For multiple turns that are close to each other, only highlight the left or right lane that is needed for that turn
Waze highlights which lane(s) to be in for turns, which is extremely helpful. However, multiple lanes may be highlighted when a turn or ramp requiring a specific lane is coming very soon. For heavy traffic, changing lanes last-minute can be unsafe, inconvenient, and/or almost impossible. Highlighting the one lane that makes an upcoming turn easiest would be a very valuable addition.

When approaching each HOT lane entry point tell me how much time I'll save by paying the toll, even if no time savings
In areas with parallel, optional toll/express lanes like Northern VA -
At EACH HOT(High Occupancy Toll)/Express lane entry point tell me how much time I will save by choosing the toll lane, even if that time is 0 or negative.
Ex. "Approaching entrance to a parallel Toll lane, at this time entering the toll lane is estimated to be 30 min faster than the regular lanes"
Ex. "Approaching entrance to a parallel Toll lane, at this time there is no time benefit to entering the toll lane."Currently I think maybe Waze is suggesting…

Suggestion for New Feature: Reporting Hazards on Opposite Lane
As a frequent user of Waze, I have found it incredibly useful to report hazards such as accidents, objects on the road, or other potential dangers. However, I have noticed that the current reporting system only allows us to report issues on the lane we are driving in. There are many instances where I have observed hazards on the opposite lane, which could be equally important for other drivers to be aware of.
I would like to suggest adding a functionality that allows users to report hazards on the opposite lane. This could be particularly beneficial on highways…

TEXPress Toll Lane Option
Here in North Texas we have the Texpress managed toll lanes that are flexible in price which can add up quickly that are different from regular toll roads that are a fixed price. Is it possible to introduce an option for navigation where we can opt in or out of taking those? Today we can only opt in or out of all toll roads but I often don't mind taking the regular toll lanes and want to avoid the express lanes. I believe these exist in other parts and they may see benefits as well.

When WAZE reports debris in the road it should say left, right, or center. I had a bumper in the center lane of the interstate and missed it
Want WAZE to say where debris is located in the road. Right lane center or left. Then we would know to change lanes. Almost hit a bumper twice in the center lane at dusk would have been a major accident but thanks to WAZE I got past it. But a heads up for the lane would help. I was doing 75 on the interstate at the time

Lane based time estimates / estimated times based on destinations, exit ramp backups
This one's a tricky one to explain. Sometimes, I'm on a highway, and Waze's suggested route goes out onto a very backed-up exit ramp that backs up a half-mile before the actual exit ramp begins, occuping the right lane of the road, even while the other travel lanes are moving at full speed.
I'm trying to figure out if this skews the traffic routing and travel time estimations. Yes, the highway is backed up and traveling at 2 MPH, but only in the right lane where that exit is backed up half a mile. If you're in the center…

Eliminate country lanes
Eliminate country lanes as an option for routing would be great in the UK as these roads are often single lane and dangerous to drive. All to save a minute from the main roads!

Highlight 2 lane roads that have infrequent passing zones
There are several spots between Victorville, CA, and SR-145 that are only two lanes, one each way. My suggestion is to highlight/identify the sections or roads that are no-pass zones. Roads like this, where there me several miles between passing lanes? Change the color to flashing read, or something. ;-)
Contact me if you have questions.
Almost every time I travel this way I have someone tailgating, wanting to pass me (and I'm already going over the posted limit), and sometimes they pass or try to pass in no-pass zones and I've seen several near misses.I know…

Hi dear waze team.
Now we have highlighted lane indicators on the top of screen which is very helpful to drive in the express way with 3 or more lane. Thanks for this great improvement.
The only thing missing in this App is the Bluetooth and FM transmitter
With improving this two option, waze will be the top and best in the world.
Thanks1 voteGreat news! One of the most requested suggestions – Lane Guidance, is now available in Waze. Thanks for your suggestion. Drive safely!

Letting the driver know which lane (right or left) is used to make U-turn
when need to make a U-turn, sometimes it could be on the left side of the road or even on the right.
it would be less chaotic and sudden change of lanes if the driver knows how/where the U-turn will take place, especially if there were were many lanes, then need to be prepared early to be on the U-turn lane.
it could be make the U-turn on the right lane, where there is a specific lane for U-turn.
or even it could be taking the traffic light on or below the flyover.1 vote -

Object in roadway
Waze needs to specify which lane to avoid when warning about objects in the road. Add a lane selection when reporting the object and then add that info to the warning. I need to know which lane is safe to drive in.
