1. Emoji marks for favorite locations

   I like to mark locations that I use often, locations that I want to visit, and places that I visited. And these locations marked with different type of marks. For example; if I visited a place and liked it I put heart emoji, if it's my home I want to put home emoji. These emojis will display on the map all the time. When I wanted to visit these places I won't need to search for them and sometimes I forget their names and difficult to remember. I believe these emojis will be so useful on the map. 2. Option to change order of search category buttons

   I appreciate the category buttons when searching, but they are fixed in place. It would be nice to have the option to change the order of the preloaded search category buttons so I do not have to tap "more" to get to a specific category for search.

   For example, I have no need to search for "groceries" but it appears in the first few category buttons. I frequently use the "gas" category search but I have to make additional taps and divert more of my attention to get to other categories via the "more" button.

   Ideally, the search categories could be edited similar to how favorites can be ordered in they way the user wants them to be. Maybe when "more" is pressed and all the search categories show up in a list, there could be an "edit" button in the upper right that activates hamburger icons to the right of each search category that allows changing the order of them (just like saved destinations in favorites).

3. Integration with AAIdrive

   As the author of AAIdrive, an open-source app that adds some custom apps to the legacy BMW iDrive system, my users keep asking for integration with their favorite apps, and Waze is very popular indeed! Is there any possibility to integrate either the hazards list or perhaps a full Waze experience?

4. "Favorite" Hazard Button on Main Screen

   ADD single-push hazard button on main screen that activates "Vehicle Stopped on Shoulder Ahead," which has to be the NO. 1 hazard all drivers face and encounter.

   Pressing 5 buttons to alert others of a "Vehicle Stopped on Shoulder Ahead" is a hazard itself. Now, we click the "Alert" button, then we click the "Hazard" button, then we click the "Shoulder" button, then we click the "Vehicle Stopped" button, then we click the "Send" button.

   On my bi-weekly 3-hour trips, I go through that routine 20 times per trip. Clicking 5 buttons for ANYTHING discourages people from using that thing.

   Place one button above the "Alert" button that is strictly for "Vehicle Stopped on Shoulder Ahead." Far more people will be engaged.

5. Favoris / liste d'adresse

   le point est.. les favoris !!

   Je souhaite vraiment attirer votre attention sur cela... utilisant intensivement Waze tout les jours, je voudrais me permettre de vous faire la suggestion suivante..

   la liste des favoris reste une liste de favoris.. mais pas une liste d'adresse usuelle.... ce qui à pour consequence qu'on y rajoute rapidement les/des adresses fréquemment utilisées ou un peu moins mais que l'on souhaite garder en mémoire, sans pour autant pouvoir mettre en évidence les adresses vraiment favorite, celle qu'on utilise très souvent...

   d'où ma suggestion de laisser une liste d'adresse avec une partie vraiment favoris, en évidence, de moins de 5 ou 10 adresse par exemple plus facile d'accès de sorte qu'on puisse les choisir de manière rapide...

   parce qu'a l'heure actuelle, rechercher une adresse en conduisant ( je sais.. c'est pas bien !!) dans la liste complète des favoris c'est vite compliqué..!!

   voilà, j'espère que je verrai bientôt un petit update avec ça sur waze ;-)

6. Favorite gas stations page

   Most of the time I drive on the same roads. Please add page where I can collect my favorite gas stations and check diesel prices at one look, instead of typing the sations one after another.

7. Saving favourites

   This is not a sugestion. I have a problem. I tried to report via e-mail. Waze sent me a reply... to send sn issue.
   Anyway, I have a problem with my account:

   I cannot save places in favorites.
   I tried all: inserting adresses, tapping the map, save curreny location...
   I've reinstall waze and I update the app
   Nothing working.
   Please give me a clue.

8. Startup sequence is misarranged; initial direction; use accelerometer; easier access to 2d map

   I'll describe the problem by describing my experience. Often I'm in a hurry to get directions and go. I start Waze and there's a relatively long wait (4 sec) for the splash screen to pass--understandable, but still a minor annoyance. Then I just want to get to Navigate so I can get my route. But Waze is busy drawing the map for 2-3 sec, which I don't need to see right now. At last I get to Navigate. I select my destination from my favorites and the machine starts route-searching.

   Only at this point does Waze decide to display a popup asking me if such-and-such is my destination. To the app's credit, this destination is usually where I am going: but at this point it's useless and just a nuisance.

   (Yes, these are developed-world problems.)

   I have an iPhone4, so my machine is slower than the latest model. But still it's a pretty common iPhone, so I know others share this experience.

   While I'm here, I'd also like to ask a couple more things.

   1. Could you make use of the phone's accelerometer? Often times I take a sharp curve right before parking in a driveway. Waze has no notion what direction the car is pointing, so when I start it back up, it draws the map facing some random direction, making it difficult for me to figure out which way I have to go initially.

   2. Is there any way that you could make it easier to switch between the 3d and 2d views? This would help with the initial-direction problem. It would also make it easier to use my own human knowledge of the roads to decide which way I want to go. As it is, Waze is too much like a master and not enough like an assistant.

   3. Make it easier to work with favorites. Allow import of favorites from XML. Have a default title for locations found in search that you want to add to favorites. (Your search btw stinks--first sign of this is that you use Bing, which reeks, to supplement it. When I can find in Waze, I naturally turn to Google Maps.)

   Genshin Impact is a well-known game. Most of its player would for sure enjoy their journey by listening to some of their favorite characters guiding them to their destination!

12. Automatically put on voice when something is different from the regular

    usually when you drive everyday the same road you put only the voice on silence expect attentions because i know the way buy heart. Because waze supposed to learn my favorite way to work i would like to suggest that if something happen on the regular way and there is a change on the route that the instructions will be with voice even that i chooze not to. because otherwize i can miss the change and go automatically the regular way.

13. "wish list" points

    Have you ever read a good article about some place, and decide to go there ... but its impossible to get there in short future. I was thinking to make some think like "wish list" of places where I would like to visit. Is similar to favorite places but not used so often. And the best would be the reminder that if you are riding xx (20) km form your “wish point” Waze would suggest you to visit it. I travel b bicycle a lot. And always trying to visit some interesting places about with one I wrote in traveler magazines. Wish list would let mi to collect those places in my gps, ane let decide where should I go on tour.
    Next step:
    Short describe wish places by users, and rating those places by visiting other users.
    I think it would help other users with one are traveling on holidays to see some interesting places on their way.
    Hope that Waze will do it first.

14. Need the ability to add more than one work address

    I work at one location on M-W-F and another on T-Th. It would me nice to be able to add more than one "work" favorite.

15. Update issues with suggested destinations

    After the newest update for Android Auto, Waze suggests destinations when I first start my car, but it rarely includes the destinations I actually want to go to. Instead of suggesting "home" when I leave work, and "work" when I leave home, it's only giving me options of some of my favorites that I don't visit often, like family addresses.

    If anything, "work" and "home" should be the top suggestions. The extra pushes of having to close navigation and open it again to select the standard locations is frustrating.

19. Reporting privileges and scoreboard

    First, I want to tell you that I absolutelly love your app, it is my favorite app of all and I am truly a Waze ambassador (I have around 20 friends that are now using Waze due to me and over 10 friends that are using it havilly, due to my advice).

    I received your message and I have a couple of questions:

    1. Why my reporting privileges were disabled? Who, when and how decides what is excessive reporting or not? Is there some guidelines?
    2. Why my scoreboard is now 0?
    3. How can I get back my reporting privs and my scoreboard and rank?
