Introduce the possibility of using the same account in different phones
The account management is REALLY disappointing... It is impossible to use an account in the same phone after reinstalling the APP, it is impossible to change the password, it is impossible to use the account in a different phone... The whole account management system is a disaster!

Warning of approaching speed limit sign
We need to have a warning about approaching a speed limit change sign 550m ahead. Like the traffic camera warning ahead. This is very necessary so that drivers can proactively reduce speed from a distance. And the speed limit symbol can be optionally larger in size.

for all clients expose an API
for Android expose:

• broadcast intents
• application shortcutsfor the slightly savvier user this allows accelerated navigation by macro (Tasker, Llama, OmniDroid, et al)
API allows for similar macro- or automation apps on iOS (ipad, iPhone), windows mobile, other platforms surely

Report map issues on CarPlay screen
When hitting report on the CarPlay screen, Map Issue isn't one of the options. If there is a map issue you cannot even do it from the phone since the display is different. You have to quickly unplug the phone from the car so Waze goes into normal phone mode, and do it from there. That is too much of a dangerous distraction messing around whit phone cables and the phone. Everything in the app should be easily accessible on the car play screen. "Share" address to phone being used for navigation
When you are in the car using waze and need to change the address where you want to go, in case there is some one next to you, they could easily open the their waze app, search the address and share it to the phone being used for navigation.

Only place I could find to ask for help. I got new phone, and accidentally started a new acct with the same phone #. Now won't load either
I need help! I got a new phone and when I went to Waze app, I tried to log in, but created a new acct instead with the same phone number. Now it won't load either account. A suggestion would be to have somewhere to get technical support. The forums are a jumble of info.

Waze powered social speed alert standalone device for car with data built in
Speed camera warning devices are always out of date and don’t warn of police sat by the road or mobile vans. I would like a standalone device connected to the internet and with an audio and I visual warning in a discreet package.

Ability to switch speed/speed limit display.
The speed limit is the critical information. Currently it is the smaller of the two shown. Often, on a phone, the speed limit is too hard to read.

Alerts covering the speed limit icon
As my car doesn't have Android auto, I have to connect my phone and mirror the screen in landscape orientation onto the car infotainment display.
With the new update, the Speed limit icon gets covered when a speed camera notification pops up. I use waze alot in the UAE
Please fix this.

Waze should have Patch Notes for every update. Let Users know what has changed with each new version (dropped support, improved support etc)
Patch Notes, like those implemented in every online game in the past two decades, would drastically reduce User issue-reporting (with the app) due to misunderstanding of which Waze features are supported, which are not, which features have lost support and where etc.
Just every time the User updates the app, upon next sign-in, just flash a dialogue box with the latest patch notes (perhaps a link).
As an aside: the Help Center could be more clear and specific about how certain features (e.g., speed camera alerts) work. The exact parameters for getting audible speed camera alerts are not known and…

Account recovery not a new account
How about when a user gets a new phone or their phone crashes (both scenarios keep original Waze account phone number) an account reset or recovery option? You know, one that does NOT create a new account and informs you afterwards that you just hosed yourself because now you will never get your account back. I'm not so worried about the "points" I lost, it's my user name that still shows up as a user that I can no longer access. It's great you guys gobbled up Waze, how about raising your standards to that of the original company?

Option to submit reports via phone app while using CarPlay
It’s so much easier (therefore safer) for me to navigate a menu on my phone than on my car’s touchscreen dashboard; it’s harder to report on the car touchscreen because it’s farther away, less responsive, and the teeny tiniest little bump can move my finger and make me hit the wrong thing, so it keeps my eyes and focus off the road for longer than if I can just click through a menu on my phone with my thumb with a couple quick glances.

Have music control buttons on the UI or as a fly-out.
Have music player interface buttons in the UI. I use my phone for entertainment and NAV guidance. Having to switch between is a pain.

Re-Organize Speed Trap Buttons
When editing the map a lot of stationary speed traps are reported but not approved. They are reported on positions where mobile speed traps (Police notifications) are / would be. As a user who only uses the client I would first go to speed trap and report it instead of reporting a police hazard. The result is, that this trap is not reported unless it is approved. Another button in the speed trap menu would help, for instance "mobile speed trap" with a time stamp. The same button can be shown in the police menu for the users who…

Please extend the over speed alarm tone as it is too short when using bluetooth phone connect setting
When using "Bluetooth Phone" connection on Audi the connection time is so long that the short overspeed alarm tone is not played over the car speakers, all that happens is the cars entertainment system is turned down and dead air is played.

Upside-down interface
Without a car dock, the iPhone rides upside-down in my cupholder since the car charger plugs in the bottom of the phone. It would be awesome if Waze supported 180-degree rotation in addition to both landscape modes.

Lost account * Any way to get my information back through mobile #?
I recently got a new iPhone battery installed...... never again. Anyways--- I went to open up my maze app and I was logged out - unfortunately I do not remember my account name or password ---- I know I had one and I also know it was linked with my phone number somehow. I would think waze employees could find my account for me - yet there is no way to contact them..... I just want my account status and points back. Any help?
