Android Auto car position
The car (Alpine iLx)! represented on the screen shows on the bottom edge. I get you are trying to show as much as possible about the future, but I think it'd too low on the screen. Could you move it up half a representative car length?

Share route and location with friends.
Give an option to share not only your route but also your location on that route with your friends. This would be a safety feature. In the event that you don't make it to your destination, your friend could see your location. This idea is inspired by the loss of a fellow student who was in a one vehicle accident on her way home to visit for the weekend. Her car ended up under a bridge and she was not found for three days. Prioritize Full CarPlay Integration: HUD & Instrument Cluster Directions

This post is to strongly urge the prioritization of full integration with Apple CarPlay to enable turn-by-turn navigation on built-in Head-Up Displays (HUD) and digital instrument clusters.
This remains one of the most critical safety and convenience features missing from Waze, and it's a primary reason why many drivers reluctantly switch to Apple Maps when using CarPlay.

Deniss from forum suggested this idea: Waze should have Help Me Button, so a Wazer with car trouble can set his icon as needing assistance and another Wazer can see a fellow in trouble on map and help him out.

Merge charging and gas stations and add Electricity to the Preferred fuel type
Charging stations would be better integrated with gas stations - by selecting Preferred fuel type - electricity, the type of stations could be defined. (The list of Preferred Gas Station brands could be filtered to those stations that provide a given type of fuel by selecting Preferred fuel type.) Then charging stations would be integrated into the route as well as gas stations now. The current situation is unsatisfactory for electric cars. Option to toggle turn on/off fade music on alerts/notifications/Turn-by-Turn
I use my phone (Android) as a Media Center on my car, it controls the audio and video on it. I play music using it, and the fade function is nice, but I like to use the waze with cellphone soundspeaker's instead of BT and, even so, my music through BT have this terrible fade-off on alerts/notifications/Turn-by-Turn speak.
Please, consider an option to disble that, so we have a choise to use or not the fade-of on music.

I would like to know when a bicycle or a motorbike is at a close distance from me, treated as a hazard
When I ride my bike I would like to let Waze know that I am a hazard to other drivers. Other drivers would be warned when I am close to them. Alternatively, as a car driver, I would like to be able to activate a mode that warns me about bicycles and motorcycles. I think this idea would reduce the number of accidents involving bicycles and motorbikes. This can be extended to other vehicles on the road like tractors, oversized transport vehicles...

snowmobile crossing
Have Waze alert drivers that there is a snowmobile crossing on the road the same way it alerts for railroad crossings. There has been too many injuries and deaths' due to cars colliding with snowmobiles crossing the road.

Fuel stations suggestion based on the estimated mileage from fuel gauge
We are on a road trip. Most modern cars have a miles until empty feature. When you fill up your car the estimated mileage until empty is display on the dash. It would be beneficial to have Waze show you nearest gas stations to that mileage so that you have let’s say a 50 mile warning that you need gas and these are the stations near that limit. I had a very close call to running out. And started to panic because a highway split didn’t have a gas station as I thought it would on my way out of…

Report manu for car owners
Okay so i belive all of us wants to help others keep their car as safe as possible, like for instance their headlight in not on at night, or they have a smoke from their car.
So like people will get assigned ownership for their car in waze, and people can look up their number plate and report in a quick menu for problems.2 votes -
Notify nearby drivers of safety alerts such as headlights
I notice cars driving in the dark with day time running lights on. Their cars don’t automatically turn on their headlights and taillights but do turn on their dash lights. It would be nice to send them an alert and even instructions (especially if they are in a rental) to turn on their lights. It must be scary for them to drive with basic no headlights and it’s scary for me to see people drive without taillights. There can be other safety alerts such as the gas door open/ cap hanging. This would be an opt in thing to help…

Do AWAY with cartoonish “rewards”
Do AWAY with the cartoonish rewards! This is a useful app and not a ridiculous game. Going 75mph down the highway and I “verify” a car on the side of the road and as soon as I do I come over a small rise and there’s a car in the left shoulder partially in the fast lane and the ridiculous cartoon rewards are still flashing so I can’t press the notification button to alert other drivers!! It’s either a game or a useful app, stop trying to make it both!!

Please REMOVE the SPEEDOMETER and Show the posted SPEED LIMIT instead!
I usually type long long long posts, but the title of this speaks for itself. Just a couple more details below.....
Nokia had a GPS app called HERE Drive. It showed you what speed you were going and what the posted speed limit of the road was. Very handy.
The release of Windows 10 has caused the HERE Drive app to be deleted and replaced with Windows Maps. Some of it the same and some different, but everything good was taken away. Windows Maps is horrible, and many people are now looking to choose a new app for navigation.

keep directions on the screen
Using Waze is for directions of not knowing where to go so I think you need to go back to the small alerts on the screen instead of taking up the directions spot and having them disappear. It’s very frustrating trying to find your way through a city you’ve never driven in before when the directions keep disappearing to alert you that there’s a car on the side of the road.

CarPlay lagging issue suggestion
Humble tips for the Waze developers:
- if possible measure response times from the system. If they go out of bounds or no response, perhaps:
- reduce the amount (reduce framerate) of mapdisplay data
- reduce the number of calls per second
- or stop sending mapdisplay data to CarPlay.
- stop showing the map altogether and only show lane/direction arrows with exit names/numbers in these cars
- Perhaps there is a function in CarPlay to clear the buffer and resynchronize the display to current position;
- suggest that users should not use CarPlay in these cars for navigation.Hope…

Show speed limit ahead (e.g. 300 meters ahead) for economic driving
In order to allow economic driving one should be informed that a changing speed limit will come up long enough to be able to save fuel and save the environment. When there is a hint that you have to lower speed like 300 meters in advance you can just stop pushing gas, so car will just sail.

Mark the boundaries of small and big ring for bad emissions control in Sofia, Bulgaria
There are restrictions for cars with 1 and 2 eco group to go in small and big center rings in Sofia, Bulgaria. It will be very helpful to make an option to show these rings, and people can avoid entering the zones.
