Quit Calling my Camera Enforced School Zone a "SPEED TRAP"
Now Waze calls my Camera Enforced School Zone a "SPEED TRAP". If this is not changed immediately I will take Legal Action against WAZE. I am the Chief of Police in Fairmount, GA our Cameras are for a School Zone active only while children are on campus. We don't want the Negativity by you calling it a Speed Trap.

Option to Remove Speed Cameras on the Other Side of the Road
I would like the option to Remove Speed Cameras on the Other Side of the Road. This should be a simple fix within the settings and would allow for less confusion when driving on a motorway. I’m often caught out by speed cameras and slowing right down from the speed limit to well below it so there’s not chance of me being fined. Speed Limit display and Alert Icon quick Selection
Here is an edited screenshot of my two ideas, on the left you have bigger, more visible speed limit indicator, on the right you get a permanently displayed favorite alert icon.(in my case stopped vehicles which is 90% of my sent alerts)

Premium user / tipping users for correctly placed speed traps
It would be nice to give some incentive to users to actually use correctly this app.
What do i mean by that?
- The first and most dangerous obviously it is a speed trap. I would give immediately my half of speeding ticket to users that saved me from that.
- More users would be drawn to the Waze and we could have more information, because there is a reward for being useful
- We could have hotspots, that means, zones where is frequently reported some police activity, even if it isn't reported today, beware it might be something.

Maximum Permitted Speed or MPS
An important factor during a car trip is the "Maximum Permitted Speed or MPS".
During a car trip, the MPS changes constantly:
1) from 70 to 50, then to 90, suddenly to 30, then again to 70, 30, 70, 100, 90, 120, etc.
2) The MPS aren't always the same type of traffic signs.
I've noticed that I sometimes miss a traffic sign, and WAZE alerts me, for example, with an audible signal (thanks for that!).
My gaze automatically shifts to my smartphone, which actually distracts me from what's happening or could happen on the road!

New circle after doubling the speed limit
Hello there, this is just a suggestion I have about a cool feature that you could add to the app! So, a few days ago I was in a road and noticed on my Waze that if, for example, the road limit is 90 kn/h, the red dots will form a circle and fulfill it at double the speed limit. And to test it I went beyond double, and when I checked I was very disappointed that the red dots just stop and stand at that position. Is it possible if waze said for speed and red light cameras and other cameras to say where any camera is in 1 mile not in 0.2 miles because that way people would get a heads up and not panic and not slam on the brakes cause that can be dangerous

During a long trip I would be happy to receive voice feedback about the speed limit on the road at a certain frequency, instead of constantly searching for the speed in the app while driving.

Louder speed limit exceeded sound for moborbike riders
I can't hear the "speed limit exceeded" sound at all on my motorbike, so it is essentially not something I can use.
It would be nice if that was louder for those who have selected they are on a motorbike, to match the volume of the voice (or else, an option to make it louder).

Trip report
A report after each trip, useful to plan the return or the next travel, or even to control the driver by family or company. Containing max speed, medium speed, total distance, stops, stopped time, graphs with time/speeds, disrespect of speed limits when available... Showed at Waze and by e-mail.

Car play ETA details override during upcoming Speed Camera Alerts
Hello Waze Team,
I would like to suggest an improvement to the Apple CarPlay experience when approaching speed cameras.
Currently, when a speed camera alert appears, it temporarily replaces or hides important navigation details such as the estimated time of arrival (ETA), remaining distance, and trip duration. This can make it difficult to stay aware of key trip information while driving.
I recommend maintaining the visibility of ETA, remaining distance, and travel time even during speed camera alerts, or displaying the alert in a way that does not override these essential details.
