Person
- Temporary Signal
- Left/Right/Center Lane Closed
- Lane Shift/Detour
- Pavement Ends
The biggest one for me is the lane closures, because I want to know which lane is blocked/closed ahead before I get to the situation. Just marking "construction" offers me no insight and just keeps me on high alert.
