let us add speed limit warning via the alert panel like trafic jam
Un using the alert panel add a new menu with speed limite panel as icons. Icônes appear on map as any other alertes.

Accident alert
Hello,
I'm a wazer, nonetheless I would like a modification of the app:
I noticed that Google maps gives you an alert of an accident in advance saying "There's an accident forward, please choose the next itinerary".
This message is not available in Waze so it's difficult to turn to the better itinerary in time without being advised.Could you add this feature for me please?

Alert: Excessive traffic deceleration.
Irrespective of cause, unusually great deceleration of one vehicle is a hazard for the vehicles behind - at least on highways with average speed above that of city traffic.
Real-time alerts from the Waze system via our community of users may offer a unique opportunity to prevent (or reduce injuries and damage of) highway mass crashes.Various alerting criteria may be used e.g:
Client accelerometers (or GPS-speed time derivatives) indicating a deceleration greater than, say, the 80th percentile for that road (segment) or average speed level - established by Waze server statistics.7 votes -

Excellent recent update. Howerver, it would be such a helpful and nice addon where user can set max speed alert/alarm when it's reached. Plus posted speed limits on major roads/freeways.

Speed Camera Alerts
It would be great if you could add a function for making the sound Alerts more prominent and repeatable ? not just a flash on the screen and maybe a spoken alert, the screen alert is easily missed whilst concentrating on driving, Maybe also be able to change the alert sound like in TomTom.

The new waze alert notification is too similar to the sound of an alert the vehicle gives me.
The new alert tone sounds too similar to the alert the vehicle gives me when something is wrong. Every time it dings I look at my Guage cluster for a warning light. Please change this to something unique or revert it back to an audible read out to what's coming ahead. Alternatively, make it an option to choose different sounds in the settings

Can we get a known speed trap alert
Some areas are just known for speed traps. Maybe some kind of algorithm that logs how many drivers ping certain areas for speed traps for a period of time before its considered a "Known speed trap". This alert can be optional in carplay etc.

"xx min ago" on alert popup
add age of the report to the popup when alerting the driver about police/speed trap, hazard, accident etc.

On screen alert display time needs to be increased greatly when getting close.
Being able to choose “still there”or not disappears from the display long before one can confirm the alert either way.

State what the alert is for
preferred version that stated the alert (object on road/car stopped on shoulder etc) so I don't have to look at the device to determine why it is alerting me. Also would like a way to touch screen to give thumbs up/confirm without having to look at device.

Create a "dangerous spot" alert
I live in São Paulo - Brazil, and unfortunately we have a serious problem with violence in traffic.
Just a few days ago I was a victim of an armed robbery in a very know avenue, and we have a lot of spots that this kind of action is frequent.
So, my suggestion is that drivers can allert and input information like this so waze can identify this spots and maybe even suggest a detour depending on time day (since this actions are much more frequent at late hours).

show remaining time and distance next to ETA for the final destination too
ETA, Remaining time and distance to the next destination are very useful. Other suggestions handle the display of the final destination details on the main page. Before that gets implemented, please display also the remaining time and distance to the final destination too.
It is really useful when comparing various routes and when communicating with other people w.r.t. final destination or estimating if refuelling will be needed. Luckily there is enough space next to final destination ETA - there is no reason to have limited info there.1 vote -
Alert in red light camera when only heading to one not away from it.
Only alert for red light camera if heading towards it. Do not alert when heading away from it just because it's in X meters because there is a round about ahead. Have it alert if you turn around on the round about and head to the camera. Getting an alert when heading away isn't useful at all.

Update feature request unlimited alert comments
Please read and vote and share!!
Unlimited comments on alerts, get rid of the maximum number of 5 comments per alert so important information is not blocked from being shared. Like what happened to me when I was trying to share a traffic update on a alert that had 5 comments on it and I was unable to share the update with others.

Audible Alert for Fixed Speed Cameras
Every Sat Nav device that I have ever owned HAS an audible (sound) alert to speed cameras. This is because most drivers keep their eyes on the road most of the time, not on their Sat Nav. I have done some basic programming in the past and know that adding a PING (sound) to something that happens in a software program is the EASIEST thing that a developer could possibly do. Suggestions to Improve Waze UX/UI on Carplay
Two things I've noticed are causing issues (for me, personally at least) when using Waze for CarPlay.
1) I have to continually enter the zoom menu to zoom back down to the right distance...not ALL the time, but enough that I think it's probably a bug, and just wanted to mention it.
and most importantly...
2) The Notification/alert system is fundamentally broken IMO, because it essentially hijacks the navigation screen. It removes the arrival time, time remaining in your trip, and the distance you have left in your trip. These are details that I personally don't want to…

Waze User Alert Network
How about a feature that can alert you to other oncoming waze user vehicles, on countryroads for an example? It would be very handy where accidents happen alot because of tight roads and bends.

Move the road alerts to the top right or bottom left corner so not blocking arrival time?
Can you move the road alerts to the other side of the screen so I can still see the distance and arrival time without to click the "still there or not there" button to remove the alert?

Incline or decline alert
When approaching a significant incline or decline it would be great to get an alert. Sometimes you can be driving along a country lane at 60mph and suddenly there is a crest of a hill and a step decline with no warning. Very dangerous
