Voice alerts only for red light cameras and railroad crossings
Voice alerts only for railroad crossings and red light cameras. It is very annoying to have to hit the close button in order to see the map every time you hit a railroad crossing or red light camera. Especially now that red light cameras are popping up constantly. Having to hit the button is distracting.

Please bring arnie back as all the voices are really annoying and put me off driving. I would be happy to pay a subscription fee for this service.

Voice activated screenshot function
We have all heard that famous line from police officers, "do you know how fast you were going?" Well a voice activated screenshot function would allow us to take a screen shot of our current speed, and the time. If we are in fact pulled over for speeding, and the police officer has ask that dreaded question, we would in fact have irrefutable evidence. I once got a speeding ticket for going 55 in a 35, i know for a fact that i was not going 55 because i had just started driving and was afraid to go over 20MPH.…

Give us back familiar voices.
Many people have expressed their disappointment and frustration that the voices in Waze have been changed with claims that the new voices are more "natural". On the contrary, many of us feel the voices are cold and we want the former versions back. We use the Italian Sofia and the new voice has no warmth or connection for us. Many other users have said the same of the English Thomas and Kate and other voices from varying languages. Please return our familiar navigators! The world is alienating enough without these changes!

Voice/audio command instances & timing
The timing of the audible commands should be perfectly consistent. I drive a semi thru all 48 states and sometimes it seems like the audible voice command forgets or seems to pick and choose when to tell me the next instruction, and I would like to not have to mess with my phone while driving to pull the wave app back on screen if it isn't already, read the instruction, and navigate the onscreen map to see where to turn while in heavy traffic on urban roads/hwys I'm unfamiliar with trying not to miss my turn. Fix the voice of Sara
I use the voice of Sara to navigate. I go on rt8 north from Ansonia ct to Seymore CT. befor I get on rt8 Sara says WAKELY st as it should be pronounced but when I get off exit 22 she pronounces WAKELY as WACKLY. WACKLY is not a street, road or ave in that area. On the screen it clearly says WAKELY when she says WACKLY.
She pronounces WAKELEE as WAKELEE but she pronounces WAKELY as WACKLY. There is no WACKLY.

geofence, voice commands, brand partnerships
I work in advertising. We have a partner who wants to show baners on waze. That promotes looking at your phone while driving. Well what if you could talk to Waze or they could ask you what you need as you're approcahing. For example: GPS/Smart Fence with voice command/recognition asking "do you need gas?" Y - "there is a __ station in .5 miles". N - no response. Same w/ ATMs and food. "Are you hungry?" Y - "there is___ restaurant __miles." This allows waze to partner up with many vendors and have a lasting relationship promoting their brands. This…

CATALAN voice is horrible.
eng: It sounds like an englishman which doesn't know enough the language.
Really unbearable. Almost any TTS is better than this one.

Voice Nav: At the stop sign, turn left. At the stop light, turn right.
I was riding with a friend yesterday and the app he was using gave him voice instructions like "At the stop light, turn left" and "At the stop sign, turn right". This was way more user friendly and useful than using distances such as "In 300 feet, turn right".
Waze should add this functionality to its app as it's sometimes confusing which road to turn on when roads are close to each other and knowing that it's at a stop sig or light makes it very easy to figure out.

BT from Titanfall 2 as a voice
Similar to Master Chief, it would be pretty cool to have a trip voiced by BT from EA/Respawn’s Titanfall 2. Since BT is already a vehicle and talks to you while inside, it would fit pretty well.

Change is voice directions
First of all amazing app, used google map 4 times in london and got lost every time, first time used this app got me where I needed to every time.
Like to add one small suggestion, I use this app with my phone in pocket and a earpiece so can’t see the screen.
When it gives a navigation like “In 1000ft take the left” if there are other left turns before the one needed could it be changed to say something like “In 1000ft take the 3rd left” if there are 2 other left turns before the 1 needed, a…

I'd like to turn off the notification for a car on the side of the road but still listen to Rodger Federer's voice
The Car on the side of the road ding is so loud and obnoxious that I don't want to hear it. I still want to listen to the voice guidance. Please, either get rid of the ding or give me the choice to turn off alerts and still have the voice guidance.

Try out different voices
It would be awesome, if you could listen to the different voices before choosing one. I can only listen to the voice I chose when I am driving and that’s just not practical I think.
