Navigation at par with Google Maps
Speak Navigation at par with Google Maps. Waze requires far too much editing in a search bar and selecting or changing search engines. One easy to press button while driving and voice command option becomes available and choices that are within your area. I asked to navigate to Lowes Home Improvement and Waze found one in another state, Goole maps showed 4 within the city listing the closest first with addresses, telephone numbers (which had an option to press and it would automatically dial and connect) and a button to launch navigation or just directions. Maps updates (more frequently)
Hello,
I would like to ask why the maps are not updated more frequently? In metro Atlanta, they have added new toll lanes on I-75. Those routes have not been added and when we are using those lanes using Waze they are very confusing with all the nonsense directions we hear. These new toll lanes were added a year ago, and as of today in 2020, no updates yet!! Thank you for listening to my request

Show the map on the multi view in car play. Google maps can do this now and it is really handy.

Waze to replace maps in iOS13
Right now Waze is in carplay, but not integrated like apple maps is in iOS13. When will you be able to do that? It would be nice to have everything in one spot. Especially when using apple music. I understand that Apple has to let third parties, like youselves, in, but this is crazy. We the users should have the choice.

Waze says offline, while connected.

While using Android Auto and Waze; Waze said it was not connected to the Internet while all other apps had a proper connection.

Correction to Waze Maps
Please check your waze maps for the public entrance to Island Walk Subsivision in North Port FL. I have made this suggestion to google maps, but I use waze 99% of the time. Not sure who the Lyft Uber drivers use. But please note. There is only 1 public entrance to this development. That is the main entrance off US HWY 41. This is a 24/7 Gate Maintained Entrance. Today, my ride UBER took me to the private entrance and I did not have my device and he could not get inn. The Entrance that runs from Playmore Drive…

Use Google maps as a fallback if an address is not found on Waze
Many times I am unable to find a destination using the search function in Waze. Google Maps never has a problem finding the same locations.
So my suggestion is: why not query Google maps for the GPS co-ordinate and then route the user to those co-ordinates?
I realize this might not work 100% of the time, but it will work at least 90% of the time, which is better than the current state of affairs - where addresses with street numbers in them only work about 5% of the time.

It would be very helpful to show the exit numbers along with the road names.

Allow to rename "Home/Work" labels or at least give option to hide the "Home/Work" icons displayed on the maps
Allowing to rename the Home/Work labels or give the option to not show the Home/Work icons on the maps would be a really useful option to help wazers keep their personal information private. For example I often have work collegues and clients in my car and whenever I drive near my home it's clearly labeled on the map exactly where I live. I do not want everyone at work and clients knowing my home address.. Whenever I have to drive with collegues/clients in my car, I switch to using the iOS Maps app so no one will see my address,…

Mapas offline com alerta de radar de velocidade
É um ótimo aplicativo, mas inútil em viagens longas por alguns motivos.
1º impossibilidade de baixar os mapas offline, com apenas alertas de redares de velocidade por exemplo.
2º toda vez que paro em um posto para abastecer e lanchar, o app perde a rota, como se desligasse. Ao abrir novamente, se estiver em local sem internet, já não temos mais a rota e os alertas de radar.
3º não informa radares de velocidade ou outros alertas, com a tela do celular bloqueada, não sei porque isso. Continua informando a rota, mas não informa os alertas.4 votes -

I like how Google maps gives me the satellite view. Why doesn't Waze do that?

Waze map on cluster screen (behind steering wheel) on Android Automotive cars
Electric vehicles powered by Android Automotive from brands like Renault, Volvo or Polestar have the Waze app ready.
However, the application only works in the main infotainment screen and does not replicate the maps in the cluster screen like Google Maps does.
This is a big miss in order to use Waze instead of Google Maps, since it is very practical to see the map behind the steering wheel.
We hope in a near future you can have access to cluster screen and replicate the Waze maps there.

Adding raised road tresholds on Waze maps
It would be great to have raised road tresholds on the maps.
The tresholds are as dangerous as any other obstacle on the road - it needs a sudden breaking if the driver doesn't have information about the location of the treshold.
Usually the tresholds are marked poorly and not visible at all in the dark. Only if the driver knows the region they are aware of the location of the tresholds.I really hope that you could add the raised tresholds on the map for drivers safety or let drivers add the tresholds by themselves, this will be…
