Hazard Acknowledgement

I meet way too many “out of date" hazards, so this is my suggestion.
On Waze, when a driver is approaching a hazard, a dialog box should appear. In the dialog box it should read: “Hazard still here?” The driver should then have the option to press a “Yes” button or a “No” button.
There should also be a timing and a colour code system. i.e. If the “Yes” button is pressed the clock will reset to zero, the hazard icon will stay/change to red. Other drivers can then click the hazard icon and see that this hazard…

Fix vocal guidance on Nexus 4 running Android 4.3
It's been MONTHS since the vocal guidance doesn't work any more on many if not all Nexus 4 devices.running Android 4.3 ! Many forum threads talk about it, but there is yet no fix!
I'm French, but the issue also occurs in english : "in 200 meters, take left on Churchill Avenue" becomes "meters........... on"

Show Road events information in Map view - Plan Route
In the earlier version of Waze this feature was available. With the new update the feature disappeared:
When choosing the best route out of 3 options Waze shows the list of route and the map. In the Map View not it is missing the traffic information!!!!To be able to choose the best route it is totally necessary to see WHERE exactly along the route you should expect traffic.

Car pointer more centered
Especially when in landscape mode, the car pointer is at the very bottom of the screen, what does not allow to have a good view of the roads and surroundings.

Finer control of what hazards display on the map.
This request seeks to add a finer control of which type of things appear on the map. I don't need to see construction crews, or weather hazards, or missing signs. I only need to see road debris, stopped vehicles, roadside assistance requests, and police. But currently, the options don't give you the choice of specific things you would like to see.
What I'm proposing is to break out the current "Hazards" category under Display & Map / Details on Map into each of the hazard categories available, so that users can select or deselect the hazards they care about seeing…

Possible crash detect, crash guardian and SOS button
IT'S possible detect a crash using sensors of telefone and open a big menu (1. False Alarm Thanks; 2. Yes, but all ok no action needed; 3. Yes, I need support imediately, coubt down 60s for send alert and location for numbers and wazers nearbay...) send repot for pre informed numbers and data like velocity and direction.

3D Touch menú to change vehicle type
I love motorcycle mode. Half the time I'm on the motorcycle, half the time I'm in a car. I wish there was a 3D Touch menu to change vehicle type because I'm changing from car to motorcycle many times a week.
2 votesThank you for your suggestion! As you may know, Waze already has an ability to easily switch between Motorcycle and Car mode.
On iOS simply click on your car arrow to open the switch vehicle type menu. On Android you can do same, or you can call out this menu by clicking “Car info” at the bottom of the screen. -
UPDATE SECTION: Warning on the route
Currently, if we are on a highway with 2, 3 or more strips per sense, and an accident is reported, although the road is crowded, we do not know which band to fall in to avoid the accident.
After the warning buttons like: accident, hole, works, etc
Show the selection of the band on which the warning is placed
Let's have options, three lanes.
This will help us whether we are on a road with a band, or that we are on a 5-lane highway

Highway Exits
It would be great that Waze would recognize if you are traveling along an out of state highway and could provide further information on exits along the highway. This information could be provided by wazers and could just use a check box option such as
- Easy on Easy Off
- Great Place to Get Gas
- Great Place to Get Food
- Safe Area
- List of Nearby Restaurants (off of Exit)

State line
When crossing into a different state it would be nice to receive an audible alert and/or a pop up notification that you have crossed into a new state like Google maps does. When on a long road trip sometimes we don’t know what state we have crossed into and it would be helpful to get notified.

PLEASE remove the reporting of potholes -- This is driving me insane.
Hello,
Though I do believe the initial intentions of reporting potholes were genuine, it has become an absolute nightmare for regular wazers.
I live in a metropolitan area and, unfortunately, not many people in my area have any inclination on what a pothole actually is. This has led to people spamming the map with tens of pothole reports on any given stretch of road (usually the reports are for an uneven patch of road, or even a small bump in the road)...
I'm sure other will agree that this issue has led to, and will continue to lead to, alert…

Add an Undo / Revert Button to "View History"
Sometimes edits are made not following the guidelines or not reflecting the actual road conditions (the editor thinks what is seen in the satellite imagery / Street View is current).
Since the history of the objects is already tracked, a revert button should be simple enough to implement and can save valuable edit time.

Android Auto localized voice search
When using Waze for Android Auto, I would like an additional voice search icon to be available at the search input box. This voice search should work the same way as Waze for Android voice search works.
This is especially important for languages where the Google Assistant language is not supported. It would also be useful to find destinations when going abroad and localized place names are in a different language than what is set in Google Assistant.
This would reduce driver distraction a lot in many regions of the world I think.

El avatar zombie no funciona. Falta ayuda en carriles. Es algo que tienen casi todos los gps y este no. Es muy útil cuando hay un nudo de carriles juntos, te lias y sales por el que no es. Y por último, edificios en 3d?, tomtom y Sygic los tienen.

Add information/instructions on when to add a pass
My suggestion is for the following feature:
Either:
Add an information panel when users enter the Toll and HOV passes page for the first time, informing them that adding passes may route them into areas or through restricted roads.
Or:
Allow us to add information against each pass/permit, giving the user guidance as to what each pass is for.My suggestion solves this problem:

Map doesn't load properly on iOS 13.3 with CarPlay
With Waze for iPhone and CarPlay running iOS 13.3, Waze fails to load the map correctly. Either the map appears blank, or extremely zoomed in and low resolution (because it's zoomed in much more than it's intended to be). I have to use my phone to force quite Waze one or two times before I can get the map to appear correctly. This needs to be fixed, because if I was caught touching my phone in the car while closing the Waze app, I would be given a big ticket for using my phone in the car.

multiple reoccuring beep option when speed limit threshold is exceeded.
Being able to set a reoccuring beep (instead of just one beep) when the speed threshhold is exceed is very necessary. This way speed cameras can be avoided and one is reminded what the speed limit is. Also, it is necessary to be able to add temporary speed limits into the trip line. These may or may not be permanent, but important just the same due to temporary speed cameras.

Hello . I live in Iran. Every year in our country, 30000 die in traffic accident and many injure. There are some places in our roads that frequently accidents happen in the places. One place that I know is the entrance of our city from highway that sometimes bad accidents happen in there. This is because of the inaccurate and inefficient design of the roads. Optional "no map" (trip computer) view when route is known
8 out of 10 times I use Waze driving to and from work, a route I know very well so I don't need Waze to show me my position on the map.
What I instead would like is a "trip computer" kind of interface, showing me things like my current speed, current speed limit (if known), maybe a color code for traffic ahead on route (green, yellow, red), ETA, current road name (nice to have, not need to have - I know where I am), live updates of incidents (needs to update themselves automatically), textual navigation instructions like "turn right…15 votes
