1. Retour d'experience en vu d'amelioration de l'appli WAZE apres 3 mois d'utilisation sur les routes avec un SAMSUNG GalaxyS2

2. Translucent screen Icons to prevent Screen Burn/Ghosting

   My SGS II has slight screen burn from the lower icons in the corners.
   Is it possible to make the icons darker or slight translucent to prevent screen burn/ghosting, Maybe it is a good idea to make this for every static object within the waze screen.

   The Report button was designed to be noticed while blending in and it’s important to keep it as is.
   However, we will revisit this idea when working on Dark mode, in the future. Furthermore, since this is a physical issue that OLED phones suffer from in different apps, we recommend to use Battery Saver mode to allow your display some rest from bright colors that might lead to this dysfunction.

3. Alert And/Or Settings/Navigation Option for Low Bridges

   Low bridges (rail and road) are an issue throughout Westchester County, NY and over-height trucks frequently strike these bridges. Apparently on S Main (Rt 1) in Port Chester, Metro North is reporting a low bridge as an object in the road (for several months).
   The problem here is, I would never consider a bridge as an 'object in road'. Rather, this alert distracts from looking at the low bridge warning signs. Drivers would pay attention to a permanent alert of a low bridge for this and other sites. Or for navigation by over-height vehicles, adding an option in settings/navigation to avoid low bridges would be as helpful as current option: 'avoid difficult intersections'.

4. State line alerts/voice prompt

   I love Waze, I use it all the time! I drive almost 2000 miles a week for work, One thing I would love to have as a feature is state prompts or when you cross the state line if it announced welcome to "state name". sometimes when you're driving on back roads they don't always have the Stateline sign, I've even missed The big ones on the highway. It would just be nice to have a voice prompt simply say welcome to "state name" thanks!

6. cumulate roundabouts

   when there is a series of roundabouts where you have a long straight route, the voice guidance quickly becomes annoying, as it repeats the same thing over and over again.

   you hear the voice guidance repeating itself all over again

   instead when i have a clearly straight route interrupted by roundabouts, please just tell me "roundabout, slow down". that's the most important thing a driver need to listen to when they approach a roundabout that does not change their course.

   stop repeating to me that i should take the Nth exit. it's much clearer and less tiring to tell me to slow down and continue to the same direction

7. Add a feature/option to avoid railroad crossings

   Today I got stuck waiting for a freight train twice. It would have saved me time to have an option on Waze to give me an alternate route and how many minutes the detour takes in order to avoid the railroad crossing. When I got stuck for the 2nd time I took a right turn to explore the area and found an underpass 2 blocks away, which saved me about 5 minutes. This gave me the idea.

8. Option to have the "menu" and "report" buttons to be invisible so as not to have a burn in ghost image of the buttons on screen.

   The screen is usually ON through out the duration of driving. The MENU and REPORT buttons have a high likelihood to be "burned in" screen, creating a "permanent" ghost image.

   Having the option to replace it with invisible hotspots (frequent users will know where to touch anyway) will minimize this because of moving images.

   AMOLED screens are fairly prone to "burn in"

9. Have an OPTION for arriving on the same-side of the street as the destination.

   This would apply mostly to cities but it could also apply in other congested areas. Arriving on the wrong side of the street in a city situation can be as bad as arriving several blocks away since in order to turn into the parking for the building you cannot crossover the heavy traffic or possibly a median. Instead you have to come up with your own way of circling around (and there may be many 1-way streets to thwart you) to get your vehicle on the same side of the street as the destination so you can park/drop off or what have you.

   Again, I think this should be an option because often it doesn't matter and one can either safely make the turn or dropping off on the opposite street side isn't an issue.

10. Waze on android wear and smart watches.

    The app is fine but needs some improvement.
    First of all is all about android wear or apple watch.

    Its very safer you check directions on your watch or remind alerts by shaking watch

    Implement a setting for winter tires with studs and help the driver to avoid forbidden streets. In urban areas in the Nordic countries it is becoming more common that local politicians forbid driving cars with winter tires with studs on some streets with high pollution. When creating a route to a destination, Waze do not take into account that some of the streets may be restricted due to this. This is becoming a problem since the driver need to be a local to know where not to drive. Signs showing the restriction are always present but will be noticed too late and mostly when you actually already are on the street. Fines for not complying are high and the police makes regular checks. Studs save lives applied on cars used in various winter conditions and will be used widely also in the future.

12. App radio One Compatibility

    Please update Waze to be compatible with Pioneer AppRadio One car stereos. This was one feature I really wanted and thought I'd be getting with my new car deck, I was disappointed to see it was only compatible with older versions.

    As of version 4.51, Waze no longer supports WebLink and AppRadio.

13. Android Jelly Bean multi window support

    There is a new feature in Jelly Bean, on higher resolutions I can split the screen between 2 apps, so it would be nice if Waze supported that too, so I could see Waze AND music player simultaneously.

14. Automatically sleep Waze when disconnecting from CarPlay

    Hi, can an option be added to automatically put Waze to sleep after unplugging it from CarPlay? I don't need Waze to remain active once I've reached my destination, and when I get back into my car I usually start it manually myself.

    We offer special voices for holidays, events, and just for fun.
    You can use these for the length of the promotion. When the promotion ends, your voice will reset to the default and the voice will no longer appear in the Sound menu.

17. Add option to display SpeedTraps on main screen without having to use menu.

    Add in the settings an option to display "Speed Trap" info on main screen. This would display in either the title bar or on the main screen and would have an icon with two numbers: A red number that indicates the # of speedtraps on your route, and a Yellow number that indicates the # of speedtraps not on the route. This would be very useful because speedtraps move (police pull someone over and then sit in new spot), so it helps to have more advanced notice that police are in the area.

18. Remove WORK from My Waze.

    Provide option for the User to remove WORK from being one of the Where To selections in My Waze. I would imagine many users are Retired, like me, and just assume not have it 'cluttering' up the list.

19. Send accurate (W3W?) location to recovery company, police, fire

    When you breakdown, arrive at and accident or have an accident yourself, you need to be able to report your location very very accurately.

    Waze could have an emergency call/location feature to guide police, ambulance, fire etc to the exact location. The most accurate in what 3 Words which has mapped the entire globe with 3m x 3m squares.

    Il faudrait pouvoir indiquer son type de véhicule par rapport a la hauteur. Exemple j'ai un Peugeot boxer de hauteur de 2,5m et on me propose en itinéraire l'A86 duplex limité a 2m
