Add BMW car icon
Add the icon of a BMW (3 series or 5 series), it'll be very nice

Needs to show last updated time of reports
The app is great, but it needs some new features, such as showing the time of last updates. Stopped cars or police reports must show the last time update or how long ago they were reported.

On Apple car play the map does not switch to night mode. I have to force it in to night mode by opening Waze on my iPhone whilst it’s plugge
On Apple car play the map does not switch to night mode. I have to force it in to night mode by opening Waze on my iPhone whilst it’s plugged in to the cars usb port. This is a bug as up until last week night mode worked in car play.

WaterWaze - River Safety
I am a kayaker and I know I see a LOT of folks on Facebook trying to figure out where items of importance/danger are on their paths - sweepers (trees that have fallen over the water but not gone under), strainers (trees that have fallen into the water, and other debris, as well as places that are good to put-in and take out, or such places that might not be accessible anymore. Track my car's vitals; build database for community benefits
This is a big idea, no small undertaking I know. I'd like to combine my GPS app with the functionality of an app like Gas Cubby, which tracks my MPG at every fill-up and alerts me when my car is due for maintenance.
Here's how I envision it:
-I tell Waze what car I drive: ex: 2003 Saturn Vue, 6 cyl, automatic

Display the name of the town/City that i am currently driving through.
Simply Display In some small way, the name of the town I am currently driving in. Sometimes it would be nice to know the name of the town I currently am driving through, Ie. because some police departments use different types of cars, colors etc. If I knew the name of the town I was in... I would know what to look for. Or simply if I am even in the town of my destination. There are multiple reasons this could be useful. more screenspace ahead of the car in 2D mode
while driving in fixed North=up mode and in landscape the client could position the car/current location icon so that there would be more screenspace (and thus more useful information) ahead and less space (and thus much less useful information) behind the car

Midpoint
It’s called midpoint. You put in your starting location and the other persons starting location. You then search for a place you wanna meet up, and it calculates where the middle ground is (you can also make it someone drives more than another if you want). Put in the time you wanna meet up, it tells you when to go. When you start the drive, you can alert the other person you are on the way, and the other person can respond w the same. Years ago, before iPhones had Nav apps, I had a TomTom. My TomTom had an X-Wing Fighter Car Icon. Any thoughts to having one for Waze?

Show toll roads routes also in Car play
On the route options on iOS you see if a route option has a toll road, in Apple Car Play you don’t see this.

Virtual cockpit and android auto - improved turn by turn signs and sugestions in VC
When using Virtual Cockpit in VW group cars I can have waze or google maps turn by turn indications displayed in the middle of the virtual cockpit screen, only the next turn. Google maps shows indications correctly for roundabouts, u turns or straight left/right but waze indications in the center screen are all messed up, although the notification on phone and the next turn on the central screen with android auto is displayed corectly

Wrong location
I´m reporting na error in your maps. The location known as "Lagoa de Santo André" is wrong as it sends people to na área without any roads and its causing several accidents/ cars getting stuck off-road. The correct coordinates for this location are the following: 38° 6'49.95"N 8°47'43.85"W.

Car icon personalization
Be able to change the colors of the vehicles because I love the pickup truck but the only color right now is pink, and I know it’s not a huge deal but I think it would be so much more fun if we could pick the vehicle type then change the color to whatever we would like!

Purchase Car icons
I think Google/Waze is missing an opportunity to cross market and build more revenue. Waze should offer users to purchase (0.99) themed car icons, i.e., Jeep Wrangler, Star Wars, Batman, etc. There are endless options for cross marketing and revenue here...

Speed Limit Alerts for Commercial Vehicles
In the UK speed limits for public light goods (commercial) vehicles are different, so for example on national speed-limit A-roads, cars are allowed to do 60mph, but commercial vehicles like panel vans, can only do 50mph. It’s to do with the increased payloads they potentially carry.
This differential isn’t catered for in the app, so when it’s set to alert when the speed limit is reached, a van driver in many cases is actually 10mph over which is enough of a margin to receive an endorsement in the UK.
