Choose Notifications
Let me choose which items I want to be notified of. Want to pick and choose to get fog notifications, car stopped on shoulder. etc. I listen to podcasts and books on tape and want as few interruptions as possible while still knowing the way to go.

Remove my neighborhood from your map. You have made traffic in my neighborhood hellish with cut through traffic.
Your app has made it impossible for residents to get out of the neighborhood during evening rush hour. Cars are now backed up 50 deep at a stop sign in our subdivision some days making it impossible for people to get out of their driveways. It is hideous.

Let to use keyboard (as passanger) on Android Auto
As a user, I would like to have with Android Auto the same option as with Apple CarPlay to use the keyboard as a passenger.
Currently, while I'm driving with family f.e. on a highway in my country it's illegal to stop on the side of the road. So I'm not able to enter the destination address while in motion. My wife as a passenger has to plug out my phone from USB and enter it manually and plug it in again. It's just plain stupid. It's not even a security option if I have to use my phone to…

Big truck on side of the road.
Hello, would you consider: an option for "Big Truck" stopped on the shoulder? As someone who drives a commercial motor vehicle over a 130,000 miles a year, I can tell you that the majority of cars on the shoulder are abandoned whereas the majority of big trucks on the shoulder are broken down and or getting service at the time and there's usually a human being somewhere walking in and out of the highway at the truck is being repaired. Stop button
Can’t always get out of Waze. Sometimes have to turn my phone off and then back on to properly exit the program. It’s a a pain and I can be walking around for days without Waze working in the background long after I’ve arrived at my destination.

Waze would show you places for quick stop near the road.
Basically it would work like this. Imagine a situation that you would need to *** or eat some food. You would open Waze to see when is the closest place to spot. It could even be a little stop by hole in the forest. Also it would be nice to see how many cars could fit there.

I want to be able to be able to put in a stop time and know what's available at the stop. i.e. restaurants, hotels, fuel, stores (drug, department, hospitals)

Greater User Customization
I love using Waze and have for years. Traffic congestion alerts and auto reroute around such congestion is awesome. Alerting police presence is also great. When I first stated using Waze I was simply commute a short distance. Today I’m clocking over 40,000 miles a year and as a road warrior I now listen to a lot of podcasts and audiobooks and Waze is constantly interrupting what I’m listening to. The alerts are endless and I’m prompted 4 times for every turn. My podcast is even interrupted to alert me to train tracks. This is unnecessary - all I need…

Specify how many miles or hours you want to drive a day and get suggestions
Let's say I'm traveling from Tampa, FL to Denver, CO, and I only want to drive 8 hours per day. I would like Waze to suggest where I should stop (city), lodging near an interstate and even restaurants/happy hours. You should be able to specify hours or miles a day.

50cc or under 125cc motorbike route options
Adding routes that are legal for 50cc scooter using Waze both I and friends ended up with tickets or in very dangerous situations - General consensus is to stop using Waze until this is added due to a friend nearly been badly injured due to following Waze motorbike route and ending up on a non permitted road in Rome

Listening to Downcast and using Waze
Has anyone else experienced this? When using Waze and also listening to a podcast using the Downcast app, after arriving at the destination and then starting my next journey, I am no longer able to listen to the podcast. I have arrived at my destination and I stopped navigation. When I get back into the car and i resume listening to the podcast, i enter my next destination on Waze. Suddenly I am no longer able to listen to the podcast simultaneously.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

KM/Milage Tracking
You guys should develop an add on like

I use Waze for travel and work, but I normally jump between apps to keep track of everything. Maybe develop a Waze for Work App, that allows this. But i'm sure there are a ton of people who drive for a living that would appreciate this. Just to have a printable report at the end of the month, with start and stop locations, and expenses while i'm working etc. There are too many apps to just keep jumping around, and with all the new hands free laws... One App and Done!

I think the stopped car icon should be removed from list of items to be marked. It’s seems to be the most prevalent post little value.
Add cop location, left side/right side to map so you know to move over.

“Hey Siri, stop navigation/ directions”
Right now, whilst in the middle of driving, once I know where I am, I no longer require directions. Currently there is no voice command for turning off directions whilst driving. I don’t like to keep my eyes off the road and hands off the vehicle but currently the only way to turn off the directions is pressing the bottom of the app and then press “stop”.
It makes sense that if there’s a “navigation on” option, there should also be a “navigation off” option too. Thanks for this consideration.1 vote -

Plan a drive
I like the plan a drive option. I wish you could add more locations to a plan a drive. Basically make a full trip from start to finish and add all the location you want to stop at.
