  1. Bookmarks Import from Apple Map and GPS coordinates

    I have many bookmarks in Apple Map and I would like to transfer them in a Waze, but:
    - this option does not exist
    - The Waze does not have an option for entering GPS coordinates

  2. Add distance to routes in apple car play

    When showing routes in apple car play, only the time to destination of each route is displayed. Please also add the distance of each route, which is a very important parameter for selecting the route.

  3. Be able to interface from your phone like Apple iPhone

    I really like your app and use it every day. My frustration is that I use a Samsung Android smart phone (I am not a fan of Apple iPhone's). Apple play works very well with your app. You can control your app from the phone or the car interface (basically the car mirrors the phone). With Android play you can't control the app or view the app from your phone. All interfaces have to be on the car not the phone.   4. Add iPhone music player for songs stored locally in my iPhone, not just for songs in Apple Music premium subscription

    Currently, Waze for iOS/iPhone includes controls for Apple Music. But it only works if the user has a subscription to Apple Music. I have a lot of music that I own stored locally on my iPhone. But Waze cannot control the music player, unless it is controlling the paid/subscription Apple Music.

  5. In Apple CarPlay have the black bar slide up when an address is not entered like in the google maps app.

    Description is entitled. iOS, Apple CarPlay, Ford expedition sync 3. The black bar is taking up screen real estate when an address is not entered. The black bar should then slide back down when the screen is tapped.

  6. Opción de elegir el mapa de día o mapa de noche dese Waze en Apple CarPlay

    Al igual que con Maps de Google, sería bueno que Waze permitiera elegir desde la app de Apple CarPlay el modo de visualización del mapa (día o noche) y que no tenga que ser obligación utilizar el celular.

  7. Report alerts in Apple CarPlay

    When navigating through Apple CarPlay, when the user clicks on an alert, the alert icons automatically appear, but after the user clicks on one of them, more options appear in the form of a list. The user often has to scroll down to find the type of alert, which causes distraction and risk of accidents. Therefore, I ask that you change the format of the second alert screen, leaving it the same as the first, that is, the options next to each other. Thanks.

  8. Report Road Closure on Apple Car play

    The amount of times I get stuck because of a road closure and it will not suggest a new route because I can’t report it! I end up driving miles away for it to update for a new route! Please fix this!!! Sick of getting stuck!

  9. Apple CarPlay shortcut for reporting a hazard

    To report a hazard (ie pothole) requires 4 clicks. Would be great if there was a few one click shortcuts to report the most common hazards such as a pothole, police, and vehicle stopped on side of road. This would be much safer than fumbling around to report a pothole while driving.

  10. Voice search button for destinations using apple carplay.

    Carplay voice input was taken away (microphone icon). I can no longer search via voice for directions to any place. Now I can only use iphone maps or google maps. Seems strange to remove a vital feature as now I cannot get directions to places with my voice.

  11. Make speed limit larger on apple carplay

    I have read the responses to this issue. It seems to be a bot responding as:

    Thank you for your suggestion! As you may know, Waze already displays a speedometer, including both your driving speed and the speed limit for the road you’re currently on.

    That is NOT the issue. Just remove the speedometer and make the speed limit LARGER. Like it appears on Google Maps, which owns Waze.

  12. Be able to correct fuel prices in Apple CarPlay

    Before getting a car with Apple CarPlay ( have iPhone Xs Max IOS 16.7.2, Waze v 4.103) I was able to bring up and correct fuel prices of petrol stations I just visited / passed. Now with CarPlay, that option has gone.

  13. Following the update of my Apple phone 12 Pr Max to IOS 16, currently 16.1 there is considerable battery drain and overheating of the phone

    Eversince I updated my iphone 12 pro max to IOS is whenever I use Apple Carplay and especially WAZE the phone overheats significantly in a very short timespan and also the battery drops dramatically in no time.
    Is Waze aware of this problem ? Are they doing something to fix it.
    The same issue does not occur when I use other navigation software’s in Apple Carplay.

    Please fix it as I can not continue using Waze with such dramatic battery use and overheating of the phone!

  14. Please work with Ford and Sync so that Waze will work with an Android phone. Apple is not the only OS

    Please allow for Android operation with Ford Sync the same way is works with IOS. I am not an apple fan but would like to have the same options as there are with iOS.

  15. apple car waze speed camera radar warning box

    In Apple Car Play box with “speed camera - thanks - not there” dialog covers the box with ETA - distance to destination box. If there’s a lot of radar warnings the big box is present on the screen almost permanently.
    I suggest to move the box with ETA and distance to destination to the right bottom side or make the radar warning box smaller.

  17. Banner notifications

    I would be great if a banner notification would show if the app was running in the background and a turn was approaching. Apple maps does this, and if Waze did it, there would be no reason to use Apple maps ever again.

  20. Smart Watch Notifications

    It would be greatly beneficial if you all would incorporate a feature that Apple Maps (and Google Maps as well I’m told) has with smart watches. A gentle vibration to alert users to turns or hazards would be a great help. I use WAZE on the highway to alert me to hazards/speed traps, but for city driving, I use Apple Maps. This is specifically for the smart watch notifications
