Electric Vehicle Notification
How do I turn off or remove the “drive an electric vehicle?” Start up notification. This does not apply to me and is annoying. Thank you

Paddington Voice
Please make the Paddington Bear voice a permanent option. It is the only navigation voice that I don't want to argue with. It creates a calming experience and i’m upset to open Waze to a a notification that it’s leaving. I’ve got many friends and family using Waze so they too can enjoy the Paddington Bear voice.

If no route chosen, hide previous drives menu so i can see the map.
There is a menu of previous drives that pops up when Android Auto (using Waze) starts up. If I don't choose a destination on that menu (or, create a new destination) after I'm underway please minimize the previous drive destinations so I can see the map. This drive I don't need guidance, but would still like to see the map. Thanks

Important! For safety - Add an option to stay away from unsealed roads
I used Waze when driving back home this weekend, for a 400km journey. There were traffic jams all along the main routes. Waze saved me an hour by routing me around the jams, but.....
I had two little kids in a two wheel drive car and Waze took me through roads better suited for four wheel drive vehicles - unsealed, dirt roads with no cellphone reception. The roads got bad until I was too far in and turning around wasn't even an option because it was too narrow.
This is a matter of safety. Some cars cannot handle unsealed dirt…

State line alerts/voice prompt
I love Waze, I use it all the time! I drive almost 2000 miles a week for work, One thing I would love to have as a feature is state prompts or when you cross the state line if it announced welcome to "state name". sometimes when you're driving on back roads they don't always have the Stateline sign, I've even missed The big ones on the highway. It would just be nice to have a voice prompt simply say welcome to "state name" thanks!

Add voice search while driving.
I want to be able to voice search for an address or a place while I'm driving. It is rather a inconvenience to have to put my vehicle in park in order to search where I want to go. Unless I'm doing it wrong.

Driving directions on virtual cockpit
Hey Wazers, I have found out, that when you use Apple Maps app through CarPlay, it is able to transfer information about next driving direction (for example "in 100m turn right" and an arrow) to the control unit of my car and it then shows it to me on my virtual cockpit. Since anothe iOS app can do this, I hope others should be able to, arent they? It will be really good to implement this...

turn off phone notifications while driving
I want to be able to turn off all phone related notifications while driving. I was in a new place looking for a turn when the phone rang switching off waze.
this would also improve Saturday.

LARGER FONT AND TEMP
The font is extremely small. Wear glasses for reading only, if I drive with them I can't see. Also, I need my temperature back!! Where did that go!! Please just fix those 2 and the app will be great

Create a feature called "Waze meetings"
Suppose 2 friends want to meet.
The feature shall suggest optimal meeting places located in an area that will allow both arrive at the same time, located in the middle of their way, according to the purpose of the meeting - Bar B.Q., dinner, bowling, Cinema, etc.10 votesGreat thinking! Giving them option driven one way to be able to drive that same route back to where you started from
When driving to one city or town a specific route that you were happy with the way it took you. So you want to drive those same roads back to your original starting point. Instead of getting a good route from point A to point B. But when leaving point B you get a bunch of lil side roads that seem to take long to get back to point A

Stop routing traffic inappropriately
I am contacting everyone at Waze right now. Waze is causing problems.
Highway 17 from San Jose to Santa Cruz is notorious for its beach traffic. Waze directing traffic thought downtown Los Gatos and on to mountain side roads to avoid this.
STOP DOING THIS!
First of all this is causing horrendous gridlock in downtown Los Gatos. The town has put up signs telling Beach Traffic to stick to Highway 17. Drivers are ignoring this because Waze gives tells them they can cut thru Los Gatos. This is causing MASSIVE problems.
Second, DON'T direct people off Hwy 17 on…

Prefer main roads
Please install main roads button, so in cities I take main roads instead of all those side roads just to save a minute but burn way more petroleum and drive zip zag. So if the roads will be similar time waze would preafare main roads, if time would be different fore 5 minutes and more it would take side roads. This would help especially on long journies, we're I can not zoom in every little city all the time.

Create School/Daycare with Home/Work Default Favorites
Every weekday I drive from home to child's school to work. Then reverse. Every weekday morning Waze asks me "Going to Work?" I'm going to school then work, so NO! Every weekday evening Waze asks me "Going Home?" I'm going to school, then home, so NO again! Everyday! Will you please, add another default favorite for school or daycare!!!

Pause sharing instead of canceling
I like being able to share my room with friends, but I found if I stop somewhere it cancels it. I shared a route with a friend the other day and stopped at a store and when they tried to follow me the request was denied – it was canceled. There must be some way to pause a route when someone is making a temporary stop.

Type of Route Options Preference settings
I frequently drive a route that gives me the option of taking a toll road or driving on the non-toll route or taking streets - but when I look at the routes available to me, I am not able to compare the time savings of taking the toll road vs the non toll version of the road. I am only able to see toll road, or a street option, or an alternate freeway option. Partnership with blablacar?
Why not propose to blablacar users to program their trip and send it to waze account (and all planned stops), then the blablacar users can share their trip to their friends, they will be able to follow their trip through facebook (with the existing function).
