Not touchable Android Auto Bug
I drive Mazda CX-30 2023 which have a not touchable screen. I use a knob to switch focusable button. Normally focus on the search button, when alert come out, it just to the first choice. If I want to select second option, it will go back to search button, not the second option. It make me hard to provide feedback.

Já tem uma semana que o wase vem apresentando problemas com a interface do Android auto, não está passando as inf. de forma automática
Não é ideia e sim reclamação, a uma semana que a interface wase/Android auto está com problema de conexão, sou motorista de app e antes as informações passavam automaticamente quando clicavamos na navegação, agora temos que desconectar, aguardar o wase calcular a rota no celular para depois reconectar ao carro

Android auto - Traffic bar - Traject controle - Traction control on the highway
Hi,
I miss the traction control on the highway, Traject controle in Dutch, before you enter it, it shows it but doesn't show the bar on the left side such as like on the phone.
I miss the left bar where the start is of the traject controle.

Android Auto 2019 GUI - add speed display/warning/ road incidentsin footer
When no destination is set and Waze map is not selected, the footer only displays the Waze icon and leaves a large empty area -> additional minimized information can be added: road incident or current speed/overspeed information

speed camera popup
The speed camera warning popup obscures the lane guidance when used in Android Auto. Lane guidance is more important than the speed warning, especially when getting close to highway exits or when the upcoming turn is close to the speed camera. Please reduce the speed camera pop up or move it elsewhere!

Speed alert has stopped working in Android Auto
Ever since the latest AA UI redesign, I have noticed that the "speed alert" feature has stopped working. I have not tested without AA, so I cannot say if this is specific to that or a general problem.

Better support for intents
GMM supports many more intents than Waze, and what waze does support does not always work.
For example, Waze can handle http://maps.google.com/maps, but, Google's web maps now uses just http://maps.google.com/
And you don't handle https:// at all.The geo:lat,lng intent seems to occasionally work. But not consistently. Didn't try geo:?q=... types of intents.
And of course, there are all sorts of country specific maps.google.* variations that aren't handled. Don't know if Android intents handle wild cards or not. It appears that GMM explicitly lists everything.

Place NEW favorites at the top of the list.
I always add new favorites to the list while NOT connected to the car. Then, when I connect, via Android Auto, I attempt to select my NEW favorite. However, it is located at the very bottom of a very long list. Sure would like to see NEW Favorites at the top of the Favorites list

problèmes avec android auto depuis la derniere mise à jour
Bonjour, depuis la derniere mise à jour android auto, je rencontre pas mal de bugs avec l'application.
mon véhicule n'est pas équipé d'un écran tactile mais d'une molette et il n'est plus possible de confirmer ou infirmer un signalement car je n'arrive plus à positionner et verrouiller le choix "toujours là" ou "pas là" car ça "saute"sans arrêt, et cela rend impossible la selection.
De plus il faut beaucoup tourner la molette et dans un sens contraire à la logique pour tenter d'aller sur la zone de signalement à confirmer. c'est pénible et c'est aussi dangereux car on quitte la…1 vote -

Have music apps not freeze while using Waze. "Please know that music apps are not supported in Android Auto when using Waze". How dumb.

Bring back the report list on iOS!!
Please bring back the list of reports on iOS!!! I used to use that option all of the time, to decide which route I was going to take or see what I needed to watch out for, before I set out. Now I can only see what's going on when i set a route in the car to leave, which defeats my purpose of analyzing which way to go. I like to do this before i set out. Not the last second as I'm ready to drive. I use waze to travel long distances and I can't get a good…

Motorcycle and rally communities
For people to use Waze for navigation for groups (either leading and or distributing to a group) it would be great IF a person could go to Google Maps, make a route, then send it to Waze for navigation.
I plan group motorcycle rides on Google Maps, but then there is no way for me to get that electronically over to GPS (I use my Android phone (waze) for navigation).
I wind up still printing the Google Maps and putting them in my Tank back to follow.. Seems so 2005,,,8 votes -

New platform: Firefox OS
Firefox OS (formerly boot-to-Gecko) is a soon-to-be-released platform for low-end smartphones for emerging markets. It combines a stripped-down Android base (called Gonk) with Gecko (the Firefox render engine) and Gaia, a client layer written entirely in HTML5. The Mozilla Foundation is making some apps available for the commercial release, including HERE Maps, created by Nokia, but HERE is not a very good mapping solution, it lacks turn-by-turn navigation and the interface is overall a mess. Automatically open keyboard after passenger confirmation
At least on the Android client, after hitting the passenger confirmation button, the keyboard does not automatically pop up. The user must press in the blank a second time. Please program the keyboard to open immediately after pressing "passenger".

Alarma para Waze fuera de servicio y corregir bug de desconexión
Muchas veces voy conduciendo escuchando las indicaciones por bluetooth (conduzco motocicleta) y frecuentemente Waze se desconecta, no hay notificación auditiva y quedo perdido justo en el peor lugar. Waze debería tener una alarma o notificación al desconectarse voluntaria o involuntariamente.
