Priority on road
Could you indicate the intersection or roundabout where we are not a priority. Sometimes in town, they are not visible

using search features on road trips.
when traveling long road trips, the last thing I want to do is make a u-turn to find gas, food, etc. But when you click on the search features for what's near by, it doesn't take into account where you've been or where you are going. Would love to see an option/filter that allows the user to only suggest what is on the programmed route that is yet to be traveled...

Move the road name labels so they don't cover up the junction
Very often the road labels cover up the junction, it's very difficult to see which exit of a roundabout is needed because the label covers the whole centre area,

Autodetect closures and closed roads
Waze should automatically detect closures and close roads without relying on Wazers to use the in-app closure function or on map editors to add them. Just as Waze can detect traffic and reroute, it could also detect when no one follows the directed guidance and there is zero traffic on a segment. Then when Wazer start driving on the segment again it could reopen.

the traffic on my way home from work is always heavy at certain hours. I'd like to receive a message when the highway clears so I can get on my way.

Add an option to always avoid construction/road works
Construction / Road works often come with temporary traffic lights due to lane closures, which are very slow and cause congestion. Waze should have the option to avoid these at all costs.

Show arrows on map to indicate the road driving direction
When stuck in traffic and waze doesnt give options for alternative routes.

Change the way Waze avoids tolls
Waze does not work well to route to locations that require a toll if you have the avoid tolls setting on.
My current understanding is that waze chooses the route with the fewest segments marked as toll segments. Instead it should count a continuous segment without exits or intersections as one toll and choose the fastest route.

Rail road crossing
Every time there's a software update it turns on railroad crossing notices and I keep turning it back off. Anyway to have it remember your preferences.

Please add/return the Separation Line on two-way roads
It helps wazers to arrive on correct side of road.
Give the correct route, without need to duplicate roads...Other option can be using the NUMBERS (houses) of roads to decide what is the correct way/side should be used...

Don't take us down road where we have
Don't take us down road where we have a stop sign but ongoing traffic does not - I went around the block per Waze directions only to sit in traffic for 10 minutes trying to merge onto the very street Waze had me leave.

I would like to know if the road ahead of me has not had any waze drivers in the immediate past If there are no reports.
There should be a way of highlighting the map to warn of lack of recon (other waze drivers) in the previous 10 or 20 minutes for the road ahead. I would feel much more secure especially regarding police.

Add option for Do Not Use/Avoid Toll, Freeway......
Add Option Under Do Not Use/Avoid Tolls, Freeways, Ferries..... to avoid AM/PM option or during specific times that can be selected. also add option to Avoid Tolls, Freeways when selection destination

Add User-Configurable Filter to Hide Road Closures Older Than X Hours
In regions experiencing dynamic events like protests, construction, or natural disasters, road closures can appear and disappear rapidly. Unfortunately, Waze currently displays all reported closures—regardless of how old or potentially outdated they are—until another user manually clears them or the system detects traffic through them. This results in a cluttered and often inaccurate map, especially in countries like Panama where road conditions can change daily.

Please make the 'next road' number bigger. It's a big image with a small font. Knowing where I am going next is vital but the font is too smaller. Either make it bigger by default or let me choose to make it bigger.

Toads on roads
In the spring – March, April – when driving along ponds, lakes or rivers, toads migration is observed on the roads. To reduce the death of these amphibians, Nature Conservation Agency is organizing the “MISSION TOAD” or "TOADS on ROADS" campaign in Latvia. It is known that WAZE could inform other drivers about animals on the road some time ago. But currently it is not possible to report it. Could this function be returned? It would be a great contribution to the preservation of natural values.

No service, no reporting of police, hazard or any other problems on the road
When I had no phone service, I couldn't report problems on the road.
Some of my GPS apps put me in memory like mode when I encountered no service issues.

Currently, when approaching a toll plaza, many drivers are unsure where the RFID, SmartTAG, or cash lanes are located. This often leads to last-minute lane changes, causing traffic congestion and, at times, dangerous situations.

Avoid certain kind of roads. For example, I would like to avoid roads which name starts with T, or name of road has symbols 'T1'.
I would like to suggest some kind of filter: avoid roads which name starts with 'T', or name of road has symbols 'T1'. In most countries kind of road is 'encoded' in its name. Let's use that name for better navigation adjustments!

Change driver position to reflect road directions on the Android Auto
I drive on the right side and the map direction is on the top left, which requires me to look a bit further than I should. This feature already exists in Google Maps. If it's possible to arrange the direction to the right side, that will greatly improve the navigation experience and provide safer driving on the road.
