1. Plan a route with multiple stops

   Hi, I would like to plan a route with multiple stops and send it to a driver that suppose to pick up a few people on the way. At the moment you can only put one stop on the way.

2. Add speed limit near the camera icon

   Since all cameras have static speed limit, it would be great to extend camera icon to contain information about speed limit(like current icon + 50/70/110 or another number). This will help driver to understand limit much earlier before camera and correctly choose speed without fast braking, so this will improve safety on roads

4. Forced Landscape mode

   For use with a HUD display that displays as the orientation is on the phone. If it's in the portrait mode it will only fill portrait in the middle of the screen. If you turn the phone on it's side it fills the screen in the landscape mode but. If you have a forced landscape mode, you can orientate the phone in portrait but Waze would be in Landscape and display as landscape on the HUD screen. This would be great. Kind of like keeping it in the night mode instead of auto. Night mode works better with HUD displays. So have a Portrait / Landscape / Auto switch in the preferences.

5. In states that use IPASS & similar toll systems, modify Waze to indicate that cash lanes or toll pass lanes are an option

   The app currently routes us to the cash lanes - it doesn't take into account that IPASS lanes (& similar state toll lanes) are an option; please change

6. Final destination announcement/display.

   When using a favorite or getting an address from a calendar event, it is often difficult to know exactly where the destination is. without having the full address displayed upon arrival. Rather than saying "You have arrived at your destination," it would be better to say "You have arrived at 3478 NW XX st.

7. Elevation on map screen

   Add elevation to the main screen, perhaps as an option like having the speedometer.

   Not sure if it is possible, but I assume it is, as my old Garmin gps could do it.

8. Categorizing Favorites

   With my Garmin, I can quickly look at my favorites list relative to my current location. ADVANTAGE: I'm hungry.....it tells me where my favorite restaurants and coffee shops are and how close. Makes it easy to return there when i'm in the area.

   UPGRADE: Ability to share your favorites list with a friend, so that they can choose a place and navigate there as well!

10. Ok Waze

    Bring back the ‘OK Waze’ voice search.

    This was an extremely useful feature to enter a new destination whilst driving. Unsure why it was discontinued. Now you have to touch your device to enter a destination.

    “Ok Waze” was replaced with Goggle Assistant which allows for voice search, voice reporting and much more!

    Great benefits to bring Carpool to Guatemala: -

    • Reduce the amount of cars on the road during peak hour traffic (4 am-10am) and (4pm-9pm). At this time, it is blocked to the network and can take up to 3 hours to enter and leave the capital (Guatemala City)
    • Car ownership is prohibitively expensive
    • Public transport is risky and not reliable.
    • be environmentally conscious of the earth because they are more economical people in movement

    Help our little Country to be better and more responsible. Help to bring Waze Carpool to Guatemala

    Alternative means have been implemented, such as Carpool groups, but they are not enough and it would be great to have the option of Waze in Guatemala with the application, I'm sure it would work 100%

13. ambulance

    What if the ambulance drivers was using Waze as well and I got a message or a siren on my waze as the ambulance approached the location where I was. I would know that there was an ambulance coming on my way and i could pull over in order to let it pass through.

    I have no idea about Waze database, but I am sure it is not small. I believe it could be very helpfull to all parties: ambulance would reach hospital fasters; patients would not have the risk to be in traffice and get treatment faster; driver would no feel guilty for not letting the ambulance pass though; and the hospital doctor would be able to provide a faster response to the patient.

14. PERMANENTLY disable sounds including after updates

    Stop turning the damn sound/ voice back on with every f-ing update. We turn that crap off for a reason and I am getting tired of resetting the sounds to OFF with every f-ing update!

16. Setting to turn off big purple road names

18. Have a manual option to modify route of travel

    WAZE gives a route for fastest or shortest trip which is great in most cases . But could we give user's the option to take a less congested or more scenic route as a user's choice by allowing changes to the route instructions or on the map like Google maps with a drag and drop option.OR better yet allow import of Google saved maps into WAZE.

    Duration for any report depends on number of upvotes and ‘Not there’s – the more upvoted the report is, the more time it lasts on the map.

20. Retour d'experience en vu d'amelioration de l'appli WAZE apres 3 mois d'utilisation sur les routes avec un SAMSUNG GalaxyS2

    • afficher la limite de vitesse surveillee par le radar de vitesse
    • annoncer si depassement de vitesse et vitesse limite.
    • manque avertissement a l'approche des radars de feux rouges.
    • icone radar peu visible sur le plan il faudrait les metrent en surbrillance à l'approche (l'appli Glob fait tres bien tout cela sauf qu'il n'y a pas de navigateur !) (La communauté Glob est plus belge que Francaise)

    • afficher les limitation de vitesse sur la portion de route en cours de parcours.

    La communauté des wazer roulant en moyenne aux alentour de la limitation de vitesse
    il est facile de detecter les changement des limitation de vitesse sur les routes
    un menu de confirmation serait apprécié pour valider ces nouvelles limitations.

    • alerte visuelle et sonore lors du depassement de vitesse

    • ils durent en generale plusieurs jours et doivent rester afficher plus longtemps que quelques heures.
    • ajouter l'avertissement avec le pop up : choix : "plus la" / "ok"

    il faut pouvoir plotter la position plutot que de rechercher l'adresse qui n'est pas toujours precise.

    ***** zone de ralentissement

    -le calcul de trajectoire n'est pas suffisament optimisee
    Il ne tiens pas compte des zone de ralentissement, un itineraire alternatif pourrait etre proposé

    **** lorsque l'on sort de l'itineraire programmé

    • Waze devrait demander pourquoi : bouchon / meilleur route ailleurs / raccourci / ou suivez moi...?

    **** rayon evenement

    • a l'arret des pop up affiche les évenements dans les x Km a la ronde il est inutile de voir afficher les evenements qui ne sont pas sur le trajet emprunte De plus les pop up masque la zone de carte de l'evenement

    **** peage
    - avertir de leur approche 2km avant... souvent la vitesse est mesurée a ces endroits est presente

    **** tunnel
    - signaler les radar avant l'entree dans le tunnel (exemple le tunnel de TOULON)

    • perte signal gps... afficher le deplacement estime sur la trajectoire (comme le ferait google map)

    **** avertissement
    - zone placees sous videoverbalisation
    a signaler au meme titre que les feux surveillés.

    **** icone wazer
    - les icones des wazer sont trop gros par rapport aux alertes.
    il faudrait pouvoir choisir d'afficher les evenements en icone de taille supperieure a ceux de la communauté des wazers

    **** Co-Voiturage
    - Vous avez unez plateforme puissante et une communauté enorme pour pouvoir proposer du covoiturage
    - Il faut pouvoir noter les wazer pour leur donner une credibilité / fiabilité
