  1. Eco mode

    How about an Eco mode that would give you a warning beep if you accelerate or decelerate too fast or drive over the posted speed limit? Of course, the driving speed (for traffic) would need adjusted (because if you're driving 10 under the speed limit for MPG reasons that doesn't mean that there's traffic issues).

  2. In Landscape mode, e.g. Speed camera alerts will block the speed indicator

    In Landscape mode, either move the speed indicator or change the alert. When an alert pops up, the speed indicator gets blocked.

  3. Speed Cameras in Cities

    Would be amazing to get warnings about where speed cameras are located, specifically in San Francisco and other California cities where they have recently added speed cameras within the city. Thanks! Waze 4 life

  4. Can you alert people about Speed cameras sooner

    Today’s mobile speed cameras can catch you one mile away, your alerts seem to be that or less and it just doesn’t give us enough warning.

  6. Please remove the daily limit on alerts.

    Daily limit on map alerts for police and vehicles on shoulder is WAY too low. Please raise the limit. On a long trip of 600 miles i passed through major cities and the amount of alerts goes up of course. This limit should be related to the WAZE score for the user. The higher the points, the more alerts per day you can send.

  7. Speed Bump Permanent Hazard Notifications Persistence

    The notifications for speed bump style permanent hazards should not stay on screen, once the driver has already driven past it. It does not add any meaningful information to the drive and only acts as a distraction or blocks part of the screen.

  8. Update Waze to ensure that correct speed is displayed when using through CarPlay.

    Currently when using Waze thru CarPlay, the speed displayed is approximately 50% of the actual speed.

  9. Including the allowed speed in the vocal warning for speed camera's or trajectory control woud be a great feature.

    Also a bigger actual speed and allowed speed indicator, one at the left and the other one at the right bottom of the screen woud increase usability.

  10. Graph of speed throughout a journey

    Would be very useful to access a graph of speed driven throughout a journey, once you've finished the trip.

    There could be a section in the menu which allows the user to see previous journeys undertaken, along with a graph of the speed throughout the trip.
    Would be useful for evidence, or to monitor and compare different routes.

  12. Add compass rose and time to turn features from Garmin to Android Auto/Carplay

    Right now you can't see the compass rose which I use all the time on my Garmin to know which direction I am headed. It works on the phone app but not Android Auto.

    Garmin also has a really nice time to turn feature that gives you an approximate time to your next turn. I find myself missing exits with waze as its easier to think in seconds than "1000 feet"

  13. Show turn notifications on phone even when Waze is active in Android Auto

    When using Waze via Android Auto I receive helpful turn notifications (e.g. “Turn left in 200 meters”) as notifications on my smartphone only when Waze is minimized (e.g. while Spotify is in focus).
    Howeve when Waze is active on the car screen these notifications do not appear on the phone.

    It would be very useful if those notifications could appear on the phone at all times via an option, i would find this very usefull

  15. speed trap warning.. along with the police warnings

    I just passed a speed trap on the other side and I cannot warn them that there was a cop on the bridge clocking their speed.and cop cars lined up on the ramp to get them for speeding

  17. Audible Alert for Fixed Speed Cameras

    Every Sat Nav device that I have ever owned HAS an audible (sound) alert to speed cameras. This is because most drivers keep their eyes on the road most of the time, not on their Sat Nav. I have done some basic programming in the past and know that adding a PING (sound) to something that happens in a software program is the EASIEST thing that a developer could possibly do.   19. Audio Alert Speed Cameras

    I use Waze in Cairo Egypt .. I it will be very helpful to make an audio alert for the speed camera before it by 500 Mt.
    Now it shows a message on the screen but while driving, I am not always looking at my mobile screen. please update >> regards

  20. Notice if a location has had speed cameras/police cameras report multiple time in that locations

    An alert if a location has had multiple reports of speed cameras or police in that location in the past.

    I'm thinking of mobile speed camera traps that are moved around. The locations for both mobile speed traps and mobile speed vans tend to reuse the same locations.
    So being able to have an alert saying cameras have been reported in this location previously would be brilliant.
