Add “avoid freeways” to drop down menu on map screen.
It would be super useful to have the option to avoid freeway’s using the drop down list instead of having to scroll through all the preferences to find it. Especially once you’ve already started driving, and you want to change routes. It’s much more useful than “avoid ferries” when you live in a big city. I have 3 freeways near my home, and when I need to go just a few miles it always wants to put on a freeway just to have me get off one exit later.

Add option to avoid specific streets in navigation
Sometimes I want to avoid a specific street or area due to police controls, protests, or personal reasons. These are not always reported in Waze, so the app doesn’t know to avoid them.
I suggest adding a setting where users can select certain streets or zones to avoid, either temporarily or permanently. This way, Waze can calculate alternate routes that respect these preferences.
It could be similar to the existing “Avoid tolls” or “Avoid highways” options, but more customizable. Maybe a long-press on the map or a list where we add “Streets to Avoid”.

Tolls whitelist
We need the option to whitelist certain tolls when on "Avoid Tolls". I generally want to avoid all tolls except for a specific one since every other way is basically unusable.

Be able to avoid roads that are over a certain speed limit!
We should be able to set the navigation to avoid certain roads that go over a certain speed limit that we should choose. Like if i want to avoid roads that go over 80km/h waze should be able to help me find a route like that. Or maybe I want to avoid roads that go over 60km/h or I want to only go on roads that have bike routes!! Please make this a feature.

New Driver / Learner Mode - For drivers that have restrictions for speed / highway
A mode for new driver/learner, where restrictions (typically not allowed on major highways, or speeds above 100kph. When this mode is on the route provided avoids these. Much like avoid Toll.

UP Express at Bloor
Could you Add a pickup spot for the UP Express Bloor that is off of Dundas as the current address on Bloor is not good for passengers with suitcases etc. and drivers often go to Bloor Strret or the other side of the train tracks and then want to charge you more - many thanks

Please update METRO for Harris County, TX - HOV/HOT Lanes Now Open 7 days a week
PLEASE update the map to include all METRO HOV/HOT lanes in Harris County as OPEN on weekends during the same time frames they are open during the week. METRO made the pilot program permanent effective September 10, 2022.

Add the ability to see lane merges ahead of you.
Might be nice to be shown arrows if you have a merge coming ahead of you on the route similar to how it shows lanes for exits, turns, ect.
This can prove useful if there is traffic and you can either pre-change to avoid having to merging or can stay in the merging lane to zipper merge later saving you time.

MORE navigation options, in addition to shorter time or distance
I would LOVE for waze to have multiple options for routes. For instance :
Standard options:
- shortest distance
- shortest time
Standard avoids :
- avoid toll roads
- avoid highwaysNew ones:
- least turns
- least traffic lights ;New avoiding routes:
- avoid construction routes
- avoid one lane streets
- avoid streets with traffic moving slower thanAll of these should be able to mix and match and specify further details. For instance it would be great if it showed option to list trips within X percent of time to shortest time trip.…

Add ERP timing into Singapore Map
It will be better if routing can include erp/toll timing automatically. if user set to avoid erp/toll, but the timing of specific erp/toll is already over, then there is no need to avoid that route! So in this sense, route calculated from point A to point B will include erp/toll if the erp/toll on that route is already off, and it's calculated based on shortest road. If it's not, then will continue to navigate from A to B using the avoid erp/toll options automatically.

Acurate Toll pices and locations in Stockholm Sweden
Pinpoint all the toll locations in Stockholm on the Waze map so that the driver easily can see if the calculated route will pass it. It will be more clear than just saying that there is a toll. Because then if you want, you can just select the route that passes the least amount of tolls, instead of gambling on the estimated value that you provide now.

Be able to mark passing places in country lanes like you can potholes.
When going down narrow country lanes wide enough for one car it would be great be able to mark passing places like you can pot holes. So many times you meet another car and wonder where the next passing place is.

Avoid Paved Roads
As an owner of a street legal UTV, SxS, or ATV, or as an owner of a non-street legal UTV, SxS, or ATV in jurisdictions where they are allowed on roads (multiple counties near me in Michigan allow this)… I want to have Waze provide me a route to a destination that avoids paved roads (prefers dirt roads), similar to the existing feature “Avoid Unpaved Roads”.

Show toll and no-toll options on the routes list
I truly hope that you consider putting the feature back, as having to go to the settings to change the setting to "No Tolls" and check the routes and then uncheck it to see other options is, to put it mildly, RIDICULOUS. This was there before, but for some reason that escapes me, Waze removed it!
For example, this past weekend, I was driving from NJ to OH and had to change routes quickly. I put in the addresses, and it gave me a wild route that was about 50 miles longer and would take over an hour longer…

enhance the toll and HOV passes adding expire date.
Can you add expiration date for the toll and HOV passes. I got the 2nd penalty due to mine expired ;) many thanks for that!
