2. WAZE FÁCIL, através do app pagar pedágio e estacionametos

   Realizar pagamentos de pedágios e estacionamentos pelo app ao calcular a rota, sem necessidade de pagar uma empresa, para instalar um dispositivo no veículo e ainda ter um custo pelo serviço da operadora.
   Como não possuo recursos para criar um app de navegação com o pagamento de pedágios e estacionamentos vim contribuir.

4. Botões para marcar ruas/locais esburacadas, defeitos nivelamento, bueiro aberto que danifica o carro/pneu; e avise quando estiver próximo.

   Colocar botões na tela do mapa, para marcar os defeitos na pista(avenidas, ruas, estradas), exemplo: um botão desnivelamento, buraco grande, e grava no mapa, para avisar aos wazers quando chegarem perto, exemplo: tem um buraco grande na pista à sua direita, tem um desnivelamento com bueiro. Existe um bueiro aberto no centro, na lateral direita ou esquerda.

5. Colocar a opção de deixar os locais favoritos visíveis no mapa, como é feito com outros wazers.

   Disponibilizar uma opção no menu de configurações, que possibilite a visualização dos locais guardados no favoritos, durante a navegação teremos a visualização dos pontos favoritos, nos aparelhos gps garmin, funciona assim e ajuda bastante.

6. Areas de Perigo

   Caros amigos do Waze, primeiramente gostaria de parabeniza-los pelos serviços prestados é realmente ótimo o Aplicativo Waze, e espero que continuem sempre em galgando as escadas do sucesso, e para isso gostaria de colaborar com uma pequena sugestão, sou brasileiro e morador da cidade de São Paulo, em minha cidade existem vários pontos de perigo ( e acredito que também devem existir em várias outras cidades pelo mundo a fora), bom, minha ideia principal era colocar avisos de pontos específicos em áreas, ruas, avenidas ou estradas, que possam oferecer perigo de assalto, devido a dificuldade de visibilidade no percurso (por conta de curvas acentuadas, ladeiras íngremes ou faróis com tempo de espera muito longo), isso seria ótimo para prevenir os motoristas antes de entrar em determinada rota , podendo fazer a alteração do seu caminho para chegar no destino.
   Também enquanto escrevia essa carta me ocorreu a sugestão de outros avisos , como área sujeita a alagamento ou outros perigos naturais, bom conto com a compreensão de vocês.

7. Offer way for users to edit/correct/identify false reports OR...

   Have a way for users to contest a traffic notice entered by other users. Here in Los Angeles we use a lot of residential streets, especially to get through the canyons. Lately, residents on smaller streets have been adding fake/erroneous notices such as hazards (e.g., construction) or road closures to try to get drivers to take other routes. It would be great if Waze had one of three options: users can delete false reports, users can comment on reports for all users to see (not just the person who reported the issue), or a thumbs down feature so that other users have some indication of what is going on. OR...Waze could find a way to track erroneous entries and ban those users.

8. Provide translation from User ID to E-Mail address

   I have a situation where I know my User ID but I cannot recall which E-Mail address and Password I used. The Reset Password dialog requires me to enter an E-Mail address, but I have not hit upon the correct one.

   Após uma atualização do Waze o velocímetro foi para o meio da tela e quando surge qualquer tipo de alerta fica sobrepondo o velocímetro assim como o ícone do carro ficando extremamente ruim de visualizar o percurso

12. A few user stories for supporting BEV / electromobility in Waze

    Dear Wazers,

    I have been using your product far before "the Google times." When I first downloaded Waze, the road to my home was not "Wazed-paved" yet, so I had to pave it myself :). Anyway, that's not what I'm writing you about. I want to extend a request to you through a few user stories, which would significantly enhance my electromobility driving experience. I hope you're already thinking in that direction, and we'll see enhancements for BEV (battery-electric vehicles) soon.

    There're plenty of elecromobile-specific apps, but Waze is my current choice for a guidance app. As such, I am suffering because I need to switch back/forth from Waze to another app when it comes time to plan a long drive.

    If you would like to enhance our experience with Waze easily, you could partner with the two most powerful solutions, PlugShare and abetterrouteplanner.com (of course, if they agree). But I think you're big enough to believe in enhancing your app by yourself and giving us the functionality to fulfill our e-mobility needs.

    I took the liberty to draft a few user stories, which I can find very useful. Although all of them will give excellent functionality to Waze, the first one is the most important, which would position Waze as the first massively used navigation software which incorporates proper functionality for e-mobility. I hope you have plans to win this market even better.

    In any case, here're the stories. Each story has a justification/overview to it.

    As a user, I need to see charging stations on the map so that I can plan my travel accordingly

    This one is the "mother of all e-mobility" stories. Of course, it's so big that it's easily epic, but shortly said, we, the users, need a way to see the charging stations on the map.

    The distinguished properties of each charger on the map should be like those below:

      name: "Awesome charger" # The name of the charging station, user free-form
      owner: "EVPoint" # the charging station owner
      description: "Please use our apps, available at our home page https://evpoint.bg/, to activate the charger."
      max-power: 150 # the maximum power, in kW, of the whole station. Sometimes people use only this parameter to judge the power delivery speed, but often it's necessary to have granulation per socket.
      connectors: # Lists all charging connectors available at the station. This is a good reference for it: https://evcharging.enelx.com/resources/blog/552-ev-charging-connector-types
        - CCS2: # CCS2 charging connectors at the station
            - count: 2 # two CCS2 charging connectors
            - max-power: 75 # 75 kW max power each
        - CHADEMO: # Chademo connectors at the station
            - count: 1 # one Chademo connector
            - max-power: 50 # 50 kW max power 
    

    The description might seem optional, but without it we will need a place to know the URL from which we will access the charging app. Usually, most of the manufacturers have their specific apps. So any particular data on how to access the station services is put in this field.

    A very important part of this functionality is the filters. When a BEV travels a long distance, we usually use the fact DC-chargers. These give us a charge for approx 100-150 miles (150-250 km) in 10-20 minutes. Most of these chargers are located near (or directly as part of) existing gas stations.

    As part of an MVP, I would accept the first four fields, with the ability to filter by max-power. However, an "MVP-2" stage with the connectors property, and the ability to filter by their type, will be a must since not all cars support all connectors. For example, a TESLA might have its own connector only, and my car has only CCS2 for DC charging.

    As a user, I would like to enter my BEV range so that Waze helps me plan longer rides

    This is a must if I could use Waze as my assistant for BEV travels. My vehicle has a range (let's simplify this for now - just a number of km or miles in my account).

    Based on this range, Waze could show me in a friendly way, directly over my travel map, where my coverage ends. Then I can zoom in, choose a suitable charging station, and plan my ride accordingly (see below). For this, Waze has to have support for more than one Stops (I think right now you allow only one stop, but even this would do, for an MVP, it's more than OK).

    As a user, I need better support for community-driven charging station data and status

    The community feedback is critical since the map is not yet saturated with chargers. Thus, having the ability to rate/comment on each charging station is a functionality that I use very often. When I plan my trip, I usually avoid chargers, where the community says "broken." And when a charger comes back online, the community is very fast to indicate this.

    The best way to leave feedback is to indicate if any user had a successful charging session. A simple Yes/No would do. The system can then calculate an overall rating per charger and display it in a Rating section. The written feedback from each user can also be displayed there (if there's such a given with the "Charge-successful/unsuccessful" rate).

13. Rotas: Para ciclistas e pedestres

    Está precisando muito de fazer rotas para bike e pedestres, eu adoro o Waze, porém, ando de bike e não adianta fazer caminho de moto, as vezes só atravessar a rua funciona, e a rota não. Adicionem por favor, no Google Maps tem.

14. Alerta de Radar móvel ou Fixo

    Trafeguei em um via que avia um radar Fixo que n aparecia no Mapa, e ao tentar mandar um alerta sobre isso, entrei na função de alertas vi que n avia mas a função alerta de Radar no Aplicativo. Vcs tem que recolocar essa função.. que e muito útil para nós que acabamos confiando no que o Waze nós passa da via, e acabamos se deparando um um Radar destes..

16. Receive warnings from the Waze app even though there's no specific navigation has been started

    Waze app should provide warnings even though there's no specific navigation has been stared. One use case is driving in the hometown where no navigation is needed but warnings desired (e.g for the speed cameras)

17. New adult looking display... The update looks like a child designed it

    The new update on Android really killed Waze in my opinion. I like the new button layout and placements, but there are a few problems with the display.
    a) Color scheme - Looks like a child colored it in. I would like not so vibrant colors and more professional looking.
    b) The view port - It seems to show much more of the road you have already passed than it did before the update. I'm not concerned with the road I have already driven on, I would much rather see more ahead.
    c) Road Thickness - WAY too thick!!! At any complex junction all of the roads bleed together and are hard to follow. Apple's map app has very nice looking road thickness and color scheme that is easy to follow.
    d) Not enough Information - I wish the map had more information like more highway and interstate numbering. It would be nice if restaurants and other places were shown on the app while driving - again like Apple.
    e) I have also noticed that the time before a turn that Waze notifies you seems to have been shortened. My first drive I took with the update was through places I have not been before. I missed a few turns (granted I wasn't zeroed in on my app) but this never happened with the previous version of the app.

    I think a combination of all of these factors has led to a more poorly designed app. The only reason I use it now is because it alerts me for hazards and cops :/ I think Waze took a big step back, and I may soon switch to other navigation apps after collecting 32k+ points in Waze...

    Ojalá que en la próxima actualización se pueda mantener nuevamente en primer plano WAZE al momento de realizar ó recibir una llamada telefónica, esa opción ahora no está y era bien útil, ya que la llamada no interferia al momento de visualizar la pantalla porque ese se mantenía siempre a la vista y la conversacion era por intermedio de altavoz, ahora cuando uno está hablando la pantalla se va a ahorro de energía y se a apaga, se agradecería volvieran a incorporar esa opción. 19. Group toll passes & exemptions by country and/or state

    It would be great that if in the app the Toll passes and exemptions would be grouped by country and/or state. As there are a gazillion ones in the list it's hard to find the ones you want to choose.

    Ex. Belgium -> LEZ Antwerp, LEZ Bruxelles, LEZ Ghent and etc.
    France -> Crit'Air 1,2,3,4,5,E
    Germany -> Umweltplakette Grün, Umweltplakette gelb.
