Parking options to be visible in Android Auto (like earlier when selecting a location, showing all parking spots nearby to choose)
Parking option was visible earlier when searching for a location on Android Auto. But now it is no longer showing up.

Have an easy to use "manual start/pause" button
It would be helpful to have a "Start now" button. I'll often set my destination while still parked, so the part about navigating out of the parking lot is the app getting confused over and over while I navigate out to the street.

Add quick switch button for walk/drive switching just like Google Map
When you are far from a car park, you need to walk for a while, however, Waze just shows you the driveways but not walkways...if Waze add this functions to the UI than it should be as good as Google Map or even better. Thx!

Entry points depending on vehicle type
Entry points depending on type of vehicle can be a very nice feature. For example, if you're driving a private vehicle and you're going to a mall, your entry point should be the parking lot, but for an Uber the entry point should be the front door of the place.

Add intelligence to traffic jam detection
Often users parked will cause a false traffic jam to be reported, yet when stuck in traffic it is usual to be crawling or moving occasionally.
When Waze detects traffic conditions and pops up the question of whether you are in traffic please change the default response dependant on whether the vehicle has been moving or not. If it has been totally stationary please set default response to 'No' as in a total traffic jam the driver will most likely spot the dialogue, only use 'Yes' as the default action when there has been some movement which is much…

Message a license plate
Hi there. How about if users register their license plates and so we could send "car-to-car" messages?! I see lights left turned on, open cars in parking lots, broken lights etc and with a feature like that I could tell the owner by "messaging his/her car", regardless any other info. Nice, huh?!

Turn off saved-parking

Filled shapes (like parking lot, landmarks, etc.): snap active point to original start point.
When editing a parking lot, or other "filled" shape, it would be nice to snap the active point with the original start point, as it would work in programs like Illustrator, Flash, Photoshop, etc.

Multiple car profiles for those with more than one car
Most families have more than one car. Often those cars are different and may have different fuel systems, such as petrol, diesel, and electric. That means refuelling stations are different, and also permits. In London, a BEV is UL EZ exempt, and congestion charge exempt. But a diesel has to pay ULEZ and congestion charges. So routing, etc would be different. So having different profiles for each car and being able to select them when starting out or planning would be most useful. Parking car suggestion for city centres
When mapping a route to a city centre adress would love to get a few suggestions on how to get 'rid' of my car :)
Like:
- parking is not an issue for me
- show public parkings near destination
- show parkings outside of city near public transportPreferably option 2 vs 3 mentions me duration difference.

Display emoticons on live/app maps
Support of Unicode 10.0 to display emoticons on live/app maps (eg airports, parking lots, ...) such as edited in WME.

Navigate until parking, don’t stop at reaching the destination.
Once the app declares reaching my destination it stops navigating to it, but if I didn’t find a parking spot and was forced to keep driving It gets complicated because I can’t tell if I’m still close to where I need to get, and I don’t know the way back to that location in case I’d like to circle around till I find a parking spot.

Search parking on visible map
Nowadays only parking places around my position is showm. I cannot stress how dumb it is. People plan things. I need to check where are the parking options BEFORE to see to where I go and THEM decide to wich one drive! THAT IS BASIC!!

Shade
In honor of hot car month
Is there a feature to select parking lots with shade at this time? If not can one be generated by user feedback and AI rendering of public parking maps? It would be best to show which parts of the lots have shade. Along with marking multi lot parking garages that have shade and multi level building parking. Buildings that offer shade and based on the angle of sun to predict if the user will have a good percentage of shade during their park.1 vote -
parking button always on screen
there is a lot a free unused space on the top right of the screen, why it can't be used for put a parking botton, so when you are close to the destination you can press it and waze will show you the best parking spot close to the destination!

Please add 9130 Yates Bay, Brooklyn Park MN 55443 to your address list. It defaults to 9130 Yates Bay Court when you enter the address.
Waze, Google Maps always directs people to Yates Bay Court; I get their Mail, packages, food deliveries etc. every day due to this problem. I know you won’t do anything about it, as this is the third time I’ve requested this change and nothing has changed. The only way they can get to my address is if they type in 9130 Yates Bay N. The N takes them to my address. This is frustrating, especially during this time of the year with a lot of my packages going to Yates Bay Court.

Destination road type warning (pedestrian street / off-road)
When to enter the destination warn the driver that the destination is on a private street, off-road, on a pedestrian street, or the road as restrictions.
To search for a nearby parking place, for example.

Is there a way to contact Waze and ask for a road to be removed as a shortcut option?
My road is a one-way, one-block street that is home to many kids and is bordered on one side by a park that draws many pedestrians. It used to be a quiet street. Recently, Waze started directing drivers to use our street as a shortcut to a busier street. Drivers unfamiliar with our road race down it, despite many signs asking them to slow down. Dear Waze,
My name is Eva Lucia Giralt and I’m almost 8 years old and live in Brooklyn NY. I’ve been riding in my dad’s car since I was a baby and we always use Waze. My favorite vehicle avatars so far are the meow mobile and the woof wagon.
I would really love it if you could make a Minecraft vehicle avatar; maybe even a dog and cat version. I ask because the 1.19 update just came out for Minecraft and this would be a great time to make a new avatar to go with this update.
