Good afternoon, I wanted to suggest streamlining the Waze system. In light of recent truck crashes on bridges, I would enter a figure for the maximum height of all bridges, so that before each trip, the truck driver would have to measure the maximum height and enter the figure into the Waze system, and the system would automatically navigate the driver to the road with the bridge at the appropriate height. This would save on accidents and, God forbid, loss of life.

Speed camera alert distance
It would be very useful to be able to increase the distance at which speed camera alerts are triggered. Currently they are way too short (too little notice) - speed cameras can now detect cars at a significant distance away, and multiple times I've had the alert triggered only after I could see the camera and it could see me (usually on a motorway bridge).

Adjusting the pronunciation of interchange "1D-C-B" on I-95 at the George Washington Bridge
I think the exact location is here. This happened on a Samsung device (unsure of the model).
I've only observed the issue once.

MAP CHANGE NEEDED!!!!
Please adjust the maps used in New Haven, CT USA to reflect the new changes on I-95 northbound and I-91 northbound as you approach the new Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge. They went into effect at 8am EDT today. Thank you.

Share route and location with friends.
Give an option to share not only your route but also your location on that route with your friends. This would be a safety feature. In the event that you don't make it to your destination, your friend could see your location. This idea is inspired by the loss of a fellow student who was in a one vehicle accident on her way home to visit for the weekend. Her car ended up under a bridge and she was not found for three days. Add/Remove/Change Update Request Categories
Consider adding/removing the categories shown for update requests in the app. There seem to be fewer and fewer instances where an exit is missing, but a road being closed does not have its own category, leaving app users to use anything from wrong directions to missing road to missing bridge.

Waze Rider - No option to split tolls?
Was doing a research project on Waze Rider. For starters see a few evident loopholes, which could use some improvements.
- Why are the Tolls not being divided between the Rider and the Driver?
- that leads to my other observation, in the NYC metro area crossing from NJ-NYC is predominantly via the downtown Holland and Midtown Lincoln tunnels and uptown GW bridge. Tolls for riders in a car are $16; this significantly drops if you have 3 or more passengers. Location based fare calculation would be more beneficial.2 votesThanks for your feedback. Support for dimensions and combinations such as caravans
I propose that Waze allows users to save multiple vehicles, each with their own dimensions, including height, width, and length. It should also be possible to add vehicle combinations, such as a car with a caravan or trailer, where the additional dimensions are automatically taken into account during route planning.
Users could then manually select the appropriate vehicle or combination before starting a trip, or Waze could automatically detect the vehicle via CarPlay or Android Auto.
It is essential that Waze takes infrastructure limitations into account—such as bridge heights, narrow roads, sharp turns, and low tunnels—so that any routes that…

Avoid toll roads whitelist
Avoid toll roads option would greatly be enhanced with the addition of a whitelist so you can select toll roads that you would like to still use while avoiding all the others.
For example living and working g around Brisbane I use the gateway bridge everyday however I don't want to use airport link, legacy way or clem 7

Better navigation - height width weight
Please add three values to segments, maxHeight, maxWidth, maxWeight. All segments should default to 0.
Please add user settings of maxHeight, maxWidth, maxWeight. They should default to 0. The label should direct the user to enter their height/width in metres and weight in tonnes.
When reviewing a navigation route, check if there is a value of maxHeight, maxWidth, maxWeight exceeding 0. If there is a value, cross-check the users maxHeight, maxWidth, maxWeight is lower.
If the users value is higher than the segment value, disregard that segment as a navigation option.
