Navigate to a saved place using voice command in android with google assistant
Navigate to a saved place using voice command in android with google assistant on Samsung S22 phone. For example, if I have a friend named Jim and enter his address as a saved place in waze and name it "Jim". Then shouldn't I be able to open waze and say: "Ok google, drive to Jim". When I do that now, google assistant responds with "Sorry I don't understand". Isn't that a pretty basic functionality? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

Ok Google... What's my location...!!!...???
If you are involved in... or... reporting an accident to 911, the second question you are asked is "What is your location?".
If you're a "local" you may very well know the answer to that question... but a high percentage of the folks do not have an accurate answer to that question.
The best type of answer would be in the format of "Northbound land of US-999 just South of cross-street "Bankum Road".
That is certainly better than giving the operator GPS coordinates... if give the location in "real world terms".
Does Waze (or 'can' Waze) give the person need…

Add Google Maps Settings to Waze Car Play app
Please add settings to the CarPlay Waze app navigation screen as seen on the Google Maps screen.
I lost all sound on Waze which Waze support could not resolve.
Inadvertently I selected Google Maps and used its settings to reinstate the sound on Waze.2 votes -
Show if a result search is Waze place or Google Maps place
Show if a result search is Waze place or Google Maps place. Sometimes we search a place and shows first the google maps result and in the end of the list the Waze place result. Maybe a G and the Waze symbol instead the pin on results list would be better to know what is what.

Use address searching results from google in Waze.
When I say Hey Google navigate to 123 ABC St North Town and using Google Maps there is only one option provided being the requested address.
Doing the same and using Waze, Google says handing over to Waze then a scrolling list shows up with any ABC St listed and the closest one at the top and the required one possibly in the list. Waze will never list the street number and any result is general for the street. When driving this is impossible to find and dangerous to manually locate.2 votes -
Use Google maps as a fallback if an address is not found on Waze
Many times I am unable to find a destination using the search function in Waze. Google Maps never has a problem finding the same locations.
So my suggestion is: why not query Google maps for the GPS co-ordinate and then route the user to those co-ordinates?
I realize this might not work 100% of the time, but it will work at least 90% of the time, which is better than the current state of affairs - where addresses with street numbers in them only work about 5% of the time.

Faciliter le signalement des incidents les plus frequents
Remonter en 1er niveau les alertes les plus fréquentement rencontrées sur la route sans être obligée d'entrer dans les sous catégories. Ex : véhicule a l'arrêt. Cela faciliterait les signalements par le conducteur.

itineraires il faudret une applie pour l'itinéraire plus rapide car quant je prent la route pour allé a une plasse il me fait passer sur les petite route qui a plus rapide et puis avent on pouvait choisire sa voiture et la on ne peux plus au debut avait mi un crosover et la on peux plus merci

Customers should NOT have to have a Google or Facebook account to use Waze Carpool (as is currently the case). As a racial minority in the US that relies on carpooling, I find it very problematic that I have to have a Facebook or Google account (see diversity, equity and inclusion issues with both companies, as well as a host of other issues). Why can't I just sign up as a normal human being, non-customer of Facebook or Google? Thank you!

Google Play Services Permission required
Prior to first time opening waze you need to ensure that 'Google Play Services' has permission to access 'Phone'. If 'Google Play Services' doesn't have access to 'Phone' then waze will skip the start screen (and thus you won't have accepted the t&c's) and you won't see a map (it will be a blank map) and the guest account will not be properly initiated. You won't receive any error messages and the waze app will act up.

Bring back other calendars than google calendars (ex. outlook calendar) to synchronize with in "planned routes"
"Planned routes" is a great feature to plan my routes, but lately it is only possible to synchronize with google calendars. Please bring back the feature to synchronize with other calendars, like outlook calendar, as well, so I do not have to manually import my meetings in Waze.

Can Google Podcasts be integrated with the music player please?
I like to listen to podcasts, and I have been using Google Podcasts as my choice of player. It isn't integrated with Waze, so can it please be made available? I can still use it while I'm using the navigator, however it has to be playing in the background instead of playing within Waze.

Hlášení nebezpečí přes Google Text-to-speach
Když se objeví na trase nebezpečí, tak to hlásí "Na trase je hlášeno nebezpečí". To ale bohužel nestačí, protože nevím jaké nebezpečí mě čeká.
Lepší by bylo převést text na řeč (přes Google Text-to-speach) a říci "Na trase je hlášeno nebezpečí - oprava vozovky" nebo "Na trase je hlášeno nebezpečí - srážka dvou vozidel - zdržení 5 minut".
A podobné rozšiřující informace.
