  1. Android auto no manaual entry field/search and school zones speed limits are erong

    Pioneer latest deck promotes Waze however there is no manual controls when connected so you can only enter via microphone search!!!!

  2. More specific warnings

    Can there be an option to report a speed van/camera in Ireland?
    Currently speed vans (privately operated) are reported as police which is not accurate but its the closest option however there is a big difference between a parked private speed van and a garda checkpoint/police.

  4. Option to see historical police presence/speed traps.

    Option to see historical police presence/speed traps. If the area is frequented with reports then label it as a historical hot spot. This way we can drive cautiously in those locations.

  5. Units and Alerts to be changed

    Please add the function to change from Feet to Yards and to please always alert the driver of a speed camera with a sound.

    Due to these reasons I do not use Waze, but with these features I would used it every day

  6. Old notifications won't go away

    Old notifications wont go away after passing them. Newer notifications won't show because the old is still in the screen. Sometimes the same speed camera alert can be on the screen for miles.

  7. Please allow users to remove Traffic light camera from the alerts.

    I live in a town with many traffic light cameras and it is very annoying that I can't turn off that alert. Please make it so we can turn that off.

  8. Bicycle navigation and bike routes for waze!!! Please!!

    Can you please add bicycle routes to the app and ways to avoid roads that go over a certain speed limit? The option to set your vehicle as a bicycle and find routes like that avoid high speed roads and roads that dont allow bikes conbined with all of the other great functions of the app will be fantastic...

    But since you don't have the feature so many bicyclists won't get to navigate with your app and get the same benefits that car drivers have... I really need a navigator for bikers that shows the speed limits of the roads…

  9. Speed Trap Advisory Pop-Up

    I would like to see a pop up up advisory if I drive into a town/village where the entire town is a speed trap & police use LIDAR in random locations for traffic enforcement. This would give the user ample warning as this type of radar is difficult to detect. By the time you have visual on a police car, you’re already nabbed.

  11. Allow me to define my daily commute route and show a look-ahead summary of any speed traps or accidents for entire route

    When I leave to go to or from work, I would just like to see a summary that tells me if there are any speed traps or accidents along the route. Distance to the incident would be a plus, as would an audible alert when I am within a mile or two. I ride a motorcycle so interacting with the waze app while riding is impossible.

  13. Ability to see what kind of police setup it is, rather just an icon

    It would be helpful to see when a cop is listed on the map, whether it is a RBT, Drug Bus, speed camera etc. this would help alot.
    As you see sometimes the cop map but it just may be driving in that area, specifying what actually it is would be great

  16. Navigation

    Hello,
    Would it be possible that when navigating, the overview of the route with arrow and all traffic jams and speed cameras etc, this arrow moves dynamically and shows how far away the arrow is from the construction site, speed camera or traffic jam? This works very well with the Sygic app. I think that this feature would help many drivers to get a better overview. Thank you

  17. enlarge the size of the speed display on android devices, and change the colours to improve contrast

    I find the speed hard to read on my android when mounted to the handlebars on my bike. If the speed was larger, and with better contrast, especially the red on black, that would help a lot

  18. Save Battery by turning off the display when not in use.

    Currently when I use waze, my phones display is draining the battery. I have the following suggestion to reduce the battery usage. If you could include this in future release, I am sure everyone will turn on waze even if they don't need navigation assist.

    My suggestion

    Turn off the display automatically after a certain speed or give the user an option to turn off the display without locking the phone. This will be very helpful to reduce battery usage when you travel familiar routes and long road trips.

    Turn on the display automatically when there is a voice command…

  19. Put speed on top of dropdown box as it obscures it completly, even worse is police ahead pops up again over top of speed reading. NO GOOD!

  20. Speed trap notification on apple car play

    It happened many times in for vehicles that two notifications of speed traps overlap each other blocking severe information of the app.

    The only solution is to close the app and re-open it but soon it happens again, really annoying and makes the app impossible to use.
