Speed camera alert distance
It would be very useful to be able to increase the distance at which speed camera alerts are triggered. Currently they are way too short (too little notice) - speed cameras can now detect cars at a significant distance away, and multiple times I've had the alert triggered only after I could see the camera and it could see me (usually on a motorway bridge).

I find inspiration from Batman’s vehicle. How about a icon that change by car’s acceleration?

Distance to next maneuver sent to car's Android Auto capable head unit
While running inside Android Auto, it would be nice if Waze would send the distance to the next maneuver to the car's head unit.
For example, while Google Maps runs in AA, on the car's instrument cluster and heads up display the next maneuver can be seen, including the distance to it. When Waze runs in AA, only the next maneuver can be seen, without the distance to it.5 votes -

visual indication of GPS antenna used when connected to Carplay
A visual indication of which GPS antenna is used when connected to Carplay as the iOS device is able to take advantage of the cars antenna giving better accuracy. Would be very interesting to be able to see wether it's using the devices built in or the cars.

New sound pack for BMW and other car drivers
I would like to suggest a sound pack for Audi, BMW and other premium car drivers, where the "turn left" and the "turn right" is replaced with "signal left" and "signal right". Thanks in advance.

We use carsharing. how to find deposit cars fast way? with waze?

adding no commercial plates filter
Allowing a filter for choosing passenger cars only routes or commercial vehicles allowed. This would be helpful to plan routes and side routes avoiding parkways or roads in the NYC area which do not allow commercial plated vehicles on those roads

Remind me to turn off the lights before exiting the car/turning off the engine
Just like there is a reminder for children, can you add an option to turn off the headlights at night before turning the engine off? The reason is that for cars without auto turn off, the battery drains and it is stressful to turn the jumpstart the engine.

Warn oncoming traffic for ALL events
We cannot warn the oncoming users for all of the issues they can meet on the road.. Speed checks it's ok, but not the traffic jams or for the cars that have to stop on the side of the road for instance...

Rajouter un type de véhicule camping-car avec possibilité de rentrer les gabarits et vitesses (taille, llongueur largeur hauteur et poids),
Depuis des années que j'utilise Waze pour la voiture (après des Tomtom), je suis ravi. Néanmoins, je navigue régulièrement en camping-car et je suis obligé d'utiliser un GPS concurrent car impossible de rentrer le gabarit et Waze fait passer par routes trop étroites ou hasardeuses pour Camping car (même étant <3.5 T)... Donc est il possible de rajouter un type de véhicule Camping car, avec possibilité de rentrer les caractéristques? Merci

while using apple car play either receive haptic vibrations or voice prompts (or both) for upcoming directions, cops, etc. while using Waze

Add group travel
Allow 2 or more cars to share the same route (or make a group).
Make all the cars in the group visible to each others in the map (different Icon than wazers and in real time just like the arrow from our car, could be smaller arrows with different colors)1 vote -
Sound to Car Infotainment Connection Test Button
Setting up / integrating WAZE with a car's infotainment system has a large number of variables with cable, Bluetooth and WiFi being examples. It would be really handy to have a test button that would run through WAZE's range of warnings to test such connections in a stationary vehicle.

I’d like to be able to select my Firebolt as my car icon. If that doesn’t work, a Nimbus 2000 should be fine too. It’s slower though...

Wazing colleagues daily with my car
I drive a car daily to work morning and evening. (3 empty seats)
I have 3 other colleagues that I can pick up during morning and go together at work in the same area.
Idea proposal: I want to plan in advance (1day earlier for example) a route to my work/ school and my work/school colleagues to join in the planned routes. The colleagues must see my GPS position when I start and when I am approaching them.
Everything to choose inside the app.It means 3 cars less on the road during one day!

STOP 180° car rotation when standing still
So I come to a stop light, and after a while, my car and map (not the screen) rotates, I guess, as it thinks I actually did make a U turn. Problem is my speed is 0km/h. It happens even when you have a destination to navigate to, and then, all of u sudden, I'm turned around and I'm being shown to make first to the right. I start driving, the whole thing rotates ones again, and I miss my left turn !?!?! I think it's because it get's a satellite position which shifted a bit, so it thinks that…
