Improve Terrible Social Aspects of Waze
Your App and customer service are terrible. I cannot add friends, except for ONE person in my contacts. Why is Waze so terrible at this. I do not want to connect with Facebook so don't suggest it. My wife is on Waze and cannot add me. I cannot add her. This comes after she got a new phone. Waze support is also crap;(support@waze.com) replies saying that email is not monitored! What a joke of a company! I will be shocked if Waze takes action because they have demonstrated their indifference to their users.

Mandatory Registration
Every Wazer should be required to register as Waze users using a real email address. With this implemented, one will be able to receive editors' replies to URs. Sure, there are privacy concerns. However, people have to register with real email addresses for basically everything else. Implementation of mandatory registration is just common sense.

Audio alerts for speed and red light cameras
My audio alerts for speed and red light cameras stopped working a few months ago. I'm running waze directly on my phone (Google pixel 7) with the latest version of Android OS and waze app installed. My settings for alerts are correct. I see the flashing camera on the map and text alert on the screen but audio alerts are not working. I live in NYC where cameras are on every other block. Constantly monitoring the phone screen for visual alerts while driving is annoying and dangerous. I see lots of similar posts with replies from waze that the issue…

Bug in upcoming turns display on iOS 15.8
I reported this bug yesterday. It happened twice more today.
The distance to the next waypoint is correctly at the top of the list. However, once a waypoint is passed, it continues to be displayed on the list at bottom. As more waypoints are passed, the entire list (after the first item) consists of waypoints that were already passed.
I have screenshots if needed.
This is confusing to the driver, and dangerous because the driver is distracted, trying to figure out which waypoints are still to come. It is also dangerous b/c the list of up coming waypoints is gradually…

Android auto report button
Several times I have come across a "new" accident or pothole before an old notification can be replied to. The report button disappears behind the speed icon. Maybe move the speed icon up and put the report button back so a new report can be made. If an old notification is a mile down the road and I am unable to confirm it right away then I cannot submit the new event

Useless report on map
I have recently reported an incorrect spelt road name and was being replied that the incorrect spelt road name on waze map is correct. I don’t know how that person did his work and he should check on Google map or the road sign itself before replying me and I have asked him to verify himself. Such an useless report and wasted my time and if one thinks a wrong spelt road name is ok, nothing I can help with!

map editor problem
your map editor just brush off all report by saying not enough information even after providing a lot of specific information. map editor is also super rude when replying, scolding users saying we need to learn road rules and closing case even before it is resolved to cut us off.
