Copy-pasting coordinates from Google Maps includes parentheses.
Hello WAZE team, I have been using WAZE for almost over 8 years. Sometimes when I copy an address from Google Maps and ask for directions, the final destination ends up being incorrectly set on a highway or a blocked road, causing inconvenience as the destination is not accurately set. To solve this, I copy the exact coordinates from Google Maps and use them. Previously, when I entered coordinates like (48.1373294682532, 11.575360369297023), it would lead me to the precise location, and I would reach the exact destination. CarPlay Dashboard
With the iOS 13.4, Apple opened up the CarPlay Dashboard to accept 3rd Party Maps instead of Apple Maps. It would be awesome to have Waze replace Apple Maps on the main Dashboard!

Inclusive maps for color-blind people
I've been thinking of a problem Waze might find not that difficult to solve. Congestion leves are represented by different shades of colors, mainly yellows and reds. But lots of people around the world are color blind at some level, so the congestion colors are useless for them. I am suggesting that instead of simply using the plain shades of the colors, Waze star using hatched colors. This might be really helpful to a lot of people. Besides, this would help build an inclusive culture and policy.

Make the maps work
4 out of 5 times waze will not give directions. It is frustrating and almost to the point we do not even want to use it anymore. Service is fine and other map works fine i don’t understand.

Routes should default to Map View instead of List View
Upon setting a destination and clicking Routes, I would like the default view to be Maps instead of List. Please make this an option.

Maps not loading on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
I changed my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge to the Galaxy S7 Edge (SM-G935F) last week and the Waze app simply will not load the maps. It shows “searching network” eternally.
I have the Adroid version 6.0.1

Have waze be the default program for navigation. When I search on maps (better than waze at finding things) I would like waze to be the nav
Is it possible to have waze be the default program or atleast selectable as the program to use for navigation after selecting someplace on Maps. Right now I have the choice of NAV ot ATT Nav and I can't figure a way to get waze in that list.

Opening Waze on Apple Carplay cuts off radio - doesn't with other map apps
When I open Waze on Apple Carplay in my car my music/radio will stop playing (switches from Radio/Sirius to iPod on my Pioneer Nex). I have to manually go back and turn the music back on. This doesn't happen when I open Google Maps or Apple Maps.

Show search results on map
Waze search results are objectively inferior both in app and on android auto/carplay as compared to other popular navigation apps such as gmaps or apple maps.
Both of those apps display search results on a map view, with A, B, C etc pins with a selectable list on the side, and this works in app and on the in car head unit display. Google Maps also has a MUCH cleaner "add a stop" workflow.
This is a critical and basic feature gap that makes competing map applications much easier to use for searching18 votes -

Currently using Waze on android auto takes over the entire screen as opposed to a smaller map which also allows side widgets such as messages and Spotify displays. Google Maps allows you to have this screen set up, but I don't like using Google maps, I like Waze.

Adding traffic lights and stop signs like how Apple Maps and I think google maps has.
Adding traffic lights and stop signs would be amazing, it’s nice to know 1 mile In advance when driving in new areas.

Show border line on map
Since the corona virus crossing borders in Europe isn't that easy as before. So it would be nice if I could see the border line clearly on the map. A thick red line for example (like google maps) or something similar would be neat.
It also makes things easier to navigatie if you know whether you entering a different country when planning your route. In Europe, this sometimes could be the case.

Google Maps have this option, Waze STRANGELY DOESN'T
Strangely on Google Maps there is a small option that is absent on WAZE that creates many problems for us motorcyclists who use the intercom in the helmet. Let me explain better, the motorcycle helmet intercoms support the double bluetooth audio association but not in a complete way. The first association is dedicated to our main phone or to the motorcycle's TFT, while the second association for mono audio only is associated with our second phone that is used only and exclusively as a navigator. Waze needs a little hover box that can move over other apps like Google maps has.
Google maps has a feature on the app that let's you see a movable hover box view of your route while having other apps open such as driving aps, like uber or lyft. I'd be able to use the waze app if waze had that feature.

Map Zoom
If I am on a Waze path trying to see where I go next, the zoom feature does not work all that well. I'd like to be able to zoom out to see where I am going and to check traffic, but the zoom only will go out for a second, then zooms back in. NOt a fan of this feature and finding myself using Google maps to check traffic and see a path on the map as opposed to Waze zoomed in on the next 500'. I cannot get the map to zoom out to a decent level.
