WIFI broadcasting in a P2P like network
When having problems getting to the network. Waze can WFI brodcast you report and bounce it from client to client until it gets to the server and in the way you just notified all the cars near by that are the once they need the information.
ie. Broadcast an accident you just reported to the cars going on the other direction and just passed near you.1 vote -
Car category specific routes
It would be very nice if you can define/select the vehicle type/category before you start driving or even better when you create a new account to specify the vehicle type and based on this to have different routes to the destination, because if you are a TIR driver sometimes Waze provides a route that is destination only to normal cars.

Make the police position unavailable during terrorist attack
Hello,
I suggest that waze suppress the police position in case of terrorist attack. Indeed, I am French and was in Paris last Friday 13th of November. On Saturday morning I went in the north when saw a suspicious car with black window that was going very fast and was dangerous for other cars. It may be the 8th terrorist that the police didn't caught yet. I saw this car leaving the main road just before the police could have arrest this car. May be it was not a terrorist but there should be some specific case during which…6 votes -
Seperate speed limit warning for each vehicle type
Hi Waze team,
I have used Waze while driving motorcycle. But in my opinion, it would be good if we can separate the speed limit for each vehicle type because the speed limit may be different with cars on some roads. Maybe it's a good development route for supporting another type of vehicle like truck for example7 votes -
Vw new beetle
I know for a while there was the option to choose a yellow vw beetle as a car icon but there isnt anymore and would be fun to have a vw bug or new beetle again.

Add More Car Icons
I would like to see more options for car icons. Rather than Waze spending time creating the icons, Waze could provide specifications for icons and users could then create and upload their own car icons. A handheld GPS unit I used to have had this capability. It was great to be able to select things like the U.S.S. Enterprise, or Defiant, or Enterprise-E, or Airwolf, or K.I.T.T... or whatever users could come up with.

Stop Taking over Car Audio in CarPlay
It is extremely annoying when Waze opens on car play that it changes my audio source to the CarPlay as well. It’s so annoying that I have gone back to using Google or Apple Maps exclusively, as they do not do this.

Don´t take for the average the motorcycle speed
In all the countries, are motorcycles drivers using waze, when there´s a lot of traffic, they go faster than the cars, I was thinking that the speed of the motorcycles don´t matter, for this important reason it doesn´t have to upload the speed to the waze servers.
When we open the app, it could be a question: are you usen a motorcycle? or a car?, or it could be a setting too.
The information that is upload for the motorcycle drivers are impacting to the ETA of the rest of the drivers!!!!!!!!!

On Apple car play the map does not switch to night mode. I have to force it in to night mode by opening Waze on my iPhone whilst it’s plugged in to the cars usb port. This is a bug as up until last week night mode worked in car play.

Integrate behind steering wheel Polestar 2
PLEASE WAZE, There are currently like over 60 000 Polestar 2 cars on the road. Polestar has made it possible to have waze application on the cars center display but when using Waze, the screen behind the steering wheel becomes dark. When using google maps on Polestar 2, we get both maps on center screen and the screen behind the steering wheel.
Polestar Support has reached out and said that Waze needs to integrate this. Please do , we have been waiting for more than e year for this.
