where to start, what book(s)??Industrial automation
Hi guys, I've just registered here great forum, lot's of info.
I'm confused as to where to start to learn from scratch, what book(s) to buy? what i am after is a industrial robot ( not hobbylike robot that just walks, way more serious )that i can design, build and program it to think and solve problems as i do in my head, it should be able to perform all sorts of tasks and choose and pick different tools for tasks respectively. I am aware that it's not going to happen for a while yet, but i would like to …

Mis-directed because of street name
If a street name has “East” at the front of it, Waze thinks it’s “E” street and sends you miles in the wrong direction. Waze needs to properly recognize the difference between “E Street” and “East ___ Street.” This is not a suggestion, it’s a serious flaw that needs to be corrected.

Add an option to have the 'Music Player' button always on the screen.
It's quite annoying to start up waze and then try to start your music player up. Please allow us to optionally just always keep the 'Music Player' button on the main screen whether music was playing before waze launched or not.

Improve location detection upon startup
My biggest complaint is the Waze app is not very good about detecting which way my car is facing before I start driving. It makes it very difficult when trying to determine where to go - it takes a good 20 seconds or so after driving for Waze to realize the correct direction I'm pointing/going. Also, the directions may change once I start driving/once Wave realizes which way my vehicle is facing.

Add the google map feature: swiping direction box shows next steps
In google maps on Android Auto, swiping on the box showing the next turn shows the next step. If you keep swiping you scroll thru the steps. This feature needs to be added to Waze.

Please correct the direction to 250 Hammond Pond Parkway,Chestnut Hill, MA-02467.
For the past one year the app has suddenly started taking people to an exit from our complex on route 9 rather than the correct entry. It's v v frustrating!

Location Correction/Change/Adjustment
It would be very nice to have the ability to correct or change the road we are driving on. If at any point we deviate from a GPS route (exit the highway early or late, enter an HOV lane, get or stay on an express road), we need to have the ability to adjust our location on the map so the route can update.
How to achieve this:

It will keep this larger view the whole trip if not manually tricked back to it’s normal size. Takes up most of the phone screen. Not sure if this is where to report this issue.

Adding hazards to oncoming traffic
You should include an option to add hazards to not only your side of the road, but the other side (oncoming traffic) as well. Sometimes it is easier to see the other side than it is your side and it would benefit everyone, not just the people going the same direction as you.

Id like an option to remove the direction pop ups when waze is running in the background on car play please.
When im idling at the lights about to turn and im using the music player with waze running in the back ground i cant select the buttons on the music player as the waze pop ups for direction keep incecently popping up until i turn the corner. Can i please have a way to turn off the pop ups whilst waze is running in the background thus allowing me to switch between the two as much as i like without waze interfering with the other car play app selections. i just use for navigation and all of these friend and other stupid icons, just confuse the situation. How do I get rid of them? I just want the street lines,etc Just navigation.

Change driver position to reflect road directions on the Android Auto
I drive on the right side and the map direction is on the top left, which requires me to look a bit further than I should. This feature already exists in Google Maps. If it's possible to arrange the direction to the right side, that will greatly improve the navigation experience and provide safer driving on the road.

This is needed in two scenarios:
When a turn from Smith Ave to Jones Street, for example, is slight enough the client provides no direction. No matter how slight the angle of entry to a new road is, the client should say "turn right" or "slight right" on the road with a different name than the current road. This is especially confusing if Waze is running in the background, since my eyes are telling me I'm at an interchange and Waze isn't providing direction.Also, when the road you are driving on changes names but continues straight in…

Remove animation
Remove the direction animation on the iphone and leave only the arrow to show the direction of the traffic. Sometimes depending on the zoom level, the arrow is pointing one direction but the animation "rolls" to the opposite direction .

This idea has been being discussed for a while and recognized as an important user request.
We hear the community’s voice and would like to share that while we can’t currently commit to a timeline, we do have plans to create a way to add more than one stop pre-drive.
