Don’t change the route automatically during trip navigation
I don’t want Waze to change the route automatically without my permission after I chose at the beginning. It happens I choose a ruote and then, just for avoiding few minutes of traffic, I have to pay more highway and more fuel for longer route. I want Waze ask for me permission to change, despite a simple pop up “better route found” in which I can only choose yes, and if I don’t reply yes (of course I m driving) Waze change it automatically. How about some real application support?
Here's an idea... how about offering some actual support for problems not addressed in the FAQ and canned responses?
All of my points, accomplishments, rank, etc. were lost when I replaced my phone, and I've been trying for a month to get help, to no avail.
My emails to waze.cases got a canned response with a case number (1-9525000006984), and instructions to reply if the problem persists. Well, it persists and my replies continue to go unanswered.
For an app whose value is based largely on its community of users, it's very discouraging to not be able to get help.…

Add Deezer to the list of audio streaming services supported by Waze
You state in a reply to an earlier idea that Deezer has been integrated into Waze.
Deezer is in the list of streaming services, but there is no activate button on the rhs as with other streaming services. Why not?

Bring back "wrong speed limit" report
I'm using Apple CarPlay if that changes anything.
Some years ago, I could report "wrong speed limit". Now there is no report button like this and it causes the entire reporting worflow much longer: I report a general issue, then someone finds it, asks me what the issue is about (and I don't always remember if it was about the limit), and then I reply and they fix it. It could be just 1 click and then someone fixes it - much faster!

Map error report-allow detailed text
Allow users to provide detailed text of map issues for those correcting them. Getting a reply from a corrector a week later asking for intersection/start and destination points I can’t remember the details from that far back. I’ve started keeping notes outside of the Waze app for when someone finally responds.

UPDATE STREET INFORMATION
Entering new developments, street names are not always updated accurately to coincide with GPS tracking. An update link to correct this information should be provided so WAZE is able to ensure street names are accurate. Vendors and deliveries are misrouted as a result of incorrect information. After MANY requests to update our street name in GOOGLE MAPS, the street name remains incorrectly noted in WAZE. Get rid of the Junk!!
Lyft driver here. Real simple!! Get rid of shit that blocks the screen! Photos? Do you think I'm a tourist? Send someone ETA? WTF this phone and this app are for my convenience not theirs!!! Saving favourites
This is not a sugestion. I have a problem. I tried to report via e-mail. Waze sent me a reply... to send sn issue.
Anyway, I have a problem with my account:I cannot save places in favorites.
I tried all: inserting adresses, tapping the map, save curreny location...
I've reinstall waze and I update the app
Nothing working.

URGENT! Wase Map Issues
Kindly note that there are issues on Wase map while using iPhone 14 pro and apple CarPlay in my Toyota Altis 2021 listed below:
- The road map and the arrow is shacking while navigating to a certain place.
- The map have pixel box appeared while navigating to a specific location.Please help to check and rectified it soonest

Android Auto Version
Android Autos version of Waze is too limited.
*Pave option should be added
*Comments on reports allowed, even if only by voice input (very helpful for map editors on both ends)
*Allow reading of map comments, even if not replying. Many times this includes important information like the lane of an issue.
*Allow for location search, using voice if needed of locations while moving. Even my car from 2014 can do that much.If none of those, add a toggle button that allows app use to be switched between phone and car screen, which will solve everything, to include…

App Improvement
May I suggest to Waze that they:
1) allow people to submit photos of the area in app. Photo submission would clear up problems of trying to write out what you can clearly see as a problem.
2) make it easier for people to know what to click to report errors (I had a hard time finding the report issue one. The first few times, I marked the road as closed but then it would reappear until I finally found this reporting issue)
3) expand the days to resolve an issue with Waze from 8 to perhaps 14 days to…1 vote -
Allow closure reporting even after the trip has been rerouted
A couple of times a road has been closed near my destination, and when I skip it and wait for Waze to rerout, it reroutes me back around to the same road.
If I were able to report the closure after I've already passed it and it's safe to do so, that wouldn't happen. This seems like a critical oversight by Waze and I've seen this reported in the past only to see Waze reply with "this is not something we can do at this time".

Display of built-in navigation/map on the dashboard after navigation is finished
Hello.
I noticed that when I start navigating via Waze, the built-in navigation in the car on the dashboard displays the voice "mobile navigation is active",,. and does not display the built-in navigation. After the navigation via Waze ends, but this voice on the dashboard remains active and the built-in navigation in the car is not displayed. Only after restarting the vehicle and connecting. After navigating to the destination, Google Maps switches back to the built-in navigation mode on the dashboard and displays the map in the vehicle.

Improve Terrible Social Aspects of Waze
Your App and customer service are terrible. I cannot add friends, except for ONE person in my contacts. Why is Waze so terrible at this. I do not want to connect with Facebook so don't suggest it. My wife is on Waze and cannot add me. I cannot add her. This comes after she got a new phone. Waze support is also crap;(support@waze.com) replies saying that email is not monitored! What a joke of a company! I will be shocked if Waze takes action because they have demonstrated their indifference to their users.

Traffic Building Up
When traffic is building up while driving on the road, Waze will zoom out suggest a new route... And do nothing. No countdown to reply before it cancels and goes back to not mal navigation, nothing. It just sits there with the suggestion to either change route or go back to current route, and the driver has to press whichever button else you get no navigation with the blocked suggestion screen on top.
This is a road hazard as the driver is forced to choose something to continue, and imagine when it keeps suggesting route changes every few minutes.1 vote
