Adding parking bays/ lay-bys onto the map
It would be really helpful to be able to see parking bays / lay-bys on the maps. We have a young baby and often have to find somewhere for a quick pit stop and sometimes miss parking areas as they aren’t on maps or well signposted - this can make the situation even more stressful

Implementation of new country names
Some countries have changed their names recently and on the Waze maps are still these outdated names:
Czech Republic - > Czechia
Macedonia - > North Macedonia
Swaziland - > EswatiniToday the other map providers show these new country names.

App muito bom Porém da erro quando a gente quer viajar pra outro país da América do Sul, poderia voltar com a opção do combustivel. E um modo offline para salvar quando a gente precisa alertar de travego ruim e da erro por causa de rede.

Breadcrumb button so after driving users could use the breadcrumb track to edit maps.

In Israeli maps, there is only an option to avoid A and B roads. I suggest adding C roads as well, as they are less safe and can be danger

Similar ETA
Google maps will show you routes with a similar ETA right on the map. It would be great if Waze showed this too.

Truck Driver friendly
I would love to see a truck driver (class A and class B) friendly to where truck drivers can see height of bridges and the maximum weight capacity it holds. This would open up some much more interest for people and increase usage. My spouse hates google maps and Apple Maps because they never work for him he loves wazes but wishes it incorporates truck drivers. Please take this into consideration I would appreciate it so much thank you.

I like the idea of Google Maps saying "Welcome to..." when you cross from one state to another. I'd like to hear that in Waze.

Auto hide top navigation bar in CarPlay
When not on an active route in CarPlay allow the top navigation bar to be hidden like happens in Google Maps and Apple Maps

Add Waze Map to Drivers Display on Land Rover Discovery 5
Currently only Google Maps allows for the Map to be shown in the drivers display on the Land Rover Discovery 5, New Defender, Range Rovers etc.
Please can Waze update the app to allow for the map to show on the driver's so that it can "keep up" with Google Maps. Thanks.

Amazing app with one small suggestion
Waze is truly amazing and far more convenient than any other map app around the world! It gives accurate routes, real-time traffic updates, and makes every trip easier. I highly recommend it to everyone.
One suggestion — it would be great if Waze could add an offline map feature. This would really help people who don’t have internet access while traveling. Maybe allow users to download maps in advance and store them on the cloud or device before driving. That would make Waze absolutely perfect!

Make Primary Streets/Streets Visible from Farther Zoom Levels
In client, streets and primary streets disappear after zooming out only a few levels. Similar to Google Maps when zoomed out, streets are still visible from farther zoom levels, just scaled down appropriately.

Problemas e Bugs
Navegação offline nâo funciona e aparece mensagem de erro.
Quando offline é quase impossível registrar alertas. Ou acusa estar sem sinal ou apresenta mensagem de erro.
Quando o smartphone reconecta na rede o Waze permanece offline por vários minutos.
Após a instalação do tema do Meu Malvado Favorito não consigo mais alterar o humor.
Muitos mapas com informações ultrapassadas e incompletas sobre fiscalização eletrônica e outros itens importantes.
Nâo "conversa" com o Alpine Quest quando peço para gerar uma rota para algum ponto como faço com o Google Maps.1 vote -
Darker night mode
The night mode is way too bright and distracting while driving at night. We need the option for a black background rather than light grey. Google Maps night mode is excellent for this, follow that example!

Motorcycle and rally communities
For people to use Waze for navigation for groups (either leading and or distributing to a group) it would be great IF a person could go to Google Maps, make a route, then send it to Waze for navigation.
I plan group motorcycle rides on Google Maps, but then there is no way for me to get that electronically over to GPS (I use my Android phone (waze) for navigation).
I wind up still printing the Google Maps and putting them in my Tank back to follow.. Seems so 2005,,,8 votes
