  2. Fix calendar sync on iPhone!!

    Calendar sync used to work on my iPhone but now it's gone. I rely on this for my job which is made up of driving to many daily appointments. All my upcoming jobs were nicely listed on my main screen, then that vanished so I went to "planned drives" to find them, and now nothing is there except a screen telling me to sync my calendar but it's already switched on with all my calendars selected! Now I have to go to my calendar, click the appointment, tap the address, tap "open in Waze", click the correct location, then…

  3. Bicycle navigation and bike routes for waze!!! Please!!

    Can you please add bicycle routes to the app and ways to avoid roads that go over a certain speed limit? The option to set your vehicle as a bicycle and find routes like that avoid high speed roads and roads that dont allow bikes conbined with all of the other great functions of the app will be fantastic...

    But since you don't have the feature so many bicyclists won't get to navigate with your app and get the same benefits that car drivers have... I really need a navigator for bikers that shows the speed limits of the roads…

  4. Allow unlimited reports to help long distance driving.

    Stop limiting reports as this is no good after driving for a short while & encountering several reportable issues.

  5. Integrate with Google Latitude

    Would you kindly consider integrating Google Latitude in a future iPhone version? I'd love to autoupdate my waze-less family on where I'm driving and it's a bit awkward having to run waze+glympse or waze+latitudie at the same time. If waze was able to update the Latitude position at least every few minutes or kilometers, it would help a lot. Many thanks in advance, and thanks for waze, it works pretty good although there aren't too many users here yet.

    At the moment this isn’t possible. Hopefully you will find the FB and Twitter integrations sufficient.

  6. Less than 20% battery dialogue box options

    On Android less than 20% battery dialogue box says "Would you like to keep waze on?" With Yes and No buttons. However, when driving it's hard to read the question and often I end up turning off Waze cause I tapped "No". Since it's hard to read the question when driving, if dialogue buttons should said "keep on" or "turn off" instead of y/n, the decision is a lot faster.

  7. Bring Back Apple Car Play Microphone

    PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE restore the microphone for use with Apple Car Play!!! I rely on this to get directions while driving - as I am certain countless others do as well - and it is a huge inconvenience not having it anymore. I bet you to please restore it!!!!

  8. Shortcut for reporting hazards, when not in app.

    Feature request for non drivers:
    a homescreen shortcut (or floating bubble) for adding road hazards, for non drivers. Currently, the phone auto closes the app after inactivity.
    The time it takes to reopen the app and navigate to the 'add hazard' panel means there is a delay in posting information, causing the location of the info to be incorrect. Sometimes even dozens of meters later.
    If I had some floating window, homescreen shortcut or gesture shortcut directly to report a hazard, it will appear more correct.

  9. Separate the ability to show the posted speed limit from the speedometer.

    Currently, the only way to see the posted speed limit, is to toggle on the speedometer. I’m a truck owner that keeps the speedometer toggled off, as the speed that is on my screen is 12 mph faster than I am actually driving. I don’t have the option to see the posted speed limit, because it is grayed out, unless you are “using” the speedometer.

  10. Make map chats into a full messaging feature.

    Map chats usually pop up and then disappear after a while, leaving no trace. I would like to be able to get back the chats I receive and respond to them later when I'm not driving. This would increase the 'socialness' of Waze and maybe even lead to making new friends on the road.

  12. Navigation for larger van / lorry or caravan / trailer.

    Many drive in a larger van / lorry or with a caravan / trailer.
    Would it not be possible for you to choose vehicle type and based on size, Waze creates a route where you are not led out on very small roads.
    You can in other navigation systems, such as TomTom Go

  13. Ads too small to see while driving

    Whenever I stop, an ad pops up on Waze. Of course I don’t want ads, but if you are going to do them make them much simpler and larger so the driver can read them. They are crowded with content and tiny which make them useless.

  14. Vibrate Notifications

    Give the user the option to turn-on "vibrate notifications" in addition to voice. Many times when driving I am distracted talking to a passenger or listening to the radio and miss a turn.
    It would be great if my phone would also vibrate. I would like to have this option for police notifications as well.
    If this were an option, then those that don't want vibrate notifications don't have to use it.

  15. Change the name of follow my drive menu category

    When I want to share my drive, I have to go to menu - Send - Share my drive.

    The menu category should be called "share drive" or something other than "send". Most people see it and say "send... send what?", and don't get it. A more descriptive name on that menu would help.

  17. Bring back PickUp requests

    Bring back the option to send an SMS with a link to share the recivers location and make the Waze client navigate there..

    This was a very cool feature and it's missed. It could be done Uper style where the receiver can edit their preferred pick up location

    It should also auto share the drive with the receiver.

  19. Stop navigation once you're "close enough" to the destination

    Waze should have an option where it stops trying to re-route once you're close to the destination, especially when it is not possible to actually drive to the exact entry point for whatever reason.

    Context:

    I've got someone who has brought up routing issues to their destination a few times, and at least two or three local editors have made various changes. They now again have been saying that once they arrive, Waze wants them to exit the parking lot again, and make a huge detour just to return again to where they are already located.

  20. Choosing a route on the basis of difficulty driving or gas saving

    The default route should not only be the fastest route, there should be an option if you want an easier drive that also saves on gas but is 5-10 minutes longer. Waze should provide the opportunity to choose that route in the settings options
