Looking for mobile app developers
Guys, I have my own taxi service, but I have a very outdated and not very convenient mobile application. I would like to either update an existing one, or develop a new, more functional one. Who can be contacted for help on this matter?

Waze on my car screen
GM now allows Google maps and several other APPs to be projected on my car screen from either an iphone or an android phone. Would be a great addition if we could get the WAZE APP to come up. I would happily toss the google map.

When Reporting a hazard be able to have all icons on the same side of phone Right now you click on the right side to find the hazard then you have to move your finger across them to the other side of the phone to pick with the house it is and then back to the right side to enter it. Android Auto - Allow Waze destination "history" to be displayed as part of Android Auto.
"Native" Waze on my android phone shows past historical destinations when I initiate a new destination search. When using Waze as part of Android Auto - only destination favorites are shown. Please allow Waze to show historical destination list when used in Android Auto.

Motorcycle Mood
It would be good to have a Motorcycle Mood (guy with a helmet or on a motorcycle). This would help other car Wazers identify motorcyclists and even other motorcycle Wazers find each other.
It would be helpful to also change some of the functions to be more user friendly for motorcycles, typically we ride with the phone in our pocket or on the handlebars.

Speeding alert for drivers
Waze should make a sound to alert the driver when they are speeding.
Waze already shows you how fast you are currently driving, and it knows everything about the road you are on, so it should be simple to compare your speed to the listed speed of the road.

Plan waypoints on the Livemap
It would be very helpful to plan a route with several waypoints on the Livemap and once planned, send it to the phone App.

speedometer
Speedometer can be pinned to my phones entire display (during carplay). That way it’s easier to read at a glance. Perhaps what displays on your phone screen when connected to carplay could be fully customisable?

import addresses
While I have an Android phone, I think that this may be of general usage.
I'd like to see an import/export capability, perhaps to Dropbox, etc.
I have had to reinstall Waze, and I lost my addresses, so it would have been nice to be able to simply import the book back. Also, my wife and I have many addresses in common, so it would have been nice to not have to enter them both.

When the volume bar is dragged to zero, the navigation voice directions still lower the volume of my music. Please change this.
I use the navigation, visually, but not the voice. As I can not find a mute button, I have instead dragged the volume slider all the way to 0.
I then listen to music on my phone in the background through car speakers. Whenever there is a voice navigation queue, although the voice has no volume so I can't here it, waze still lowers the volume of my music for the duration of the direction, as such, my music seems to just lower the volume periodically which is rather annoying.

Send lane INTERDICTION alert through the vehicle's multimedia.
Hello, I believe that the following idea is an improvement and it is not a possible bug solution, because the functionality would have been tested before the release of the version.
When trying to send a lane interdiction alert through the vehicle's multimedia, the option does not appear, just using the cell phone without mirroring, I am using a cell phone with an IOS operating system, but the same behavior is seen with cell phones with an Android operating system.

Keep the app from turning off navigation
If you have the app open in the background, or while the screen is off or locked, navigation can stop if you are stopped for too long. This is beyond frustrating. When I am riding my motorcycle, I listed to the navigation on my bluetooth system. I keep my phone screen locked in my pocket. However, if I am stopped in traffic or at a stop light too soon, then navigation will completely stop. I have to stop, unlock my phone, and then when I open waze, it asks if I want to resume navigation. DO NOT AUTO STOP…

Ability to report road closure with voice command
I would like to be able to report road closures without having to touch the phone since I always come across them unexpectedly and never have time to enter the report manually.
After straying from Waze's route I would like to be able to initiate a voice command and say "road closure" and have Waze take that to mean that I strayed from it's route because of a road closure at the point where I left the route.

Green bar for trajectory control on android auto
When using the phone as display and you drive into a trajectory control there appairs a green bar that shows you how far you are in the trajectory control. If you use android auto it only says you drive in a trajectory control. Can you please add this green bar on android auto?

I am having trouble because of the amount of ads coming to my screen. I barely can see the way and I need to touch the phone while driving.

Custom voice recording to be of higher quality
The quality of the audio when recording a persons voice is horrible. It sounds like I'm speaking through a mic using wired earphones from the early 2010's. Please do whatever you can to make the audio sound like the microphone made by the manufacturer of the mobile brand. There have been so many complaints about this, outside of this forum and I can't believe it still has not been fixed yet.

I would love to see Waze on the Samsung Gear S3.
As far as I can tell, the Gear S3 can be purchased with a Data plan via AT&T, so theoretically it would be possible to use Waze on a smart watch with both GPS and Data. I would absolutely pay for a smartwatch version of your app, as would many other people! Having my phone out to use Waze when commuting daily is a bit cumbersome, but using it on a smart watch just to keep an eye out for traffic / police would make me use it every time I step foot in my car. State by state Laws
When crossing state lines, the app would alert you to state laws regarding cell phone/texting, wipers/headlights, toll transponder reciprocity, etc. We discovered the hard way (toll + fine) that Florida does not accept payment from any other states transponder.
